I've been working at home for years, but now that the rest of the family is here, it feels like year one all over again. Great video and tips - thank you!
Just like power sprints, I have a personal practice called power hours. It's the most time of the day where I'm I can be 1000% in, and I pour the most challenging brain work into those hours. It's usually 1.5 to 2hr window for me where I do a difficult design planning task or make a difficult client call. It's been so effective for me to curb outcomes that waste my time since my body and mind is most awake (usually 8.30am to 10:30am). It's been pretty effective esp when you identify yours! I'm a morning person, but night owls seem to have longer with these times lol
Loving all the tips! Thanks everyone. The do what you can is an everyday challenge for women with endometriosis as well as the countless days stuck inside enable. It feels the world are in ours shoes these days. So Yes! to the don't feel bad. Embrace, no guilt, tomorrow is more work efficient!
Matthew Encina thank you! I’m still working on the trying to make up for the lost time. Being disable isn’t a choice. I fall into the doing too much when able which can add to the chronic fatigue. How would you call that? Overworking because you want to take advantage of the moments you feel good? What would be your advice? Clock time and stick to it no matter what? Not taking in consideration the unknown factor of when the body would put me down? Stay safe out there!
@@MatthewEncina Thank you for your kind word. I realize speaking about it that it has to do with two of my feelings one the fear regarding the unknown factor if tomorrow is going to be a feel good day or a feel bad day and the other frustration. It really helps discussing about this. I'm feeling delighted!
Currently listening to Robert Greene's 'The Laws Of Human Nature' Had to re-listen to the first 1hr46mins, and as I get to the end (over 28hrs with 2 hours 30mins left), I plan to re-listen to the whole book again, I believe this book is that important. So yes, I recommend it.

But I found this Coronavirus has been challenging is because I’m a single mom and my kid’s school has changed to home school .
