  • Demonstration of three different ways of pouring Pilsner Urquell, Mlíko, Na Dvakrát, and Hladinka.
Mlíko - Or Milk, is all foam, and is a sweet, smooth taste, with almost no bitterness.
Na Dvakrát is the "British" pour, with almost no foam at all, all of the gas is trapped inside the beer. Much more bitter, but remains carbonated the longest.
Hladinka is the perfect Czech pour, with a nice head, and not too much gas within the beer.

It's fantastic this - especially when they do the food pairing at Taste London with Duck and Rice's sweet and savoury foods - amazing!! I want my own tap!

Not really - have it in Czech and it is both cheap and very tasty

Would you prefer to pour cream on your scone because you don't want to pay for air in whipped cream?
