I love you brother, Nader. You have opened my eyes to why leaders at my church refuse to listen or want to listen or care. The Omega is the reason why they don't teach the teachings of the early church pioneers. The trinity spirit is so strong that they all do it. I used to scratch my head, but now I can see it clearly. Nothing is allowed to get in its way. God has sent me to you through your video. Nobody teaches what you teach. I can't get enough. I listened and re-listened over and over. And I still am re-listening. I learned more from you than I have at church in one year. Thank you, Nader. Your brother in Jesus Christ, Brian Enos.
This was very well explained! I believed in the three persons up until about six months ago, when you finally see the truth it’s so beautiful. Thank our dear Lord for this precious light🙏🏼❤️
Father, Thank you so much for opening my eyes to these truths, I pray for mercy and grace for those that are in limbo regarding these issues, may you be a light and a beacon in this dark and terrible world to the honest seekers of truth, in the name of your only begotten Son Jesus I pray. Amen.
That which was clouded In my mind, that w.hich I have suspected, that which I grew up in and was taught, that which I saw but did not see, now I see, now is clear and I see the loving God and his son as I never have. It has been a long journey, I feel so privileged and humbled that my Savior has opened my blind eyes to see the light of truth blazing so brightly. My prayer today is may the Lord forgive my unbelief. Tears are flowing and I tremble for those trapped in this heresy. Amen
BRAVO BROTHER GREAT WORK DO NOT LISTEN TO WHATEVER THEY SAY AND DO NOT LET THE COMMENTS OF MEN HINDER YOUR WORK THAT IS FROM GOD YOU ARE PROTECTED BY GOD'S GRACE THROUGH HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON JESUS I PRAY
Thank you for posting your sermon. Now I understand how satan is using people to bring error to the chuch. I believe this teaching before because this is what they teach in the church. I'm praying to God that he will guide me through his holy spirit and be able to discern spiritual things. I'm following your sermon. More power, and God bless.
This is a perfect presentation! however the message is so shocking,may God help and give us understanding,I now see the main reason why and how many honest Christians will be lost,the trinity doctrine.
Thank you so much brother Nader for standing up for the truth, my family and I don't believe in the trinity simply because it's very confusing- your teaching is clear and simple to understand.I just like to ask you if you have any of your sermon translated in Arabic? Please advise.Also, I would like to know if you still belong to SDA church, as to my knowledge they do believe in the trinity doctrine.God bless you
I am filled with sorrow because statements made under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, and designed by God to be a great blessing to His people, to guard them against the seducing sentiments of Satan, are woven in with spiritualistic views, and are thus made to testify to falsehoods of Satan's own creating. How can I say to our people, Harmonise with those who advocate these wrong sentiments? How can I hold my peace, and say, Unify? God gives me the message, Beware of the leaven of those who have been destroying the faith of Seventh-day Adventists. There are those to whom I fear to write personally. God says, Beware of the leaven of those who have stepped off the platform of truth. Those who use my writings, given me by God, to build themselves up in sophistry and deceptive theories, steal that which was given to establish souls in the sanctification of the truth, and use it to testify to theories against which I am bidden to warn our people. Beware of the leaven that some who have lost their connection with God will introduce, declaring their theories to be in harmony with that which Sister White has written. 10MR 48
George R. Knight [Ministry Magazine Oct. 1993] George R. Knight is a professor of church history at the Theological Seminary, Andrews University, Berrien Springs, Michigan. "Most of the founders of Seventh-day Adventism would not be able to join the church today if they had to subscribe to the denomination's Fundamental Beliefs. More specifically, most would not be able to agree to belief number 2, which deals with the doctrine of the Trinity. For Joseph Bates the Trinity was an unscriptural doctrine, for James White it was that "old Trinitarian absurdity," and for M. E. Cornell it was a fruit of the great apostasy, along with such false doctrines as Sunday-keeping and the immortality of the soul." “A survey of other Adventist writers during these years reveals, that to a man, they rejected the trinity, yet, with equal unanimity they upheld the divinity of Christ. To reject the trinity is not necessarily to strip the Saviour of His divinity.” - (Russell Holt, “The doctrine of the Trinity in the Seventh day Adventist denomination: Its rejection and acceptance.” A term paper for Dr. Mervyn Maxwell, 1969) “That most of the leading SDA pioneers were non-Trinitarian in their theology has become accepted Adventist history, ... More recently, a further question has arisen with increasing urgency: was the pioneers' belief about the Godhead right or wrong? As one line of reasoning goes, either the pioneers were wrong and the present church is right, or the pioneers were right and the present Seventh-day Adventist Church has apostatized from biblical truth.” - (Jerry Moon, The Trinity, Chapter, Trinity and antitrinitarianism in Seventh-day Adventist history, p. 190) John 17:1 These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee: 2 As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him. 3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent. "The Father and the Son alone are to be exalted". The Youth's Instructor, July 7, 1898 "God and Christ alone know what the souls of men have cost". ST Jan.13, 1909 "God informed Satan that to his Son alone he would reveal his secret purposes, and he required all the family in heaven, even Satan, to yield him implicit, unquestioned obedience;" ST Jan. 9, 1879 ONLY TWO BEINGS "Christ the Word, the only-begotten of God, was one with the eternal Father,-one in nature, in character, and in purpose,-the only being in all the universe that could enter into all the counsels and purposes of God. By Christ, the Father wrought in the creation of all heavenly beings."GC p.493 “But to us there is but ONE God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and ONE Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.” 1 Corinthians 8:6 "For Seventh-day Adventists, it took over 50 years for the doctrine of the Trinity to become normative". White Estate Branch Office, Andrews University. 2006 “While no single Scripture passage states the doctrine of the Trinity, it is assumed as a fact... only by faith can we accept the existence of the Trinity.” Adventist Review, Vol. 158, No. 31, p. 4 July 1981 “That most of the leading SDA pioneers were non-Trinitarian in their theology has become accepted Adventist history, ... 190)
Even seasoned theologians often make mistakes in the translation and interpretation of the first verse of the Bible. The first mistake interpreters make is answering the question: “What is “in the beginning?” Many answer it this way: “in the beginning” - this is at the beginning of time. And, speaking of the beginning, they mean the adverb of time, answering the question “When did God create heaven and earth?” Therefore, if this question is incorrectly posed, then the answer will be erroneous. When? At first. If there was no space and time yet, then the questions “when?” and where?" are simply ridiculous in themselves. Because “when” - there is no countdown of time yet, and “where” - there is no place where creation would take place. In Hebrew, articles, prepositions and conjunctions are written together with the part of speech to which they relate (noun, adjective, verb, etc.). When a preposition is written together with a noun, it puts this noun in the required case. The first word בְּרֵאשִׁ֖ית “bereshit”, which sounds in our translation as “in the beginning”, is written together and consists of two parts: the noun “decides” and the preposition “be”. If translated literally according to the rules of Hebrew grammar, it would answer the Prepositional case question “in what?” in whom?”, and carry the meaning “at the beginning (beginning - as a noun).” Since we know that this is not an adverb, Jewish grammar allows us to translate it in another way, which does not contradict the first meaning: “through the beginning” (by whom? with what?), - the noun is in the instrumental case. Thus, the logical conclusion suggests itself that the beginning is not a time moment and not a place in which creation begins, but a certain person, a subject in which and by whom God created heaven and earth. (equivalent to the New Testament “in Christ” (Prev. Fall) “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away, everything has become new (2 Cor. 5:17). From here we come to a correct understanding of the first word of the Bible and how this verse and the first word were understood by the apostles: “The beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God” (John 1:1. see 1:14) . John writes his Gospel, realizing that we are talking not about time or place, but about the Person through whom everything was created: “The beginning was the Word.” The beginning was Jesus, the promised Messiah. Before His incarnation, Jesus was the true Creator, the true Word (Aramic - Mamra - this is how the Jews of Jesus' time understood the Messiah). In Revelation 3:14, John continues the theme of the Beginning: “And to the angel of the church of Laodicea write: Thus says the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the Beginning of the creation of God.” And in the last chapter of the Bible, he writes: “I am Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last” (Rev. 22:13). This corresponds to the logic of the entire Holy Scripture, so that the Name of God, as the First Cause of all things, should be the first word in the Bible, because He himself called Himself “Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End.” David writes: “For You have magnified Your Word above every Name of Yours” (Ps. 137:2) “By the Word of the Lord the heavens were made, and by the breath of His mouth all their host:” (Ps. 33:6) Then the first verse of the Bible would be correctly translated as follows: “Someone named “BEGINNING” created the angels, heaven and earth.” Of course it's Jesus! The Promised Messiah!
what about revelations 3;14( Re 3:14 . And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;) who is that ?" the beginning of the creation of God . thank you for the videos .
