Electro actually fights using electricity, not lightning. It's a common misconception. I think Film Miguel is most likely able to dodge light attacks if he scales to other Spider-Men which commonly are able to dodge light speed attacks, but we never really see it in Spiderverse so who knows. Just wanted to point that out :P

A few other reasons why Miguel would win is because he can literally counter everything Terry throws at him. Miguel’s suit can protect him from stabbing weapons making the batarangs useless, thanks to Miguel’s eyesight he can see in the dark so Terry turning off the lights won’t help, Terry can go invisible well so can Miguel but even if Miguel couldn’t Miguel’s enhanced hearing can pin point Terry’s location, Miguel’s eyesight is so good he can see you pull out a gun even before you pull it out so if Terry tried to pull a flash bang grenade Miguel would see it happen and counter before Terry would react, and finally Miguel’s talons are strong enough to slice through metal so it should slice through the bat suit. If others reading this are still skeptical the Batman beyond suit is basically and IRONMAN suit and Peter has beaten IRONMAN more than once and keep in mind Miguel does scale to Peter.
How exactly would Miguel be able to react faster than Terry when Crisis outright stated that Terry is faster and more agile than Miguel? Also, Miguel's enhanced senses can be a detriment. Terry is very quick in his perception. If he noticed that Miguel had sensitive hearing or eyesight, he could counter it with one of the many tools in his arsenal. Miguel doesn't know what Terry's equipment is, so you could easily say that Miguel couldn't react either. It's not as simple as you think it is.

This was a really cool versus video on future versions of marvel and DC’s most iconic heroes. The video had extra appeal as I loved Miguel’s story in ATSV, it was very emotionally gripping and I enjoyed watching it last Sunday (10th June).
Great video! I always saw aim dodging, body language reading, qi sensing, and Batman being able to control his own time perception as an explanation of how Batman and the Bat family being able to react and dodge FTL+ to MTFL+ opponents and lasers, not a negation of their feats. Like it really just speaks to how skilled they are rather then them being slower.

To be Fair, the into and across the spiderverse main spider people are all pretty weak and rather grounded when it comes to spiderpeople. most the spiderverse cast doesn't go past small building level feats they probably just wanted to nerf them to not make them appear too busted. cause realistically 5 spiderpeople would've absolutely destroyed king pin and the rest of the 1610 villains. let's take in mind the ultimate comics are already basically a nerfed version of 616 (with weirder characters, random gore, and a bunch of incest..)

This video is so refreshing. It’s crazy how much people will downplay 2099 just because he doesn’t have spider sense. On the animation front yeah terry would beat him (witch could be subject to change in beyond the spider verse). But with the comics spider man 2099 takes the win no doubt.

Not using this as an anti-feat but more as observations. When it comes to the bat family reacting to speedsters or laser beams I've always viewed it under the assumption that they know these super powered people are relying more on their abilities than actual martial arts. What I mean is, the reason they can react to attacks like this is because they know how they're going to use this specific power because while they're proficient in their super powers they haven't bothered learning how to actually fight except against other super powered people who are also just brawlers than actual martial artists. Take a speedster like Thawne and his death by a thousand cuts to Bronze Tiger in Suicide Squad: Hell to Pay. Bronze Tiger is renowned as one of the worlds greatest martial artists and what does Thawne do? He just fucks with him with his super speed. Other examples are with Darkseid or Superman who use eye lasers, they assume no one can withstand them but as soon as someone even slightly competent in martial arts or fighting super powered people, they immediately know how to counter/dodge them. So in their mind, why learn martial artists against non-powered people when I can just overwhelm them with my powers. Basically Homelander. So you take this logic in mind with the bat family and their insane training regiment of their body and mind, them being able to react to light level attacks is a pretty easy feat for them.
I'm going to have to vote Batman Beyond for this one mainly because he has more gadgets and he was trained by Bruce Wayne himself while Miguel meanwhile didn't get any of the same training doesn't have Spider Sense and has organic webbing oh and did I forget to mention that Miguel also has extremely bad light-sensitive vision light sensitive vision is so bad he has to wear sunglasses indoors for crying out loud so Batman Beyond could use is flash grenades to take advantage of Miguel's extremely sensitive eyesight so I think the winner of this battle would be Batman Beyond

This video is so refreshing. It’s crazy how much people will downplay 2099 just because he doesn’t have spider sense. On the animation front yeah terry would beat him (witch could be subject to change in beyond the spider verse). But with the comics spider man 2099 takes the win no doubt.
So are you saying Death Battle's conclusion in November of 2017 was false or inaccurate or that the feats for both characters since those half a decade of time have allowed Miguel to finally and comfortably claim the victory in a similar way to how if Hulk had his Devil Hulk powers he'd crush Doomsday in their Death Battle with the feats and scaling they provided?

Both of you claimed Cole Magraph would win against Alex mercer when Alex can copy his genes via touch and gain his abilities, and said Arkham Batman dodged bullets in his fear takedowns when the reason for the thugs missing is literally in the name. They aren't missing because he's dodging, they are missing because they're too afraid to aim properly.

Any Spider-Man vs Batman character is wildly unfair and a waste of time. Basically, the physical stats of them is waaay too far apart while the Bat characters only have gadgets they use on the daily to counter their powers… physical confrontation is always going to have the Spiders stomp and no diff.

Not using this as an anti-feat but more as observations. When it comes to the bat family reacting to speedsters or laser beams I've always viewed it under the assumption that they know these super powered people are relying more on their abilities than actual martial arts. What I mean is, the reason they can react to attacks like this is because they know how they're going to use this specific power because while they're proficient in their super powers they haven't bothered learning how to actually fight except against other super powered people who are also just brawlers than actual martial artists. Take a speedster like Thawne and his death by a thousand cuts to Bronze Tiger in Suicide Squad: Hell to Pay. Bronze Tiger is renowned as one of the worlds greatest martial artists and what does Thawne do? He just fucks with him with his super speed. Other examples are with Darkseid or Superman who use eye lasers, they assume no one can withstand them but as soon as someone even slightly competent in martial arts or fighting super powered people, they immediately know how to counter/dodge them. So in their mind, why learn martial artists against non-powered people when I can just overwhelm them with my powers. Basically Homelander.
So you take this logic in mind with the bat family and their insane training regiment of their body and mind, them being able to react to light level attacks is a pretty easy feat for them.

I'm going to have to vote Batman Beyond for this one mainly because he has more gadgets and he was trained by Bruce Wayne himself while Miguel meanwhile didn't get any of the same training doesn't have Spider Sense and has organic webbing oh and did I forget to mention that Miguel also has extremely bad light-sensitive vision light sensitive vision is so bad he has to wear sunglasses indoors for crying out loud so Batman Beyond could use is flash grenades to take advantage of Miguel's extremely sensitive eyesight so I think the winner of this battle would be Batman Beyond

Well tbf if Batman(Bruce) were to do a research about Miguel and study his strengths and weaknesses and use them for Terry's advantages then Terry can beat Miguel high diff, basically if Terry has prep time he probably can beat Miguel but a first fight head on then Miguel wins

@@thejuicerisgone3215That’s equal treatment for both contenders but it’d be HIGHLY unfair for Terry since he’s at a massive disadvantage already. Prep time isn’t always a guaranteed win but more times than not more of an “Evening the field” type of strategy for one combatant that recognizes he’s on the low ground.
