literally lad, just started a bar job and i fucking hate pouring peronis and its made me never want to ask for one again out of respect for the bartender
Just started working in a pub and this is the one of of all the beers i just can't pour without fucking it up! Why! I dread when someone asks for a pint of this.
just started a bar job and peronis are not that easy to pour, i dread hearing “can i have a pint of peroni” cos i just know the heads gonna fucking huge
I was always taught that the red tab was the pint marker and the pint needed lots of head on it. Where was the pint marker he was talking about? He put too much in to be using the red peroni tab as the marker.
Why would any customer want all that froth ( head?) on the top. This is the widest part of the glass, therefore at almost £5.00 a pint your paying quite a lot for bubbles. This arrangement suits the brewery because they make more money. If Peroni or any brewery want to serve larger like this then provide oversized glasses, which have conveniently disappeared over the last few years.
Harry Apps for a starter, there is hardly any head on that. In huge beer drinking countries like Germany and The Netherlands, they go by having two fingers of head as it drastically improves the taste, smell and texture of the larger as well as aiding digestion and the reduction of bloating
someone doesn’t know what a good beer looks like😂. Bet u complain about it going “flat” after 5 mins tho…..it needs a big head to stop this, any smaller and youll have 0 head within a few mins😂. On top of it, like someone said, that really isnt even a big head😂
Will it still taste the same if branding is facing away from the customer?
No the taste will be completely off and they’ll ask you to pour again
😆 🤣
Too bitter

Peroni is one of the hardest pints the pour so much foam if you get it wrong
The amount of times I have messed up on my trial shifts. Really trying to nail this.

Every once in a while some new bar staff person comes to appreciate this. I worked on a bar for 2 years it got a lot easier after a few months
That is a nice pour
You make it look so easy haha I'm shown two different ways at work so will try this way.
It's not rocket science

Poor head and not nearly enough bubbles 👎
