I'm surprised he did not cut the middle to begin, usually you cut to the middle of a steak first to make sure it's cooked to your liking in the center rather than the edges.

That steak looks really good, to cook a steak like that and have it evenly cooked is impressive
I'd use a smoker with a meat thermometer to get the right internal temperature. The outside would have a crust, but the inside would be just right. Even so, I'd rather have it in smaller pieces, so I could remove the silver skin, excess fat, and tendon.
Sometimes I think you're too mean to Mrs. Beard, but then I see her laughing hysterically during one of your spicy challenges and I think you're perfect for each other.
Yeah. Every releationship's different, you know? I think it's just a sign of absolute understanding of each other if you can banter really hard and not get hurt.
I've realized it just now that the past relationships I had, the ones who are most sensitive and easily hurt are the ones who do not get my meaning. So the people who think like they're sensitive might be the ones who are insensitive to the intentions of others.

I've tried this and you learn pretty quick to have something to try to look forward to at the end. In most videos he changes to soda for his last drink and gets dessert. Think of it as a way to trick your mind and body to keep going for the sugary sweet reward. It's also part of a well balanced breakfast (joking).

Id have it raw room temp. Bit chewy on the fatty bits but those can be easily mangles with the sides. Nothing like a slab of raw steak :)

For a steak that size it looks beautifully cooked, I had a gigantic T-Bone for my birthday 1 year, half the size of that thing you ate and I was near dead after it, dunno how you do it.

Hi, yeah I never knew that we don`t digest mushroom until recently. Personally I love mushrooms but when I saw them in my ` movement ` I freaked and thought my digestive process was going wrong. After googling it I realized it`s the same for everyone not just me so I was relieved to learn that but now you`ve verified it completely I can rest easy.

Matter of opinion i don’t think there’s such a thing as perfectly cooked as everyone likes there steaks cooked to a different level I would however say well done is decently not perfect anyone who likes there steak well done doesn’t realise that it ruins it, I like mine medium personally can’t deal with that rare steak that’s so rare it’s still alive lol
