Thank you. Today is my 70 th birthday., 30 days ago I realized I was not feeling as great as I wanted. I started following you and another teacher specializing in elderly fitness. I am doing sooo much better and hope to continue living a healthier lifestyle into my brighter future.
Loved this! I started back to yoga a few weeks ago, seated yoga. The improvement was quick and so welcome. This practice was a good introduction to standing. I expect to gain strength quickly with more standing yoga.
Wonderful mini yoga class! I’ll just be starting to teach a Seniors Standing Yoga class for the elderly senior residents at a beautiful living community. The median age is 80 but these folks are very able bodied. Of course I’ll eliminate the forward fold without using hands on chair. I’m so happy I have a class to model my class on as it’s been only seated chair yoga I’ve taught for seniors. Many thanks to you! Namaste 🙏🏻

Thank you for this standing yoga routine. I'm not a senior but I am a beginner to a degree. I'm also in very bad shape and have a knee that doesn't allow me to get on the floor. This routine was 100% doable, yet still challenging. I plan to do it most mornings and I can't wait to see a difference in my strength and flexibility.

Thank you for your video. I have MS, my spouse RA. We've been working with diet and workouts for years with good results but this is what was missing as we age. Appreciate your economical commentary and the inhale, exhale cues . Most yoga videos will mention these at start but you follow through. This is a video that doesn't get stale in repetition.

Hi Kim : This is a wonderful video - I am not infirm but really inflexible and the chair prop is so great . I would love it if you would consider something similar but for a longer session . I have tried a few of your other videos but love this one the most and do it regularly . Thanks !
