- romulusmyfather... ROMULUS, MY FATHER is a movie based on Raimond Gaita's critically acclaimed memoir. It tells the story of Romulus, his beautiful wife, Christina, and their struggle in the face of great adversity to bring up their son, Raimond. It is the tale of a boy trying to balance a universe described by his deeply moral father, against the experience of heartbreaking absence and neglect from a depressive mother. It is, ultimately, a story of impossible love that celebrates the unbreakable bond between father and son.

There is no man more handsome than Eric Bana I love when he plays in Australian film where he can just focus on acting not changing his accent🖤😘
This is the best movie ever....and I don't throw compliments away lightly.
My favorite movie!!! I can't understand why it didn't echoes louder. Such some amazing performances!
I’m studying this book and it’s hard af
I was just trying to explain who he is to a South African video gamer living in Aus about the 2017 flick...
Sadly I can't even explain this film... I never thought of Eric as jumping From cliche to cliche because he owns it wherever he lands... But this can't break down...
The sort of film I'd love to watch with family that schooled me in this and even though we're half way through the game I know it won't ever happen...
RIP dreams
Raimond.
This picture was misogynistic.
Did someone order French Cries😢
Lousy movie! We get it. Yet another movie about a dumb, loose mother and an abusive father. I wish the child had fought back the abuse or left the father as soon as possible. Is there a producer alive who does not feel the need to throw in at least one scene where the parent abuses the child?
It's non-fiction
@@Brother_Geoffrey I got that much. I was talking about how it was written. Geez.
the father was not abusive he was amazing to his child
@@lolettoa2971 Better watch this movie again. He was clearly abusive by every definition of the word.
I thought the same thing. Although the father might not have been as abusive as some parents, his behavior toward the child was definitely abusive.
