- Last week I drove thenew 2024 Lotus Emira 2.0 with Turbo (as you can hear clearly). Enjoy some footages I took.
Note: The car was brand-new (like 150 km on the clock) they requested to keep the RPM around 4000 maximum. Please Like and subscribe this video and maybe we get another chance to shoot a POV video like this.

The built quality of this car is shocking… if you put this and 296 GTB side by side, you will be shocked how garbage a 350.000€ Ferrari is (plastics / paint quality / leather / details…) Ferrari is same as Dacia in terms of quality. Whereas this little car feels expensive once inside and it is shockingly better built. Even in driving, it does NOT feel like a 80k € car. It feels and looks like a 180k - 200k € supercar. The 2.0 amg engine version is better in my opinion because feels lighter to drive, better weight distribution and most importantly the gearbox… this one is instant. A simple Stage 1 for ~600€ can get you to 420 hp. This car worth every dollar / penny / euro 🙂
Love your verdict, I can only agree. Sadly they are around 135k in the Netherlands because of the taxes. But still a good price for what you get.

I was surprised about the fast automatic gearbox, sound from the outside is not that good and definitely needs an upgrade, on the inside you can hear the turbo very clearly.
Couldn’t pushed it to 5000+ RPM but I think that turbo will give a good kick!
And its practically the Mercedes A45s engine, so maybe Brabus can tune it with some more Horsepower 😏
@@CarspotterJeroen I was impressed with the gear changes as well with your pov. You can hear all the character of that motor which to me is very cool. Yes, dial up the psi just a bit and it's gonna get fun.

Hoe valt de rode kleur mee met onderhoud? Wordt het snel vuil? Heb nu een grijze (zilvere) auto moet echt zo goed als nooit naar carwash wordt gewoon niet vuil 😅 Maar hoe zit het met rood? Vrij veel carwash denk ik toch?
5:05 onwards, turbo noise sounds exactly like McLaren P1

Damn, ziet er zo goed uit, wil ook misschien de rode versie kopen met zwarte velgen gele brakes. Maar ben van België en moet zeggen die gele nummerplaat van Nederland past er super goed bij!
Van een afstand lijkt het net alsof er een Ferrari (812 Superfast) aankomt rijden. Zeker een aanrader dus! Beter dan geel, grijs of british racing green!

Sounds good but less power and gas mileage compared to the supercharged V6...yea ill stick with the V6

2.0 is garbage compared to the 3.5 V6
You can't be serious....look at the specs and build of the amg engine. Then compare it to a 16yr old camry engine that toyota doesn't even use anymore...lol.

@@rd5140 but the emira gt4 still use the 3.5 v6. m139 is not a good engine either tbh
