Freezing the potatoes is a brilliant idea! Love that!
Thank you! Discovered it by accident a few years ago. I hate soggy mashed sweet potatoes. Freeze them made it so much easier to store and the come back to life (creamy delicious) with a quick reheat!
Such great and delicious ideas for meal prep. I did not know to fork the sweet potato and I love the idea of freezing them in the freezer. I did not know that baking soda is good to tenderize the meat. Awesome. Thanks.

Wow! Great video. I did not know bok choy could be eaten raw in a salad. Growing up, it was always placed in soups, stews, or steamed. I will try this next time I buy baby bok choy! Thank you!
