This is pretty much just so that I can finally delete all 65 gigabytes of clips from my computer. Everything here is from my first playthrough; no cutscenes, just substories and some selective bits from the main story. I've actually gone through every single one of the substories in the game, including the hostess and real estate minigames. E v e r y t h i n g. This continues to be my favourite game in the series; please, for the love of god, play it.
(Sorry for the LQ and Sega watermark, this was kind of a d u m p and all from October/November 2018; waaay before I bought my capture card. Hope you guys enjoy it regardless!)

@Matriones Majima's never really been a crazy person though, he just plays a role as a Mad Dog, just like how he was playing a role as the manager of the Grand in Sotenbori, his personality in Y0 is not what he truly is like, nobody except for him knows what's actually going on in his head and what his true self is like. And his Mad Dog of Shimano personality is not what his true personality is like either. He always has very intelligent plans and just executes them in a very whacky and flamboyant manner for the purpose of looking like an absolutely batshit insane fuck for style and street rep, and living up to what's expected for him to be doing as a "Mad Dog".

I love walking past that stop-and-search cop in Kamurocho, carrying shotguns, guns, knives and katanas, and then giving him a plush lil toy.
Why dont we allow Kiryu to make an offer to the cops *IN CASH*
Best one I got is the stop and search cop was around, and Mr Shakedown too, so I fought him with my zap gun to be done quickly with him, then I talked to the stop and search cop and thought "it'd be funny to hand him over the zap gun I just used to beat the shit out of Mr Shakedown just to see how he would react". Then Kiryu went on to do the "embarrassing" explaining to the cop why on why it's actually harmless, and the the cop still said with "oh I guess it's safe then, yeah", even though he was right around the corner as I was busting a giant japanese bully's ass with the same gun.

I had honestly thought it would decrease the friendship or that I would get fined but this is even funnier, I really wonder how Kiryu managed to make a policeman believe that a shotgun is harmless lol

At 11:26 I gave Kikuchi the Salt thinking it was a perfectly normal thing even though it's classified as a weapon (you can stun enemies a tad). After Kikuchi was shocked at seeing salt for the first time in his life, when Kiryuu whispered into his ear I silently said: "I use it to put salt on my food". I can't stop laughing at the part where Kikuchi says: "Oh, I see. I never heard that before"

I’m truly convinced that zero is the best game in the franchise. It made me a die hard fan cause I jumped in late. 10 years down the road I might play this masterpiece again for the nostalgic feel it will most definitely provide.

Mad dog majima is literally just a persona, hes not "insane". He admires Nishitani's idgaf outlook and decides to act similarly. Every game past 2 is pretty clear on that, as is 0 itself. That's kind of... his entire arc.
Liking this just for putting the scene where he asks for his clothes back into a new light.

One moment you are fighting a bunch of Yakuzas in the street to escape from them trying to kill you,and the next is you winning a bowling competition which led to you getting a chicken and naming him "nugget"

I just finished 0 and started playing Kiwami and I feel like every side quests in this franchise (so far) is just Kiryu encountering a situation and responding with "You know what? Adult life is already so god damn weird this might as well happen."

Played this game for the first time and rushed for the main story was my biggest regret, now I spend like a week try to finish all the side content (yes even the real estate and cabaret club) and ended up burst out tear of pure fun and joy.
