I used to do this work 30 years ago I would tie two machines to getting I also new the guy Barry that started whisper wash. The pay wasn’t that great back then but every thing was cheaper so i guess it worked out I had a delco cleaning systems rig hot water nice set up
What do you rinse with? Do you do chemicals on certain driveway tops, or just water? How about when you use the surface cleaner? Same thing? How about after?
Good questions. So unless the driveway is really really bad I will start by rinsing with ball valve just water to get any debris off. After surface cleaning I always rinse again then post treat with bleach/SH at a 3-5% strength which helps remove any possible surface cleaning lines left behind and gets down into the pours of the concrete for a deeper clean which I leave the SH on and don’t rinse it off. Hope that answers it
When you were rinsing off the driveway before surface cleaning, you were spraying the trash and debris right into your surface cleaner connection. That’s a big no no because you could clog a tip
how do you run a 8 gpm pressure washer? I would assume a regular faucet wouldn't give such high output and you would have to use your own water from a water container. Or am I wrong?
Oh ya I could only imagine. That's my plan down the road as I land more bigger commercial jobs. I still need to buy a 1/2 pressure hose to pull that off. Right now most of my work are just residential driveways that this 48" beast even with just one 8gpm completes in 5-15min max. It almost looks to fast to the customer for residential lol But ya in near future I plan to upgrade my hose and start pushing/advertising to more larger scale jobs like parking lots.
Thanks Frank ya it has been a game change since I got it. I almost do them to fast and have to mess around otherwise there like wait I paid u for 5 min of work lol. It’s not paying for my time but my equipment and knowledge is what I have to say
Ya it’s amazing for tile. You just want to make sure you have the right tip size in them to ensure your not applying to much pressure and damage anything.
To clarify I typically would run google ads and for say $100 I might get 10-20 website clicks. This would result in me landing day 3-5 jobs. Those jobs then would give me another 2-3 referrals. So if $100 gets me 8 jobs and on average my jobs were $400. But there are many clicks that don’t lead to call and u have a good closing rate/phone sales to increase ur bottom line

This is a great surface cleaner We use our 48 inch whisper wash all the time !
Ya it’s a monster. A little overkill for residential

When your quote is accepted it is nobody's business but yours the quicker you leave a job the quicker you start another job.
I agree but some people get weird about it when I'm out so fast but if job is done right then who cares. Its just the optics in their eyes

I wasn’t paying attention but it’s def a possibility good catch on that!

I just used 3/8 dragon hose So normal pressure washing hose but the dragon brand is expensive but is worth it
Thats is a sweet setup! 👍🏽
Thanks!!
how can I buy one and ship it to Africa I need one of these big surface cleaner
interesting question I'm not sure on that one

regular house typically puts out like 4-5gpm so I fill the big buffer tank and hook machine to that so I have more than enough
Wich ball valve you used?
DN10
yep DN10 ball valve are solid
You really need to run 2 IGX 800's with 1/2 pressure hose, I have one and tie both together and get 16GMP Beast is what it is for sure. Get after it.

@@pressurewashingguides3178is the 8gpm working fine as long as you are not moving to fast?
2 grand is insane for an 8gpm and the 48 whwre ru find ur deals man
I found a company going out of business and haggled on price lol
You actually need a 12GPM power washer to effectively use a 48" surface cleaner, if you want the work to be clean.
Omg. I want one
That’s awesome

Wow so surface cleaner is good for tile I have ten thousand square feet to clean