The trinity is a false doctrine from the Romans Catholic Church .make believe. The trinity has been exposed. The Roman Catholic Church can’t murder today because they don’t believe in the trinity or have a copy of the scriptures and reading it.
Very good presentation, the Bible is clear! 20For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: 21Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. I am form Brazil! here they say the trinity is a mystery ... but the Scriptura is clear ! FELIZ SÁBADO
1:03:28 "...I have heard say "amen" to statements that were as openly and decidedly papal as the papal church itself can state them.{February 13, 1893 ATJ, GCDB 244.1}
like in he days of Samuel the people of God wanted a earthly king like the other nations. seems as though the sda church which I am a part want to be like all the other denominations
Romans 8:27 (KJV) 27 And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
John 20:22 - Jesus breathed His spirit on the disciples and said receive the Holy Ghost. EGW said that Jesus was both the Comforter and the Holy Spirit.
ELLEN WHITE NEVER USED THE WORD TRINITY BUT ONCE IN ALL OF HER BOOKS? JUST TO EXPLAIN LUST OF HUMAN BEING AND NEVER TO DESCRIBE GOD FOR SHE WAS A PROPHETESS AND SHE WOULD NEVER USE A DIVINE WORD TO SPEAK ABOUT VERY LOW AND DISGUSTING THINGS. READ: "The world's TRINITY -the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes and the pride of life " EGW,LT43, 1898, PAR.25. IF SHE WAS A TRINITARIAN SHE WOULD SAY the word Trinity more often AND SHE WILL NOT BE SCARED OF YOU NOR ANYONE ELSE and the BIBLE DOES NOT HAVE THIS WORD NOT EVEN ONCE. So please go teach your philosophy to someone else if people want the TRUTH GOD WILL GIVE THEM THE TRUTH AND YOU AND NO ONE ELSE WILL BE ABLE TO STAND IN THE WAY.
When Christ gave His disciples the promise of the Spirit, He was nearing the close of His earthly ministry. He was standing in the shadow of the cross, with a full realization of the load of guilt that was to rest upon Him as the Sin Bearer. Before offering Himself as the sacrificial victim, He instructed His disciples regarding a most essential and complete gift which He was to bestow upon His followers-the gift that would bring within their reach the boundless resources of His grace. “I will pray the Father,” He said, “and He shall give you another Comforter, that He may abide with you forever; even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth Him not, neither knoweth Him: but ye know Him; for He dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.” John 14:16, 17. The Saviour was pointing forward to the time when the Holy Spirit should come to do a mighty work as His representative. The evil that had been accumulating for centuries was to be resisted by the divine power of the Holy Spirit. {AA 47.1}
Jason, are you aware that the above quote doesn't teach trinity doctrine at all? It teaches about Jesus' Divine power! "I will pray the Father, and He shall give you another Comforter, that He may abide with you forever; even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth HIm not, neither knoweth Him; but ye know Him, for He dwelleth with you, and shall be in you" (John 14;16,17). THIS REFERS to the OMNIPRESENCE of THE SPIRIT OF CHRIST, CALLED THE COMFORTER." (14 MR 179.2) Notice, "another comforter" that Jesus promised to send is NOT someone else different than himself, but His omnipresence power! Please read John 14 carefully. Jesus was talking about Himself all along; His other nature - Divine/Spiritual nature. NOT someone else! Jesus has 2 natures; Divine and Human or Spirit and flesh! He calls it 'another comforter" because the fact that He was speaking to the disciples while He was in the flesh; but He would come back later on in His other nature-glorified nature; as a Spirit! John 14:16: Jesus talks about another Comforter John 14:17; That "another" comforter is called "The Spirit of Truth" question, who is the truth? John 14:6 Jesus clearly said "I am the way, the truth and the life..." John 14:18; "I will not leave you COMFORTLESS; I will come to you." If you think He would send someone else, then He would be a liar! John 14:20; "...I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you." NOT someone else! John 14:21: "....I will love him, and will manifest MYSELF to him." again, NOT someone else like the Trinity doctrine teaches! Don't be deceived!
You say you can do all types of cartwheels to make 3-1 but from what i can see you are trying you hardest to make 3-2 I agree with your statement 3 is 3 and these 3 are 1 Simple
THE SECOND COMMANDMENT, THE TRINITY AND THE OMNIPRESENCE OF GOD I always wondered what was so significant about the second Commandment that Rome found it necessary to remove it altogether from the Ten Commandments. But it appears that there is a fundamental truth in that Commandment concerning where God's presence is that is intended to protect us from all forms of false worship. The second Commandment tells us that we should not bow down before any image. This implies that God is not in any image. Which means that God is not everywhere. The Bible tells us that God is in heaven; and heaven is not everywhere. Heaven is above the earth and that is where we should direct our worship to God, where He is. He knows everything that happens everywhere and can go wherever He pleases but His abode is in heaven where Jesus, our High Priest and intercessor, is presenting our cases to Him. - "Now of the things which we have spoken this is the sum: We have such an high priest, who is set on the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens" (Heb. 8:1). Furthermore, both the prophets Daniel and John saw God in heaven with the angels gathered around His throne and Jesus being separate and distinct (Dan. 7 and Rev. 4, 5). Daniel said "the Ancient of days did sit" (Dan. 7:9) and "one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days" (Dan. 7:13). John said "one sat on the throne" (Rev. 4:2) who was worshipped as the Creator to whom it was said "Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created" (Rev. 4:11), with Jesus appearing before Him to receive a book and power and authority, as the Lamb who was slain, while the angels sang, "Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever." (Rev. 5:13). God is not everywhere all at once like a vapour while part of Him or an image sits on the throne representing Him. God Himself sits, of whom man was made in His image after His likeness, "made after the similitude of God" (James 3:9). Logically, if God is everywhere, He can be worshipped wherever He is. One could then bow down and worship before a stone, a tree, a person or any object, not as worshipping the object but as worshipping God, since God is in it. That would open the door for the worship of false Gods as no one would be able to tell the difference whether you are worshipping the true God or not.
It would not be consistent to forbid worshipping before an object if God is in the object and one is worshipping, not the object, but God who is in the object. This is evident in the experience of the children of Israel in the wilderness. God appeared to them in a cloud and they were not forbidden to bow before Him in the cloud - "And the LORD said unto Moses, Lo, I come unto thee in a thick cloud" (Ex. 19:9), "And all the people saw the cloudy pillar stand at the tabernacle door: and all the people rose up and worshipped, every man in his tent door" (Ex. 33:10). If God is not in a particular place, say in an image, it means that there is at least one place where He is not. He cannot be everywhere and not everywhere at the same time. The idea that the Holy Spirit is God present everywhere was precisely the argument that Dr. John Harvey Kellogg put forward to justify his pantheistic teachings. And Ellen White told him that he was wrong. Initially, he said that God was in everything. And when God instructed Ellen White to oppose it, he modified it by saying that at the time of his first presentation of the matter in the book "The Living Temple" he did not believe in the Trinity. Because of that, he said he had not given a clear explanation of the matter. He went on to explain that he had now come to believe in the Trinity and could better explain his idea. The new explanation was that it was not God the Father, but God the Holy Ghost who was everywhere and in everything. Ellen White told him that he was wrong. And we can see why. If God the Holy Spirit is everywhere and can be worshipped, it is a doorway to replace worshipping God and Christ in heaven entirely.
