16:24 下手（へた）打（う）つ is a slang. It's not 下手に打つ. This 打つ doesn't mean literary action "hit". It means "do something". So 下手打つ means likes "do fault".
17:19 チンケ is often used in western japan. 価値（かち）がない is more closer phrase in standard Japanese in this context.

18:07 殺（や）っちまった. This 殺る read as やる It's a slang for "kill". っちまった works to say past. Likes "ってしまった".
36:34 事ァ収まる. Proper ideom is 事（こと）は収（おさ）まる. Sometimes は can be が. This small ァ works to change pronunciation "towa" to "taa". This change sometimes happen in some diarects.
45:31 おかみ（お上） is a slang. It means "governments". Because governments are above citizen. Police belong to governments.
52:21 カシラ（頭） isn't persons name. It say about rank. It means "top/head of (a) group".

1:01:58 悪（わる）あがき. It's not あく（悪）.
1:12:39 若頭（わかがしら）補佐（ほさ）. This is compound word says about post in a group. 補佐 means helper or next rank of previous word. I don't know the post of 若頭 in yakuza society. But it's quite high.
1:17:38 地上（じあ）げしよう. George divides it as 地-上げましよう（this ま is wrong）. But It's 地上げ-しよう. しよう is an another way to say やろう. 地上げ means "make the owners/living people move from a land with using dirty ways". It's used in 80's a lot. Because prices of land will be more expensive and expensive in 80's in japan. Called "Bubble economy".
1:26:30 おまけに doesn't mean literary. It means "on more (something)".
1:31:42 小指（こゆび）を詰（つ）める. This is a famous slang phrase in yakuza society. When yakuza person did big mistakes, they cut off their little finger as a proof of apologies to the group they belong. エンコ is just a slang for little finger.
1:41:54 フィッシュハートあればウォーターハート is with a direct translation for an idiom 魚心（うおごころ）あれば水心（みずごころ）.

ケジメを付ける - taking responsibility and making up for your mistakes (a punishment of some sort typically by sacrificing something money/statue....little finger)
Oyabun/親分: Patriarch of a family. Literally “parent figure”. Sometimes just “Oya/親”, meaning parent. More affable terms include Oyaji/親父 and Oyassan/親っさん, usually used directly by the “son” to address their patriarch.
Kaichō/会長: Chairman of a yakuza syndicate, above patriarchs of individual families.
Katagi/堅気: Civvie. Someone who isn’t in the yakuza. Literally “honest”.
Shinogi/シノギ: Yakuza moneymaking/business methods, like bodyguarding, extortion, drug trade, or real estate/cabaret club management. Named for the ridge on the side of a katana which would get damaged over time in a hardened samurai’s career.
Shima/シマ: Turf, territory. Literally “island”. Also known as “nawabari/縄張り”.
Tama/タマ: Short for “tamashii” (soul), often used as part of the phrase “tama wo toru/タマを取る”, “taking someone’s soul”- a yakuza euphemism for murder.
Chaka/チャカ: Yakuza slang for a gun. Named for the sound of pulling a trigger. Other (older) terms include “hajiki/ハジキ” or “pachinko/パチンコ” (not to be confused with the game machines).
