5 years later, and the Wensleydale Heifer is STILL in business! I always get bummed out when i watch older episodes on channels that feature restaurents and they've went under. It's a tough business!
That’s good, looks like they make great food.
Covid government mandate policies, forced higher wages, and “green” regulations have killed tons of restaurants. The idea is to keep only conglomerates around that are working in conjunction with government = controlling the wealth.
One of the things I love about this channel, is that he actually enjoys the food and doesn’t just try to mash it into a paste to consume.

Those are competitive eaters who have to do it in a certain amount of time. These are just normal people enjoying their food. These are two different contents to your knowledge.
Well....he can do it like that but some people can only finish by doing it that way....so are they going to worry about how neat they eat or WINNING (*Charlie sheen voice*)?

That’s exactly what I’ve been noticing! And the levels of noise etc. Camera set up. He’s seriously came leaps and bounds.
I've been watching your vids for several months now.....on September 1st I had a severe motorcycle crash. 2 broken feet, 2 broken fingers, 5 broken ribs, compression fractures in my spine, spinal processes busted off, broken collar bone, broken shoulder blade, lacerated liver and kidney. All the pain medication has made it VERY hard to get an appetite. Once I started watching your vids again it has made me want to eat again. Even when I feel my worst, all I have to do is watch one of your vids and my appetite comes ramping up!! Thanks beard!!! Cheers from Minnesota!

This whole video was surreal. Like it's an alternate universe Beard that slicks his hair back, wears suits and uses utensils. Food looked amazing. Loved the 007 room.
£200 for that amount of food is an absolute bargain

@@leerigs4180 indeed! last I went out for food, a couple of burgers and sides cost me nearly 50 bucks. granted the pound is worth more than the dollar but it's still similar. anyhow I expect this stuff to cost a grand today.

Pretty awesome when someone does something they love and it’s utterly entertaining to many others. Not to mention he’s a very likeable character!

From greasy burgers to a royal banquet, Beard has now done it all! Including the piece de resistance, combining his two halves as he picked up some gourmet food with a fork and then took it off the fork with his fingers to eat. Ahhh! The Beard is complete!!!
I am in the US but this vlog made me want to fly to the UK and visit that hotel. That food looked so delicious. Other than being a food critic, you have a great job with eating food.

It's nice to treat yourself from time to time. I worked at a few resorts. The best part was always the world class foods. This place looks nice. I like their style. Food looked amazing. Nice variety.

Looking this back after having only watched his more recent video's, it's amazing how much his voice-overs have improved. He sounds so much more hyped and energetic in video's from the past year or two compared to this one. The challenge itself looks like it was a cool one that holds up against all the recent stuff though.
The best challenge yet. Gorgeous food. Just want to book to have normal meal there.