Another modified version of Kellogg's idea is that the Holy Spirit is really Christ himself or both God and Christ in an omnipresent form. This is also not correct as it places God and Christ on earth rather than in heaven.
The pioneers of Seventh-day Adventism stated in their Fundamental Principles of faith published in the 1889 Yearbook that God was everywhere present by His representative, the Holy Spirit. At face value, this would suggest that this representative is omnipresent. But it is perhaps more consistent with scripture to say that He is everywhere present by His representatives the holy spirits. Holy spirits are ministering spirits sent from heaven - "And he saith unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Hereafter ye shall see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of man." (John1:51). "Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?" (Heb. 1:14). This is consistent with the Hebrew word ruach and the Greek word pneuma that are translated in the Bible as spirit. These words are also translated spirits, thus indicating that the Holy Spirit need not be seen as one individual being who is omnipresent but many spirit beings representing God everywhere.
From this perspective, there is no denying that the Comforter, the Holy Spirit, sent at Pentecost is a person - only not a God-being to be worshipped. Like the Angel of Revelation 18 who comes down from heaven with the latter rain - a similar occurrence as that which took place at Pentecost except more extensive - the Comforter would be seen as a messenger sent by Christ from heaven, as stated repeatedly in John 14-16. Ellen G. White describing the latter rain speaks of a mighty angel from heaven being sent to do this work and further said, "Angels were sent to aid the mighty angel from heaven" (Ellen. G. White, Story of Redemption, p. 399). It should be noted that Jesus's warning against blaspheming against the Holy Spirit is not implying that the Holy Spirit is more to be revered than Jesus Himself. Jesus went back to heaven and promises to return to this earth to take us to His Father's house in heaven. He left the Holy Spirit to guide us until He returns. If we reject that guidance by blasheming against the the Holy Spirit, there will be nobody to guide us. The situation is similar to what God told the children of Israel in the wilderness - "Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared. Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions: for my name is in him." (Ex. 23:20, 21). It is simply warning us not to reject the Holy Spirit's guidance. It is not forbidding us seeking to understand who the Holy Spirit is or what the Holy Spirit does. So, there we have it. The church has now fully accepted Kellogg's idea. Ellen White said that the initial presentation by Kellogg was the alpha of deadly heresies. She said that the omega would follow shortly afterwards and would be accepted. And it did follow shortly afterwards in Kellogg's modified version, based on his acceptance of the Trinity. And the church has now fully accepted it - that God (the Holy Spirit) is everywhere and should be worshipped. So, based on current practice, Jesus is worshipped, the Holy Spirit is worshipped but the One true God is almost entirely ignored. Jesus, praying to His Father, made it clear who the "only true God" is and identified Himself as the one sent by God - "And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent." (John 17:3). Nowhere in the Bible is worship given to anyone else except the one seated on the throne who is referred to as "LORD God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come" (Rev.4:8) and to the Christ, the Lamb, as it will be in the new earth - "And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it." (Rev. 21:22). God is the Father of Christ. Accordingly, Christ, the Lamb is seen with "an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads" (Rev. 14:1). It is the name of the Lamb's Father that will be written in their foreheads. Whatever one's concept of the Godhead, the term "godhead" is used only three times in the Bible (Acts 17:29, Rom. 1:20 and Col. 2:9) and in none of these places is the expression used to replace the idea of God being a single individual who has a Divine Son who is worshipped alongside Himself. And not even once does the term "godhead" in scripture allude to the worship of anyone else. All worship should be directed to God and Christ in heaven. It is not about where we are when we worship but, like sending a petition to the king of England, we do not send it to Spain or Australia but to him in England where he is. Similarly, Jesus in teaching us how to pray directed that we say, "Our Father which art in heaven".
We should not be praying to nor worshipping anything on earth. We should pray to God in heaven, approaching His throne through Christ, our Mediator, and we should direct our worship to heaven where God is. This is the substance of the second Commandment that Rome has removed.
In order to see first hand what our SDA Universities are cranking out see UA-cam video, '3 in 1 by Jason Worf' (Blue Mountain Television in the 3 year old grouping of video's) where at the end he pray's to all three of his God's 'each individually', then go down to the comment section and see what my complaint's are with his theology. Pastor Jason doesn't seem to think what a person believe's on this issue is all that important. I guess like Doug Batchelor said to me, that he and I were going to have to agree to disagree on this topic.
Ellen White did not believe in the trinity. She came out from a trinity believing church. So, God brought the pioneers out of trinity believing churches, raised a movement on that premise. Only to have them return to Trinitarianism. I don't think so. Anyone who doesn't believe that the pioneers were non Trinitarian, just ask George knight he even says that they wouldn't be able to join today's church because the didn't believe in the trinity. On a side note, the only reason we as sda's accepted this false teaching is because Walter Martin was going to label us a cult in his book kingdom of cults and that would have prevented us from being members of the world council of churches. Stop drinking the wine of Babylon.
verses that mention the 3 Persons: "After being baptized, Jesus came up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending as a dove and lighting on Him," Matth. 3:16. "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit," Matth. 28:19. "The angel answered and said to her, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; and for that reason the holy Child shall be called the Son of God." Luke 1:35. "But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, Whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you." John 14:26. "When the Advocate comes, Whom I will send to you from the Father, that is the Spirit of truth Who proceeds from the Father, He will testify about Me," John 15:26. NOTE please notice that in John 14:26 the Father sends the Holy Spirit but in 15:26 it is Jesus Who sends the Holy Spirit. "And while staying with them He ordered them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for the promise of the Father, which, He said, “you heard from Me; for John baptized with water, but you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit not many days from now.” Acts 1:4, 5. ""This Jesus God raised up again, to which we are all witnesses. Therefore having been exalted to the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, He has poured forth this which you both see and hear." Acts 2:32, 33. "how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power. He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him." Acts 10:38. "However, you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. But if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Him. But if the Spirit of Him Who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He Who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit Who dwells in you." Rom. 8:9, 11. NOTE notice how AGAIN the Holy Spirit is described as the Spirit of God and of Christ interchangeably! "Such were some of you; but you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the Spirit of our God." 1 Cor. 6:11. "Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit. And there are varieties of ministries, but the same Lord. There are varieties of effects, but the same God Who works all things in all persons." 1 Cor. 12:4-6. "The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with you all." 2 Cor. 13:14. "and might reconcile them both in one body to God through the cross, by it having put to death the enmity. And He came and preached peace to you who were far off and peace to those who were near. (Jews-Gentiles) For through Him we both have our access in one Spirit to the Father....having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus Himself being the cornerstone, ...in Whom you also are being built together into a dwelling of God by the Spirit." Eph. 2:16-22. "For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner man, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being rooted and grounded in love," Eph. 3:14, 16, 17. "There is one body and one Spirit, just as also you were called in one hope of your calling; one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all who is over all and through all and in all." Eph. 4:4-6. "But when the kindness of God our Savior and His love for mankind appeared, He saved us, not on the basis of deeds which we have done in righteousness, but according to His mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit, Whom He poured out upon us richly through Jesus Christ our Savior," Titus 3:4-6. "Therefore, as the Holy Spirit says, “Today, if you hear His voice,..Take care, brothers, lest there be in any of you an evil, unbelieving heart, leading you to fall away from the living God...For we have become partakers of Christ, if we hold fast the beginning of our assurance firm until the end," Heb. 3:7, 12, 14. "how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without blemish to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?" Heb. 9:14. "But this Man, after offering one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down at the right hand of God...For by one offering He has perfected forever those who are sanctified. The Holy Spirit also testifies to us about this. For after He says: This is the covenant I will make with them after those days, says the Lord: I will put My laws on their hearts and write them on their minds," Heb. 10:12-16. NOTE please notice that the prophecy spoken to Jeremiah by YHWH is attributed as having been spoken by the Holy Spirit. READ Jer. 31:31-34. "according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, in the sanctification of the Spirit, for obedience to Jesus Christ and for sprinkling with his blood: May grace and peace be multiplied to you." 1 Pet. 1:2. "But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting anxiously for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to eternal life." Jude 1:20, 21.
