- In this video we show you how to disassemble and reassemble the Glock 44 chambered in 22LR.
The G44 is a compact size pistol with the ability to adapt to nearly every hand size by using the different backstraps supplied with the pistol. The G44 comes standard with the GLOCK Marksman Barrel (GMB) for increased accuracy and precision.
The G44 was thoroughly tested with a wide variety of ammunition to ensure maximum performance and redefine what small can do.

Excellent demonstration. I'm cleaning a gun for a friend who is going in for carpal tunnel surgery. So simple - especially compared to a Ruger Mark III.
Glad I could help! Hope you subscribe- we have more videos like this coming!
For someone with less hand strength and new to firearms excellent video .

Legit just picked up my glock 44 and got talked into picking up a glock 17 on sale too so as soon as I got home I looked up how to take them down and legit just ran into the recoil spring notch issue and as soon as I figured it out is when the video said to be careful lol
Damnnn that slide trick. Thanks you sir
@Michaelbreton7998 Glad I could help! Hope you subscribe- we have more videos like this coming!
Great video on just rocking the gun a little.
Glad I decided to look at this, I just bought one recently and was doing the first method however it’s kinda a pain to get both sides down with holding the slide like that. Next time I go to clean it I will try your other method.

This is very helpful, I know how to clean the inside of the gun now. Thanks
@haydanmccammon8183 Glad I could help! Hope you subscribe- we have more videos like this coming!
I almost got one of these, but they didn’t have any in so I went with the MP 22 LR I like all the barrel stays with the slide on the G
Thank you for showing me this. I was kind of confused on how to do this.

Good video man! Keep up the good work! I also love glocks 44 22LR! Next video could you show us how to put a silencer on it?
Thanks for taking the time to comment! We likely won't be setting up this pistol for a suppressor but stay tuned for similar videos on different firearms.
Good stuff bro

Great
Excellent demonstration! Very informative video!
I noticed you were "dry" firing the weapon to function test at the end and I wondered, I have been told that dry firing a rimfire type firearm can lead to damage of the firing pin? I never understood why? Your thoughts?

We have dozens of these guns that we incorporate into our classes for dry firing purposes (amongst others). After years of doing this- this is my stance:
We have had zero issues as a result of this. Dry firing has been conducted at well over 300 classes over the past four years, with each having been dry fired thousands (if not tens of thousands) of times. I am not saying if couldnt cause an issue with one of our 34 Glock 44s but even if next week it does- the value we have recieved from the dry firing far outweighs the $20 part we may have to replace.
Similar to tires on my truck. If I drive my truck long enough- it will guaranteed need new tires at some point. And it will cost me good amount of money to replace them. And if I didn't drive my truck- that replaced can be avoided for years if not decades with no driving.
But what value would my truck be to me? What Practical purpose would not driving it serve?

I just got one myself and im not sure if i need to put oil on it before i use it... or should i run some rounds through it 1st.. im new to all of this and im learning.. thought this would be a great tool to train qith...
No lube needed(but you can), run it dry
@@PTPGun right on... thx.. that's what I thought but had to make sure
3:14 wont this technique possibly bent the front sight?
No
Over 8 minutes for a basic field strip, really?
I actually preferred your version better
Thank you for your service btw
Just because you have the ability to upload a video to UA-cam doesn’t mean you should, or that it is particularly good/helpful.
Imagine searching UA-cam to find a disassembly video and wasting over 8 minutes of your life watching someone do something that could be easily condensed into about 30 seconds. I’d thank you for your service but my balls are still full. 🤭
@@Thomas-ct3gu thank you for bestowing your immense knowledge upon us, we remain so blessed
Should put a snap cap in this for takedown so you don’t ruin the breach
We have students doing this each week (often two classes a week) for the past 3 years with zero issues
It's not easy to take apart for older people
