I like to imagine how stalkers use anomalies and artefacts for funny mundane things like boiling water to cook with or charging their phones

Well, we know that parts of artifacts are used in weapons. Batteries for gauss rifle use fragments of flash or sparkler artifacts, and the combat chaser in shadow of Chernobyl has bits of the gravi artifact in it to make the shells go faster.
Given those uses, I could see more mundane uses too, though I imagine most stalkers would probably sell the artifacts rather than use them.
That said, I wonder about mundane uses of anomalies. Specifically electro.. like could you throw a couple of cables into an electro and use them to provide power to your base? Gotta be cheaper than gasoline to run generators.
Or use a fruit punch to get rid of trash, though I imagine stalkers might try to recycle just about everything they can.
I have dug into gamefiles of lost alpha, anomaly, stalkersoup and others for over 100 artifact models to print myself, some of them port out ok, others have terrible holes in the mesh or physically non uniform structure that makes them impossible to print. Not sure if thats a result of porting the model twice from game format to OBJ then to STL printable, or if the models themselves are broken. I guess some artifacts truly can only be found in the Zone
For sure. Some of them are pretty much impossible to fully print as well, simply because of the geometry and the supports it would require. I tried to make a wrench STL and its pretty damn impossible to get it right like the ingame picture/model with my ender3 pro. such is life in the zone

Ive done so many playthroughs and have never intentionally went artifact hunting for my own use always just sold them but with this i know what to look out for
What about Empty and Full Empty artifacts? They're omega tier in STALKER Anomaly, giving a lot of nice combat resistances. I normally run with HotO, Snowflake, Full Empty and Goldsfish. Everything else goes to the Ecologists.
Also, the Death Lamp could would have been nice to get covered, even though it can be done in three words: Big, Red and Cursed.
It's because they are not cannon Artifacts that exist in COP
@@coda8525 That's a fair argument. I just find it a little strange considering how much footage from Anomaly that he's using and considering how many people are mainly playing Anomaly instead of the base games.
@@saradomin9742 Well it's just B-Roll, something nice to look at whilst you listen. Besides this a lore list, of course it would only go over the stuff that actually has official lore ya' know?
Some of these comes from other content such as Roadside Picnic. The empty and full empty are references, and so is the Witches Jelly Anomaly, as well as the death lamp

I got used to shadow of Chernobyl abilities on artifacts and still haven't adjusted to the changes made after
They did my boy the mama's beads dirty giving it radiation effect unlike in SoC where it's mentioned it's the only artifact that doesn't posses any negative properties