+Revelation1412org you must be either spiritually blind or illiterate or both not being able to see the clear bible texts that show THREE HEAVENLY PERSONS spoken in these plain ans clear Scriptures. Now that the greatest APOSTASY HAS BEEN PREDICTED in the Scripture and Ellen White's writings!!! 1 John 5:7 "For there are THREE that bear record in heaven, the FATHER, the WORD, and the HOLY GHOST: and these THREE are one."
+Revelation1412org If you examine the Catholic trinity and some "pioneers" and 'seniors' beliefs on the Godhead in the past history of the church, you will shockingly come to know that they taught the same Arianism stems from the heretic 'Arius of Alexandria in the 4th century. So, its your movement who is in the "Catholic trinity". I know this may be shocking to you.
Your "Omega movement" is one of many apostasies who are trying to "restore" century old Catholic heresy "anti-Christ" (anti-trinity) among God's true remnant people. WAKE UP!
these 22 Scriptures, which none of u heretics have an answer for, speak of 3 different Persons Whom the Bible calls God Almighty INDIVIDUALLY! there is NO need to prove the Father is God. So let's proceed to the Son and see if the Bible calls Him Almighty God. the INSPIRED writers of the NT applied to Jesus OT passages that spoke ONLY of YWHV. Here they are: # 1- OT Isaiah 40:3-5 applied to Jesus in the NT here Matt. 3:3-6; Mark 1:2-4; Luke 1:76; 3:2-6; John 1:22, 23. # 2- OT Isaiah 6:1-10 applied to Jesus in the NT here John 12:36-42. # 3- OT Isaiah 45:23 applied to Jesus in the NT here Ph. 2:10. # 4- OT Zechariah 12:10 applied to Jesus in the NT here John 19:34-37. # 5- OT Psalm 24:7-10 applied to Jesus in the NT here 1 Cor. 2:7, 8. # 6- OT Joel 2:32 applied to Jesus in the NT here Rom. 10:13. # 7- OT Psalm 34:8 applied to Jesus in the NT here 1 Pet. 2:3, 4. # 8- OT Malachi 4:5, 6 applied to Jesus in the NT here Luke 1:17. # 9- OT Isaiah 44:6; 48:12 applied by Jesus to Himself and recorded by John in the NT here Rev. 1:17, 18; 2:8. Besides all this evidence, John used Genesis 1:1 creation terminology when he referred to Jesus in John 1:1-3. The apostle Paul did the same in Colo. 1:15-17. So did the writer of Hebrews in Heb. 1:2. But in Heb. 1:10-12, he quoted Psalm 102:25-27 WORD FOR WORD, which vividly describes God in His Creator and Eternal attributes and applied it to Jesus! U defend your heresy against this evidecne. Now to the Holy Spirit. Let's examine if the Scriptures call the Holy Spirit God. # 1 the writer of Hebrews is warning the Jews of his day not to imitate the rebellion of their patriarchs. "Therefore, as the Holy Spirit says, “Today, if you hear His voice, do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion, on the day of testing in the wilderness," Heb. 3:7, 8. this is a quotation from Psalm 95:8, 9, "Do not harden your hearts, as at Meribah, As in the day of Massah in the wilderness, When your fathers tested Me, They tried Me, though they had seen My work." the passage this Psalm is referring to is Exd. 17:7, "He named the place Massah and Meribah because of the quarrel of the sons of Israel, and because they tested the LORD, saying, "Is the LORD among us, or not?" the writer of Hebrews is using 2 OT passages which speak of the Israelites testing God in the past and now they were testing the Holy Spirit, implying that when the Israelites tested God in the wilderness they tested the Holy Spirit. # 2 Heb. 9:1-7 describes the OT tabernacle and its worship. all these instructions were given to Moses by God Himself, "Then the LORD (YHWH) spoke to Moses, saying,..." Exd. 25:1. this whole chapter 25 of Exd. is a detailed description of the specifics concerning the worship including all utensils. and It was YHWH Who gave Moses step by step directions to carry this out. the writer of Hebrews in 9:1-7 is referring to Exd. 25:1-40. then in Heb. 9:8, he writes this "The Holy Spirit was making it clear that the way into the most holy place had not yet been disclosed while the first tabernacle was still standing." the INSPIRED writer of Hebrews implies that it was the Holy Spirit Who instructed Moses to construct the tabernacle. # 3 this INSPIRED writer makes it even clearer now, he wrote in Heb. 10:16, 17, "the Holy Spirit also is a witness to us: for after that He had said before, "This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, declares the Lord: I will put my laws in their hearts, and write them in their minds, And their sins and iniquities I will remember no more.” this is a direct quote from Jer. 31:33, "But this is the covenant which I will make with the house of Israel after those days," declares the LORD, "I will put My law within them and on their heart I will write it; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people." this INSPIRED writer said the ONE Who spoke to Jeremiah was the Holy Spirit. Jeremiah wrote the ONE Who spoke to him was the LORD (YHWH). there are other passages which prove the Holy Spirit is God, Acts 5:3, 4; 2 Cor. 6:16 comp. Eph. 2:22. CONCLUSION. since Father, Son and Holy Spirit are addressed as Almighty God INDIVIDUALLY, then the only biblical and logical conclusion is the plurality of 3 different Divine Persons in the Godhead. end of story!
+enrique moure Thanks for your comment. I think you've misunderstood what we are saying. If you are interested to know more check out our material. Here is a good place to start: ua-cam.com/video/LakHS6NHgCA/v-deo.html
And how dear brother do you correlate your belief with this scripture: Matt 12:32 "And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come."
The Holy Spirit proceeds from God, the Father, why worship that proceeded from God, when you already worshipped the one where the Holy Spirit proceeded from? Jesus was the begotten Son of God, he also came or proceeded from God. Are we going to worship Jesus? Yes, because the Father commanded so. Heb 1:6 NET But when he again brings his firstborn into the world, he says, “Let all the angels of God worship him!”..If the angels were commanded to worship Jesus, how much more us? The holy Spirit might be a divine person and has role in creations and our salvation but God the Father, never commands us to worship the Holy Spirit. What God says, is what we should do and follow. What God has not said, we should not do and follow..Simple as that... Rev 5: 13-15, shows us how worship is being done in heaven. Just follow that way..
Before this the Spirit had been in the world; from the very beginning of the work of redemption He had been moving upon men’s hearts. But while Christ was on earth, the disciples had desired no other helper. Not until they were deprived of His presence would they feel their need of the Spirit, and then He would come.{DA 669.1} The Holy Spirit is Christ’s representative, but divested of the personality of humanity, and independent thereof. Cumbered with humanity, Christ could not be in every place personally. Therefore it was for their interest that He should go to the Father, and send the Spirit to be His successor on earth. No one could then have any advantage because of his location or his personal contact with Christ. By the Spirit the Saviour would be accessible to all. In this sense He would be nearer to them than if He had not ascended on high.{DA 669.2}
“The Holy Spirit … personifies Christ, yet is a distinct personality.” {Ms93-1893.8} “Evil had been accumulating for centuries, and could only be restrained and resisted by the mighty power of the Holy Spirit, the third person of the Godhead,…” {Lt8-1896.2} “The Holy Spirit has a personality, else He could not bear witness to our spirits and with our spirits that we are the children of God. He must also be a divine person, else He could not search out the secrets which lie hidden in the mind of God.” {Ms20-1906.32} I think Mrs white was clear
What about the seven Spirits of the Almighty? Revelation 3:1To the angel of the congregation in Sarʹdis write: These are the things that he says who has the seven spirits of God . . .
