Ma'am am a teenager of 15 year girl... I do excercise and also do dieting I eating very less rice with dal veggies or fish meat in very Little amount in the afternoon n have a cup of kesar badaam complan with 6 biscuits of brittania nutrichoice biscuit n in the evening after my workout I drink a cup of apple cider vinegar n green tea n some black chickpeas n fruits like guava n lemon cucumber etc but I include lemon in my evening time everyday n in the night I eat milk oats or the safola masala oats... So on doing that also I lose only two kgs in one month I do excercises for 1 n ½ hour everyday... So will u pls suggest me some tips for more weighloss in one month !!
Stop milk and milk products. Eat more veggies in the form of salad or cooked veggies. Biscuits contain milk powder so better to avoid it. Consume less carbs. Drink ash guard juice every morning on empty stomach. To taste it good you may add one fruit, black salt, lemon, mint leaves.
Amazing dosa recipe
Can we have for dinner?
Thank you 👍
