Hi Mari. It is hard to avoid lines around the eye area while squinting due to how thin the skin is in that area. As long as you are doing the exercise correctly and maintaining the resistance to the eye muscle with your finger placement, then my advise would be to not worry too much as I feel the exercise benefits outweigh a little bit of creasing around the eyes. Our eyes crease often when we express, concentrate, smile, laugh, etc. So I don't worry too much about it. I hope this helps? X

Hi. Each exercise only needs to be practiced once a day. However, you can massage twice a day safely. Always listen to your body, massage with care, avoid pulling the skin and use a pressure you are comfortable with.
