Talked for a minute gave Tati a hug and me and my now ex both got separate pictures! Glad to see them get the credit they deserve now!

I agree. This time last year, her voice sounded so fatigued that I was really worried that she might do permanent damage. She sounds much, much healthier now, thank god. I want to be listening to her for decades to come!

First, you guys must realize that there are only 3 instruments for the music. A trio implies every musician’s got to be very good…Hell, they are amazing! Then, the voice of Tatiana…Holy Smokes, she’s out of this world! Clean vocals: so sweet! Growls: so brutal, but understandable. Stage présence: Dude, she sings like a pissed-off monster from hell, but looking so feminine you want to fall in love with her! Lyrics: you must pay attention to what she sings, it’s not nursery song, but rudeness of Life. Combination of all these facts : JINJER IS A GREAT FUCKING BAND!
I can never get over just how good they are. All four of them are at the absolute top of their game. And I don't even like metalcore! They've absolutely earned how much they've blown up over the last couple years.
I fell in love so instantly and so hard with this band. It was like falling into the ocean. There are a lot of good bands in the world. None excite me consistently like Jinjer. It's been a year since I discovered them, and I've listened to them pretty much every single day during that time, and seen them twice live. They do not get old. They have no bad songs. Check out the video for his song, Through the Never. It is Tatiana's first ever featured guest vocalist appearance. 1914 is also great. They are a Ukrainian black metal band. All their songs are about WW1.

there's something about shows like this that just wound my soul. everyone just standing, staring, doing nothing. the band is CRUSHING, but only a few head bobs, little tiny pit. 20-30 yrs ago that entire place would have look like a dust cloud and the hordes of hell waging armageddon. I've played on stage and the crowds definitely makes half the show, it's not just the band.
I'm honestly a bit confused about all the comments praising the sound quality? There's a mile of reverb on this and everything but the slowest parts becomes a washy mess thanks to that. Just listen to the intro of Pit of Consciousness as a great example. During the entire video, the snare actually gets drowned out in parts, as do the vocals sometimes... Luckily there are plenty of Jinjer live videos with better sound quality. This sounds like they put up a mic somewhere on the other end of the festival grounds. But I guess, by law, I have to praise it as if it was the best thing since sliced bread because it's Jinjer?
You don't have to praise it..and you didn't. As you said many other sounding shows, go and watch them. I'm actually in agreement with you to an extent but like it's bright sound so enough for me to enjoy.
I like the huge ambience of the sound here. It's a spacious sound. At first there's a bit much reverb on the snare, but it seems to tame down quickly. It might not be my very favorite live recording, but I love it because it's different from the others. Every recording, every performance is unique, and I love this one!
Every time I hear Jinjer it's like the best times of my life! I don't know why I connect so much. I don't know why the world just falls behind me when I'm listening but it's the most alive that I ever feel.
Her vocals in that first track was insane! I'm not a huge fan of metal but the way she changes from scream to singing and back is outstanding! And that low growl?! Sheesh! And the band are so tight and very musical with what she's singing. Amazing stuff