Personality of the Holy Spirit-We need to realize that the Holy Spirit, who is as much a person as God is a person, is walking through these grounds.-Manuscript 66, 1899 (From a talk to the students at the Avondale School.). { Ev 616.5} The Holy Spirit is a person, for He beareth witness with our spirits that we are the children of God. When this witness is borne, it carries with it its own evidence. He must also be a divine person, else He could not search out the secrets which lie hidden in the mind of God. “For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.”-Manuscript 20, 1906. { Ev 617.1} The Power of God in the Third Person-The prince of the power of evil can only be held in check by the power of God in the third person of the Godhead, the Holy Spirit.-Special Testimonies, Series A, No. 10, p. 37. Please read the book ‘Movement of Destiny’ and discover the confessions made by LeRoy Froom regarding the alterations made of EGW’s writings to transform the denomination’s understanding of the godhead. ‘Evangelism’ though a book that provides beautiful principles regarding ministry, was deceitfully compiled and a book I would not recommend to anyone, anymore. Read EGW’s work in its original publication.
The only thing that is confusing is this oneness doctrine it is a disgrace to teach that Jesus is the father and both the Holy Spirit .if Jesus did not go away the comforters could not come. This oneness doctrine is not of almighty God and should be condemned as heracy.
In book Evangelism is whole chapter about Godhead - Chapter 148 "Misrepresentations of the Godhead". Ellen White very clearly writes there in many fragments that Holy Ghost is a person.
Uriah Smith and other 'Church Fathers' were also confused about the Godhead because some of them were Connexionists etc. Ellen White was clear about the distinct Personhood of all three Persons of the Godhead.
The Father and the Son alone are to be exalted. The Youth's Instructor, July 7, 1898 God and Christ alone know what the souls of men have cost. ST Jan.13, 1909 God informed Satan that to his Son alone he would reveal his secret purposes, and he required all the family in heaven, even Satan, to yield him implicit, unquestioned obedience; ST Jan. 9, 1879 ONLY TWO BEINGS Christ the Word, the only-begotten of God, was one with the eternal Father,-one in nature, in character, and in purpose,-the only being in all the universe that could enter into all the counsels and purposes of God. By Christ, the Father wrought in the creation of all heavenly beings. GC p.493 “But to us there is but ONE God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and ONE Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.” 1 Corinthians 8:6 For Seventh-day Adventists, it took over 50 years for the doctrine of the Trinity to become normative. Merlin D. Burt PHD teaches Church History at the S.D.A. Theological Seminary and is Director of the Center for Adventist Research and the Ellen G. 190)
Everything that's said up to 13:28 mark I can agreed to, However at this point words start to be twisted and presenter starts to interpret things his way. Not the way it is written. "It will be said that the Living Temple has been revised. But the Lord has shown me that the writer has not changed, and that there can be no unity between him and the ministers of the gospel while he continues to cherish his present sentiments...." She clearly says that Kellogg has revised his book to suit the teaching of the church (Godhead, 3 living persons of the heavenly trio) however HE has not changed in his heart. He still held onto his belief of pantheism, he cherished that belief of pantheism. To say that sister White said that pantheism and the doctrine of the Godhead is the same thing is absolutely incorrect. Very cleverly twisted and manipulated. Why would then sister White write a statement that she was instructed to say by God about the Godhead? This statement was written in response to the Kellogg controversy and ideas about God that sprung up as a result of Kellogg's influence. "I am instructed to say. The sentiments of those who are searching for advanced scientific ideas are not to be trusted. Such representations as the following are made: "The Father is as the light invisible; the Son is as the light embodied; the Spirit is the light shed abroad." "The Father is like the dew, invisible vapour; the Son is like the dew gathered in beauteous form; the Spirit is like the dew fallen to the seat of life." Another representation: "The Father is like the invisible vapour; the Son is like the leaden cloud; the Spirit is rain fallen and working in refreshing power." All these spiritualistic representations are simply nothingness. They are imperfect, untrue. They weaken and diminish the Majesty which no earthly likeness can be compared to. God cannot be compared with the things His hands have made. These are mere earthly things, suffering under the curse of God because of the sins of man. The Father cannot be described by the things of earth. The Father is all the fullness of the Godhead bodily, and is invisible to mortal sight. The Son is all the fullness of the Godhead manifested. The Word of God declares Him to be "the express image of His person." "God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Here is shown the personality of the Father. The Comforter that Christ promised to send after He ascended to heaven, is the Spirit in all the fullness of the Godhead, making manifest the power of divine grace to all who receive and believe in Christ as a personal Saviour. There are three living persons of the heavenly trio; in the name of these three great powers, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, those who receive Christ by living faith are baptized, and these powers will co-operate with the obedient subjects of heaven in their efforts to live the new life in Christ." (Special Testimonies, Series B, No. 7 p62,63) In this statement that she was instructed to say by God clearly states that there are "three living persons" a "heavenly trio" "three great powers-the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit" How can anyone say that the Godhead doesn't consist of three living persons i can't understand.
Jason Missole Kellogg Revised his book, however he still held to his pantheistic beliefs. He just changed and said that it's not God the Father that's in everything but the Holy Spirit. That is what Ellen white wrote about in that statement that presenter has quoted at 13: 20 mark. It has nothing to do with Holy Spirit being a person. When he writes a letter to Butler, what one needs to understand that Butler didn't believe that Holy Spirit was a person. And Kellogg says well Ellen White says that He is a person. So how can you [Butler] say that He is not a person. That's hard for me to see. Quotes are plucked from random places and then put together to give a different meaning. It is of vital importance that a quote be read in it's entirety and in context. If a quote is not clear, read a paragraph, if it's still not clear read the chapter, and if it's still not clear read the whole book. By plucking quotes and verses randomly I can show you that bible teaches that one should commit suicide. "If anyone causes one of these little ones--those who believe in me--to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea. Matt 18:6. "Jesus told him, “Go and do likewise.” Luke 10:37 Now this is an extreme example but plucking texts randomly out of context (whether it's the bible or spirit of prophecy) is extremely dangerous and leads to destruction.
coban3891 Kellogg's revision of the book was not to bring it into harmony with the church teaching. Every SDA historian admits that the church at the time did NOT believe in the Trinity doctrine. I encourage you to examine the history more carefully. There is a booklet on our website that shows the pioneer belief at that time. It's called "The Living Voice of the Lord's Witnesses". :)
Matthew 24:45-47 Who really is the faithful and discreet slave whom his master appointed over his domestics, to give them their food at the proper time? Happy is that slave if his master on coming finds him doing so! Truly I say to you, he will appoint him over all his belongings.
David Leone you haven't done much research into history... I would suggest that you read the book foundations of our faith by Allen Stump. It might just take the veil of deception from your eyes.
Rejecting the Holy Spirit of God's Word. It's unpardonable. Rejecting God's Law is sinful. There is no owe in Kellogg. You cannot trade the Holy Spirit for your favorite(s). You will seal your fate and it will not be for the better. The spirit of truth is divine. The flesh will never understand.
What amazing hidden truth that God reveal,,, this man call Nader mansour and brother elder Imad were rise up by God himself, to take people away from deception.
Are you to argue with Jesus? Mark 12: 28 And one of the scribes came, and having heard them reasoning together, and perceiving that he had answered them well, asked him, Which is the first commandment of all? 29 And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord: 30 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.
