Me too ! It was always on my to do list. I just never got around to it. If I was one of those riders that used the bike as daily transportation or rode every day, I would have. Maybe I'll bump it up on my list. As you know Stan, from being a multiple bike owner you have to juggle the budget around to keep them all on the road. It is a "If it ain't broke, why fix it" thing. But upgraded forks are a #1 upgrade.
@@beaubrummelmotorizedbicycles well.. I'm breaking that rule. Was going to leave red rover running as much as I could. Decided to use it to make a pretty easy baby predator mount. That members could follow exact plans or.. I could just make them for them.. Used red rover because it has the stock jackshaft. Instead of just doing a few for myself with 'custom' jackshaft.
Hey what up brother, hey i have a question, when i ride my phatmoto with the lifan 79cc for about 40 min, when i get home the engine revs higher and cuts off , i turn the engine back on and cuts off again, i dont know if is overheating or is running lean and not getting enough fuel. Etc thanks
That's a curious situation. Could be running lean. Do you still have the stock carburetor on, the EPA/smog. They really are finicky either they run lean or rich. With no air/fuel mixture screw to fine tune it.
@@beaubrummelmotorizedbicycles yea sir, everything is stock 2024, it runs great for about 40-50 min, but then cuts off, i think im going to be putting the pz19 carb....
I'm amazed you still have stock forks

Good idea, and good idea on the stock JS@@Rambling_Rover
My front hydraulic line is 33 inches or 839 mm's. 30 inches is 762 mm's. For regular short handlebars the front cable is usually in the 30 inch range.
