Ive actually found a hat like this but even better when i was looking for a boonie style hat that wont flop around in strong winds while out on the boat. check out whats called the Shelta hat. if you like this dakine one then the shelta hat is even better then this one
When you lay on that chin strap it could be a bother to head position. I would trim it

not a thing about sizing, no info on dakine website, one sizr fits all doesnt really tell you much other than you better have an average sized melon