Why is it that the prophets of the old testament are all called by their names and Ellen g white is given the title and name 'spirit of prophecy'? They all prophesied ...about Christ. Many times I find Adventist using her words to validate the scriptures and doctrines. Why? Why are some of the authors whose work she used not credited? She used /read the apocryphal and other text not in the Bible. Funny these book are not canonical and some Adventist say these books should not be read. Why were they found with the Torah , 4gospels, Paul letters, Revelations and old testament.
Why so much insistance on the expression ”the only begotten”? While Jesus is called the SON OF GOD (or His Son, My Son, the Son, the Father‘s Son) more than 90 times in the New Testament, He is called the ”only begotten” only in the old English Bible translations, that wrongly rendered the Greek term μονογενής MONOGENES (= unique, one of his kind) as it would have been MONO-GENNETOS (only begotten, uniquely born). But this last expression is nowhere in the Bible, while MONOGENES (unique) is used 3 times in the OT Greek (Ps 21/22:21; 24/25:16; 34/35:17), twice two translate the Hebrew term yahhidah (unique life) and once to translate the Hebrew term yahhid (unique, alone). And it appears 9 times in the New Testament: to mean an only son or daughter (Luke 7:12; 8:42; 9:38; Hebrews 11:17) or referring to Christ as UNIQUE (John 1:14, 18; 3:16, 18; 1John 4:9). Unfortunately, the KJV translation and other traditional Bible translations have rendered this term by ”only-begotten” in 6 places (Jn 1:14, 18; 3:16, 18; Heb 11:17; 1Jn 4:9), under the indirect influence of the Latin Vulgate, which has UNIGENITUS (only-begotten), instead of UNICUS. It is for longtime proven that ”only-BEGOTTEN” is not what Bible means. And finally, if one wants to take this BEGOTTEN so literally, tell me, how can one be at the same time the ”only-begotten” and the ”firstborn” (Rom 8:29; Col 1:15, 18; Heb 1:6; Rev 1:5)? An how can He be both eternal God, ”having neither beginning of days” (Jn 1:1; 8:58; Heb 7:3; Ex 3:2, 4, 14), and a secondary being, derived / emanated / ”born” from God? And please do not speak in the name of the SDA Church, while you are a deceived and deceiving offshoot. Whoever receives your message becomes fanaticized and closed minded. You distort the history of the SDA Church, and build your faith on your own suppositions. DECEIVERS!
Be very careful in labeling/name-calling others. That is not the way to lead anyone (including the several listeners they may have) to the truth, if they were in error. Surely you have been wrong in some aspects of your understanding biblical doctrine at some point of your spiritual journey. To call one a heretic or deceiver is to place oneself in the role of the only One who can and will give us each a name that no man knows. --- Also, I can almost assure (do not know him personally) that Brother NM is not speaking “in the name of the SDA church,” but in and by the authority given each of us to share the gospel (including the 3 Angels Messages) to the entire world. We are all living on borrowed time at this point and there is none to spare on those, who like Rome, want to do away with Freedom of Speech and liberty of conscience. This is most dangerous. The power of life and death are in the tongue (Prov. 18:21) Fear God. Give Him Glory. Worship Him who made heaven and earth. Leave the rest to God. It is my hope that if I was in absolute error and found myself in the pits, that those who consider themselves the true representatives of Christ would approach me as He did the sinners He healed (physically, mentally, emotionally, and/or spiritually)... out of darkness into the Light. God be praised.
Another one-liner and taken out of context as well. Here is the full context taken from "Putting the Pieces Together" “We need to realize that the Holy Spirit, who is as much a person as God is a person, is walking through these grounds.--Manuscript 66, 1899. (From a talk to the students at the Avondale School.)” {Evangelism, p. 616} Short Answer: This statement is talking about the Lord Jesus (when it is read in its original context). The statement appearing in Evangelism is edited to suit the bias of the compilers. “There are many who interpret that which I write in the light of their own preconceived opinions. You know what this means. A division in understanding and diverse opinions is the sure result.” {E. G. White, Selected Messages Book 3, p. 79} Detailed Answer: This is a classic example of misquotation. We were warned very plainly not to do this with the Spirit of Prophecy. “There are some, who upon accepting erroneous theories, strive to establish them by collecting from my writings statements of truth, which they use, separated from their proper connection and perverted by association with error. Thus seeds of heresy, springing up and growing rapidly into strong plants, are surrounded by many precious plants of truth, and in this way a mighty effort is made to vindicate the genuineness of the spurious plants.” {E. G. White, This Day With God, p. 126} Now let us look at that statement in its full context (which is hidden from the reader of Evangelism). “The Lord says this because He knows it is for our good. He would build a wall around us, to keep us from transgression, so that His blessing and love may be 18 bestowed on us in rich measure. This is the reason we have established a school here. The Lord instructed us that this was the place in which we should locate, and we have had every reason to think that we are in the right place. We have been brought together as a school, and we need to realize that the Holy Spirit, who is as much a person as God is a person, is walking through these grounds, unseen by human eyes; that the Lord God is our Keeper and Helper. He hears every word we utter and knows every thought of the mind.”{E. G. White, Sermons and Talks Volume Two, pp. 136, 137} {Also appearing in Manuscript Releases Vol. 7, p. 299} As can be plainly seen, the statement appearing in Evangelism was doctored (altered) by the editors to suit their own thinking. In 1946 the editors and compilers of Evangelism (compiled by LeRoy E. Froom and friends) selected a number of E. G. White statements on the Godhead (about 6-8) which seemed to imply that she was teaching the trinity doctrine. Remember, the book Evangelism by Ellen White is a compilation with subheadings she did not supply. They are supplied by Froom and friends, such as the use of the word ‘Trinity’. She never used the word in all her writings. It was LeRoy Froom who supplied the word trinity in the subheadings of the book Evangelism, as well as the carefully "selected" (and edited) quotes by Ellen White on the Godhead. Yet the prophet has not failed to warn us of such attempts either. “There will be those once united with us in the faith who will search for new, strange doctrines, for something odd and sensational to present to the people. They will bring in all conceivable fallacies, and will present them as coming from Mrs. White, that they may beguile souls.” {E. G. White, Selected Messages Book 1, p. 41} Who has a right to meddle with the words of the inspired Messenger? Why should the editors of Evangelism feel a need to place a full stop where the prophet places a comma and continues her explanation? Why should they thus cut up this sentence? Anyone reading the whole paragraph should know the answer. Let us now examine the statement carefully in its full context. Mrs. White is not talking of more than one individual, for she is using the singular pronoun “he” all through. If she were talking of more than one she would have used “they” rather than “he”. Therefore, she is talking only of one person; “The Lord”. It is “The Lord” who is our keeper, not someone else. The Lord is the one who hears every word. It is the Lord who is “unseen by human eyes”. And even though He is there by His Holy Spirit yet He is as much a real person AS IF HE WERE HERE PHYSICALLY! This is the meaning of that statement. His personal presence is His person, which is as much a person as He is a person. 19 Now let us compare the Spirit of Prophecy (the key) here a little and there a little: “It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing; the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life." Christ is not here referring to his doctrine, but to his person, the divinity of his character.” {E. G. White, Review and Herald, April 5, 1906 par. 12} How plain! When Christ speaks of the Spirit He is referring “to his person” (not to a different person other than Himself). This is why it is as much a person as God is a person, for it is His very own person! “Christ walks unseen through our streets. With messages of mercy He comes to our homes. With all who are seeking to minister in His name, He waits to co-operate. He is in the midst of us, to heal and to bless, if we will receive Him.” {E. G. White, The Ministry of Healing, p. 107} “Remember that Jesus is beside you wherever you go, noting your actions and listening to your words. Would you be ashamed to hear his voice speaking to you, and to know that he hears your conversation?” {E. G. White, The Youth’s Instructor, February 4, 1897 par. 3} Who walks unseen in our streets? Who is it that listens to our words and hears our conversation? Why, it is Jesus who is beside us. But, how is He beside us? “That Christ should manifest Himself to them, and yet be invisible to the world, was a mystery to the disciples. They could not understand the words of Christ in their spiritual sense. They were thinking of the outward, visible manifestation. They could not take in the fact that they could have the presence of Christ with them, and yet He be unseen by the world. They did not understand the meaning of a spiritual manifestation.” {E. G. White, The Southern Work, September 13, 1898 par. 2} “By the Spirit the Father and the Son will come and make their abode with you.” {E. G. White, Bible Echo and Signs of the Times, January 15, 1893 par. 8} Therefore, we rightly conclude that the Holy Spirit is the UNSEEN PERSONAL PRESENCE of the Father and the Son. The Holy Spirit is the UNSEEN PERSON OF CHRIST.
