  • Soybean Pulp Cookies 豆渣餅乾|Apron
    無鹽奶油 unsalted butter 60g / 1/4cup
    糖霜 icing sugar 30g / 1/3cup
    全蛋 whole egg 1(55g+- per egg)
    豆渣 soybean pulp 100g / 1/2cup
    中筋面粉 plain flour 120g / 10Tbsp
    鹽 salt 1/4tsp 2.5g / 1/2tsp
    杏仁角 almond nibs 60g / 1/2cup
    摄氏170 / 华氏340 烘烤 20-25分钟
    Bake at 170°C / 340°F for 20-25 minutes

    Just made this recipe today and turn out very good
    The flavour is just perfect
    After 25 mins I turn the oven off and let cookies sit in the oven for another 10 mins because I like cookies more crispy
    Thank you for another wonderful recipe

    I made this recipe with coconut oil instead of butter. They tasted very good, but be aware that the batter will look a lot more wet than in the video if this substitution is used. (don't add more flour, just bake it as it is :))
    Overall great recipe!!

      I made this today again following all of the instructions and measurements of the video. They turned out great! I recommend you put the dough in the fridge for 30min before rolling them out so it's easier. I baked them for a little less than 20min.

    Just try out the recipe Apron. My doesn’t turn out crispy like yours. I didn’t add the almond nibs because my grandson is allergic to nuts. The biscuits taste ok a bit dense

    您好,我烤出來餅乾很硬,跟您的食譜不同的是,我的黃豆渣使用了115克,麵團我有用手揉了一下下,烤的時間也比較久一點(因為感覺餅乾內部沒有熟,可能跟我把餅乾做的比較厚的原因有關),請問有可能導致餅乾很硬的原因您覺得是什麼?
    這個配方做出來的餅乾味道真的很好,謝謝🙏您的分享。

      Hi, store in container can last for about 1 to 2 weeks at normal room temperature

    Not a good receipt. Not enough oil or sugar. It is impossible to form the dough without adding some liquid. The cookies turned out very hard.

    I find soy pulp seems to only taste good as a dessert or with savory Asian flavors. With tomato sauce , it tastes gross and soy pulp on its own is bland that I could not eat it regularly.
