My favourite suggestions... is to be positive. It all starts in the mindset. Positive growth mindset is necessary. Otherwise you are operating from a place of lack instead of love.

I think for me and possibly many others the first step is to be patient with my own impatience❤ thanks!

You know, if people were more patient with others, people wouldn't have to feel so bad for their mistakes. Take me for example. People hardly ever give me a break. I was once taken to my boss's office with her and a high-ranking chef. The chef told me that I've been touching my coworkers too much ( *_casually,_* on arms or shoulders). I was always very outgoing and tactile at work. She told me that we need the workers to be comfortable in a good work environment. That I shouldn't talk about anything other than work and school or tell my stories, because they may be inappropriate or upsetting (can't remember her exact words) to others. Now yeah, I pretty much didn't have a filter, but I don't think I said anything *_horrible._* I only meant to have fun with my crew. I really didn't get specific information from the chef about subjects and references. She likes that I'm outgoing, but she made it sound risky and in need of limits. And again, that I shouldn't touch anyone without consent.
But look, I didn't _mean_ any harm or discomfort. If I had known anyone would feel either, (though technically no one showed signs), I would _not_ have touched them. And anyway, people casually do it to each other. But despite my side, whenever I expressed my story on UA-cam videos, commenters would still make me feel bad, as if I didn't feel bad enough. "Well, you shouldn't be touching coworkers" or "You sound like a creep" or "The workplace is not where you act that way." I GET it. Why can't someone just respond to my story and shame without talking about my wrongdoing or correcting me? Like, speak to me delicately and show they understand? I bet the next person who responds is gonna do the usual. I feel like the world's against me, at least on the videos I expressed my mistakes and guilt.

@@HowellConsultations Well, the chef acted like nothing ever happened. Next day, she actually had the nerve to ask "how are you?" You can understand how that secretly angered me, can't you?
I still don't forgive her for how she shamed me. And I'm not going to, until she makes up for it. If she saves my life, then we're good. If she rescues me when I'm kidnapped, I'll forgive her. You treat someone badly, you make up for it. My coworker dislikes her too. Made her sound condescending and stuck-up

@@johnrainsman6650 That makes sense, sometimes the best way to keep the peace is to keep apart

You know, she was right in some ways, but in some others, she was wrong. And you know, sometimes being right doesn't make you the good guy, you know what i mean?