Not one Bible verse was given in this presentation. Sad, therefore i will give at list one 1John 5: 7 says For there are three that bear record in heaven the FATHER the WORD and the HOLY GHOST and these three are one.
There is a particular focus here. If you want scripture look through the rest of the videos on this channel. He mentioned in the beginning that this was all about the SDA history and their stance on the godhead. This video fulfilled that goal.
7. For there are three. Hebrew practice, based on Deut. 17:6; 19:15; etc., demanded consistent testimony from two or three witnesses before action was taken in certain legal disputes. John is here citing three witnesses in support of the divinity of his Master (1 John 5:5, 6, 8), thus assuring his readers of the reliability of his statement. Bear record. Gr. martureō, “to witness,” “to testify.” Martureō is translated “to bear witness” (v. 6) and “to testify” (v. 9). The Greek implies that the witness is being borne continuously. In heaven. Textual evidence attests (cf. p. 10) the omission of the passage “in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. And there are three that bear witness in earth.” The resultant reading of vs. 7, 8 is as follows: “For there are three that bear record, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.” The passage as given in the KJV is in no Greek MS earlier than the 15th and 16th centuries. The disputed words found their way into the KJV by way of the Greek text of Erasmus (see Vol. V, p. 141). It is said that Erasmus offered to include the disputed words in his Greek Testament if he were shown even one Greek MS that contained them. A library in Dublin produced such a MS (known as 34), and Erasmus included the passage in his text. It is now believed that the later editions of the Vulgate acquired the passage by the mistake of a scribe who included an exegetical marginal comment in the Bible text that he was copying. The disputed words have been widely used in support of the doctrine of the Trinity, but, in view of such overwhelming evidence against their authenticity, their support is valueless and should not be used. In spite of their appearance in the Vulgate A Catholic Commentary on Holy Scripture freely admits regarding these words: “It is now generally held that this passage, called the Comma Johanneum, is a gloss that crept into the text of the Old Latin and Vulgate at an early date, but found its way into the Greek text only in the 15th and 16th centuries” (Thomas Nelson and Sons, 1951, p. 1186). 8. The Spirit. The apostle now recapitulates his testimony, but places the Spirit at the head of the list. When Jesus was baptized, the Holy Spirit in the form of a dove bore testimony to John that the one he had baptized was the divinely appointed Messiah, and God Himself proclaimed His Son’s praise (Matt. 3:16, 17). When Christ shed His blood upon the cross, His noble bearing and quiet dignity, aided by the ominous darkness and the earthquake, impressed onlookers with His deity (Matt. 27:45-54). Thus the Spirit operated with the events represented by the water and the blood (see on 1 John 5:6) to affirm that Jesus was the Son of God. These three agree in one. Literally, “the three are for the one thing,” that is, the three witnesses have the same objective in view-to testify to Christ’s divinity, that men might believe on Him and be saved. It was for this selfsame purpose that John wrote his Gospel (John 20:31). Nichol, F. D. (Ed.). (1980). The Seventh-day Adventist Bible Commentary (Vol. 7, p. 675). he HOLY SPIRIT IS A PERSON, for He (the Holy Spirit) beareth witness with our spirits that we are the children of God. When this witness is borne, it carries with it its own evidence. At such times we believe and are sure that we are the children of God.... The HOLY SPIRIT HAS A PERSONALITY, else He (the Holy Spirit) could not bear witness to our spirits and with our spirits that we are the children of God. He (the Holy Spirit) MUST ALSO BE A DIVINE PERSON (the Holy Spirit), else He (the Holy Spirit) could not search out the secrets which lie hidden in the mind of God. “For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.”-Manuscript 20, 1906
There are various kinds of ”spirits”, or rather meanings of the word „spirit”. One is the spirit of our mind, another „spirit” is our own life. Angels are ”serving spirits” (Hebrews 1:14). God is also called Spirit (John 4:24), and Christ is a ”life giving Spirit” (1Cor 15:45). Why the Holy Spirit cannot be a separate entity, if the angels of God are SEPARATE spirits? Don’t pe so arrogant and self-trusting. The Church is still led by God, but these various kinds of heretics are led by Satan, because there are lots of groups fighting each other. May God open your eyes!
I pray that one day you guys wake up to the fact that this whole Trinity confusion is due to the lack of clarity of Ellen White and her guiding angel in explaining the Godhead. Her statements are confusing and contradictory on the topic, otherwise there could not be so much division by persons all using her writings as support. To hide that defect, she even declared ( minute 25:50) that the Godhead should not be discussed in detail. You should know that the whole problem is caused by dividing God Almighty into separate persons, which you do by declaring Christ a literal son of God, and yet calling Him God also. The solution is Real Time Modalism. God is One Infinite Person who operates as Father, Son and Holy Spirit, as He pleases and simultaneously. God is in fact Spirit as Christ clearly taught and pervades all space, as the Bible teaches. He manifests in form , the Logos or Word for the benefit of His finite intelligent creatures. Peace and blessing to those sincerely seeking Truth.
@@bla4674 Yes, the Bible calls Jesus, the Son of God but it never calls Him, the Eternal Son or Eternally the Son, meaning that He is not literally a son but that "Son" is a suitable simile to describe something that human language cannot. The Father was the aspect of the Incarnate Lord that was outside of His human body. That explains why and how the Father calls Him , God. Peace and blessings.
We need to realize that the Holy Spirit, who is as much a person as God is a person, is walking through these grounds.--Manuscript 66, 1899. (From a talk to the students at the Avondale School.) {Ev 616.5} The Holy Spirit is a person, for He beareth witness with our spirits that we are the children of God. When this witness is borne, it carries with it its own evidence.
THE HOLY SPIRIT IS THE PERSONIFICATION OF JESUS THE SON OF GOD AND HIS FATHER WHO IS IN HIM THROUGH THE SPIRIT THAT HE GAVE IT TO HIS SON AND THROUGH HIS SON TO US.
