It’s definitely not intentional. (Edit) Also at the time of making the video I had 46 subs, and sub 200 views. I had no clue this was going to hit the algorithm like it did.
@@NWGuerrillaEssentially you are correct, and I appreciate them giving the community/modders a chance at showing some things that might improve the overall experience before the game comes out. Solid tactic, as well as securing funding to finish Arma 4.
@@Black-Shark710 I disagree, the ground models are fantastic even troop movements but the aircraft seem arcadey in previous Arma's I would love to do both and have the same realism in the future
@@JobraKai the reason for the arcadey flights is to draw people in. If you had to press 3000 buttons just to get in the aircraft that’s going to lose a lot of people, such as myself. I don’t play DCS simply for the fact that it’s too much to even learn to have fun. People want to jump in and play, not spend 300 hours trying to figure out how to fly.

In all honesty it would be cool to have more of a realistic feel to it, but more importantly to keep an audience they would need to “dumb down” the controls just a tad, especially since they’re trying to introduce consoles.
Negative! Solely mouse and keyboard here brotha. I play by feel so sometimes WASD is pitch and yaw, but other times I use the mouse for more precise control.
The server that this was played on is no longer around, but the WCS community is awesome. They have 8 servers I believe, I usually main the Everon server now.

Only reason for the quotations is because a lot of the Mi-8 pilots I feel aren’t really sure how to pilot it! I will admit it’s hard, but I’ve met only a few CRAZY good Mi pilots that make me want to rage quit lol@@Wildkakahuette

If this game was well optimized I bet the community would be even bigger.
In what way? On a decent pc and i can play reforger at 70-80 fps constantly and on my xbox its like 60 fps
Pretty sure reforger is essentially just a rough draft for arma 4

How does the flight model compare to ARMA 3 advanced flight model?
To be completely honest, im not too sure. I only have a few hundred hours on Arma 3, but none of them are piloting hours.
Easier and better than ArmA3

I’m not too sure considering I don’t use one. There is a video out by UN1T showing how to set up controls. I hope it helps you!
