I have the exact Polo and need to bring it in for some work to be done on it. We absolutely love your work Sir and I speak for wuite a few but we definitely came all this way here from TikTok. Keep at it Sir
You are supposed to let the gearbox reach operating temperature of 35-40°c and top it up a Lil bit more. Not sure if you did that or just didn't show it same time you should change the filter in the box 🤔 . Nice video keep doing Your thing
Hi that’s called setting the oil level u actually fill it up and let it get to a certain temperature then open the drain plug and let the oil drip out until it stops, that repair procedure dose not apply with these polos and the TSI
I have polo 6 2011 model tiptronic... I had to replace oil cooler... Then fill gear oil up but the gear selection is not happening and the car is not moving. What can be the problem?
I have exactly the same car . My vw dealer has told me it’s a dry clutch and the dsg is sealed for life unless it’s leaking some where and it’s only the wet clutch dsg that need oil service. So why is this car having a dsg oil service ? It’s good though to see how it’s done .
My question is when filling from the bottom, do u hv to open the filter side on top to allow air out when pumping the dsg from the pump.... And another thing I didn't see any filter change.. Unless dat one doesn't hv but my mk5 gti has a dsg oil filter
Good question also when you are filling the box you need to allow the gearbox to reach temperature then add more oil then you close the fill plug which means the air needs to come out. But again the customer probably asked for a oil change and not a full dsg service 🤔
Hi bud, My Polo tsi is not engaging into gears, so I took it to some guys and it moved for 1 week then it wasnt engaging into gears again, so I dont know what to do now, Can you kindly help!
