I have a couple of videos where I show the jack shaft and explain how I put it together, also I think I even supply the parts and numbers. The advantage of my set up is when a sprocket wears out it can be changed (gear ratio) or replaced for less than $20. Phatmoto wants you to buy the complete kit for $70 when all you need is a sprocket, plus you cannot change gears from stock ratio, kind of a foolish set up. So I came up with my own, called mini bike style.

The stock Lifan 152F-3 , 79 cc engine is very weak on torque and not really a good match for CVT. It makes for smoother operation but it won't shift to high gear, so you lose a few miles per hour on top end. A P79 cc or a Coleman 98 cc, or even the Lifan 154F, 105 cc is a better match.. Those engines produce enough torque to make it viable.

You can order it online. Zoom spout oiler, also Ace Hardware has it in stock. The clutch mfg's call for regular 30 weight oil.
