I don't know so much about uther countries but here in Sweden they're tearing down and building up every city big as small. everywhere you go you see a construction site and this is going on when they are saying that we are in the middle of an low conjecture and have inflation and what not. That is for me some how weird to me that people not can recognise how wrong that is.
The problem is if you figure it all out or even if they think you know something they will gangstalk you and or do away with you. So if you figure it all out and you want to live then don't say anything to anyone. "They" are very dangerous. The San Francisco photo is fascinating. I've sat there and studied it for a long time. There are two signs of life in that photo: one on a hill where a couple of people could build outhouses. And at a block near the port where people could poo in the bay. My guess is there was massive depopulation. The survivors were only allowed to occupy places where they could have a sanitized way to go to the bathroom. IT was likely under martial law and all closed off otherwise for reconstruction.
There's a book "Evidence of the Old World" by Jon Levi and David Edward, that covers San Francisco and has amazing photos.
Way back there were a ton of fires without firefighters because of oil lamps and candles. It’s not hard to believe

if there's movement while the picture is being taken (a slow process indeed with old cameras) then there's blurred lines indicating something was there, moving across the frame/lens - its evident
