Kalis Ilustrisimo : Knife sparring with mang Romeo Macapagal

Enjoying "hand/body targets sparring" with my teacher Mang Romeo Macapagal.
We have different sparring format:
Hand Vs hand
Hand/body Vs hand/body
Hand/head Vs hand/head
And the last one is "all targets allowed"
The Hand target is always included since is the closest one.
(Practice this kind training only with qualified teachers)
