Nice touch to see the cymbal hold for snare and baritone div. Plus the added drum set part, really great for the small bands without a drumline !

I'm breakin' my back just to know your name
Seventeen tracks and I've had it with this game
I'm breakin' my back just to know your name
But heaven ain't close in a place like this
Anything goes but don't blink, you might miss
'Cause heaven ain't close in a place like this
I said heaven ain't close in a place like this
So bring it back down, bring it back down tonight
Never thought I'd let a rumor ruin my moonlight
Well somebody told me that you had a boyfriend
    Who looked like a girlfriend
That I had in February of last year
It's not confidential, I've got potential
    Rushing and rushing around
Ready let's roll onto something new
Takin' it's toll then I'm leaving without you
'Cause heaven ain't close in a place like this
I said heaven ain't close in a place like this
Bring it back down, bring it back down tonight
Never thought I'd let a rumor ruin my moonlight
Somebody told me that you had a boyfriend
    Who looked like a girlfriend
That I had in February of last year
It's not confidential, I've got potential
    A rushing, rushing around
    Pace yourself for me
    I said maybe, baby, please
But I just don't know now (baby, baby)
When all I wanna do is try
Somebody told me that you had a boyfriend
    Who looked like a girlfriend
That I had in February of last year
It's not confidential, I've got potential
    A rushing, rushing around
Somebody told me you had a boyfriend
    Who looked like a girlfriend
That I had in February of last year
It's not confidential, I've got potential
    A rushing, rushing around

Brandon plays around with the melody on the chorus to add interest, especially at the end. You would think this arrangement could at least do that. This arrangement has absolutely nothing of Mark Stoermer's wonderful bass line.

The whole point of these educational arrangements is to provide a framework. Yes, you’re entitled to your opinion, but the whole point for these is so they can be watered down or added to depending on the size, talent and instrumentation.