The Holy Spirit is Christ’s representative, but divested of the personality of humanity and independent thereof. Cumbered with humanity, Christ could not be in every place personally. Therefore it was for their interest that He should go to the Father, and send the Spirit to be His successor on earth. No one could then have any advantage because of his location or his personal contact with Christ. By the Spirit the Saviour would be accessible to all. In this sense He would be nearer to them than if He had not ascended on high.” {Desire of Ages p 699) “Jesus is waiting to breathe upon all his disciples, and give them the inspiration of His sanctifying Spirit, and transfuse the vital influence from HIMSELF, to his people.” EGW Signs of the Times, Oct 3, 1892. “They have ONE God and ONE Saviour; and ONE Spirit - the Spirit of Christ - is to bring unity into their ranks.” “There is no power in you apart from Christ, but it is your privilege to have Christ abiding in your heart by faith, and HE can OVERCOME sin in you.” EGW OHC 76.5 “The Lord is soon to come. We want that complete and perfect understanding which the Lord alone can give. It is not safe to catch the spirit from another. We want the Holy Spirit, which is Jesus Christ.” (Ellen G. White, Letter 66, 1894 to E. W. Prescott, April 2 10t1894) What kind of faith is it that overcomes the world?-It is that faith which makes Christ your own personal Saviour,-that faith which, recognizing your helplessness, your utter inability to save yourself, takes hold of the Helper who is mighty to save, as your only hope. It is faith that will not be discouraged, that hears the voice of Christ saying, “Be of good cheer, I have overcome the world, and my divine strength is yours.” It is the faith that hears him say, “Lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world.” RH August 26, 1890, par. 9 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. John 15:5 The reason why the churches are weak and sickly and ready to die, is that the enemy has brought influences of a discouraging nature to bear upon trembling souls. He has sought to shut Jesus from their view as the Comforter, as one who reproves, who warns, who admonishes them, saying, “This is the way, walk ye in it.” Christ has all power in heaven and in earth, and he can strengthen the wavering, and set right the erring. He can inspire with confidence, with hope in God; and confidence in God always results in creating confidence in one another. RH August 26, 1890, par10. “As by faith we look to Jesus, our faith pierces the shadow, and we adore God for His wondrous love in giving Jesus the Comforter.” EGW 19MR297.3 At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you. He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him. Judas saith unto him, not Iscariot, Lord, how is it that thou wilt manifest thyself unto us, and not unto the world? Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, AND WE WILL COME UNTO HIM, and make our abode with him. John 14:20-23 KJV
Wow dude you are confused... Kellogg did NOT believe in the Trinity.... Kellogg destroyed the Personhood of the Holy Spirit in Pantheism... you have it all backwards.
Yes I did watch the study and know those quotes very well. Kellogg said he believed in the Trinity only because Ellen White did but question how it could be so because of the Holy Spirit being in all places at once and the Holy Spirit being Christ in presence. Kellogg made that statement of believe in the Trinity not to support his pantheism by in support of clear Ellen White statements but yet had his questions to A. G. Daniels... that is the true context of those statement from him.
Kellogg resolved the 'Trinity' issue that Ellen White believed in through Sabellianism and Modelism. Old heresies making it's way into Adventism. You are deceived by the Omega of Apostasy... you are destroying the Heavenly Sanctuary and the Personhood of the Godhead and sadly think that you are defending it... you are well down the slippery slope of Satan's enchanted ground and are numb to your danger.

You quote James White (who did not have the prophetic gift) and you discount Ellen White who had the Spirit of Prophecy. Ellen White was shown the Trinity in a group of people who did not believe the Trinity because they were 19th Century East Coast Christians who were Connexionists, Congregationalists who took the East Coast Liberal Theology of AntiTrinitarianism. Ellen White was shown the Truth about God the Son and God the Holy Spirit as His own Person. You attack the Godhead.
Honestly i feel this is too extreme. I feel a lot of hatred, fear and fear mongering in these teaching.... why argue over these things?!? God doesnt want us fighting over these things we are meant to cultivate love, peace and compassion not argue about these things or "demonize" things or people much less look down on them.

The Holy Spirit IS A PERSON! Are you going to ignore the most plainest of statements?
I have fallen victim to just reading the Bible and the Spirit of prophecy. I don't read Froom... sorry. My position is STRICTLY from the Bible and Spirit of Prophecy. It seems to me that you are victim to other people's paradigms and 'who's camp are you in?' mentality.
The guy is blatantly lying. He played what Pastor Stephen Bohr and David Asscherick said then falsely conclude that we believe what Kellogg believed. Dude you should really reconsider what you are doing
Jason Missole To avoid the charge of lying I purposely put video clips of others so as not to misquote them. The evidence is there for all to see for themselves. It's really not that hard. :)

To the Father and Son be all glory, honor, and praise for revealing these important truths through Their willing servant, Pastor Nader.
Amen.
+Gregory Stewart Amen!
Amen
Amen. May God have mercy on us.
BRAVO BROTHER GREAT WORK DO NOT LISTEN TO WHATEVER THEY SAY AND DO NOT LET THE COMMENTS OF MEN HINDER YOUR WORK THAT IS FROM GOD
YOU ARE PROTECTED BY GOD'S GRACE THROUGH HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON JESUS I PRAY
This message is a blessing.
On point, my friend. Powerful truth.
Truth thank you. Father bless this family.
Another great teaching! Thank you for sharing brother!!! Shalom!! ❤️💯
Wow, I finaly get it, huh. Absolutely fantastic. It's taken so long but I got it.
Nader , the trinity has even been put into the hymms , i never sing those words
Thank you so much brother Nader for standing up for the truth, my family and I don't believe in the trinity simply because it's very confusing- your teaching is clear and simple to understand.I just like to ask you if you have any of your sermon translated in Arabic? Please advise.Also, I would like to know if you still belong to SDA church, as to my knowledge they do believe in the trinity doctrine.God bless you
We have some material in Arabic:

10MR 48
May YAHUAH thro' YAHUSHA retain Nader Mansour's and families' names in the LAMB'S book of life.
Thank you Nader for another powerful message.

E. Cornell it was a fruit of the great apostasy, along with such false doctrines as Sunday-keeping and the immortality of the soul."
“A survey of other Adventist writers during these years reveals, that to a man, they rejected the trinity, yet, with equal unanimity they upheld the divinity of Christ.
Then the first verse of the Bible would be correctly translated as follows: “Someone named “BEGINNING” created the angels, heaven and earth.” Of course it's Jesus!
Erik Braganca That's referring to Christ, the one through whom all the creation of God finds its beginning. See John 1:1-3.

The trinity is a false doctrine from the Romans Catholic Church .make believe. The trinity has been exposed. The Roman Catholic Church can’t murder today because they don’t believe in the trinity or have a copy of the scriptures and reading it.
Very good presentation, the Bible is clear!
20For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
21Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
I am form Brazil! here they say the trinity is a mystery ... but the Scriptura is clear ! FELIZ SÁBADO

READ:
"The world's TRINITY -the lust of the flesh,
the lust of the eyes
and the pride of life "
EGW,LT43, 1898, PAR.25.
IF SHE WAS A TRINITARIAN SHE WOULD SAY the word Trinity more often AND SHE WILL NOT BE SCARED OF YOU NOR ANYONE ELSE
and the BIBLE DOES NOT HAVE THIS WORD NOT EVEN ONCE. So please go teach your philosophy to someone else if people want the TRUTH GOD WILL GIVE THEM THE TRUTH AND YOU AND NO ONE ELSE WILL BE ABLE TO STAND IN THE WAY.
The mind of the Spirit is Jesus. Who intercedes for us.
When Christ gave His disciples the promise of the Spirit, He was nearing the close of His earthly ministry. He was standing in the shadow of the cross, with a full realization of the load of guilt that was to rest upon Him as the Sin Bearer. Before offering Himself as the sacrificial victim, He instructed His disciples regarding a most essential and complete gift which He was to bestow upon His followers-the gift that would bring within their reach the boundless resources of His grace. “I will pray the Father,” He said, “and He shall give you another Comforter, that He may abide with you forever; even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth Him not, neither knoweth Him: but ye know Him; for He dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.” John 14:16, 17. The Saviour was pointing forward to the time when the Holy Spirit should come to do a mighty work as His representative. The evil that had been accumulating for centuries was to be resisted by the divine power of the Holy Spirit. {AA 47.1}
THIS REFERS to the OMNIPRESENCE of THE SPIRIT OF CHRIST, CALLED THE COMFORTER." (14 MR 179.2)
Notice, "another comforter" that Jesus promised to send is NOT someone else different than himself, but His omnipresence power!
John 14:16: Jesus talks about another Comforter
John 14:17; That "another" comforter is called "The Spirit of Truth" question, who is the truth? John 14:6 Jesus clearly said "I am the way, the truth and the life..."
John 14:18; "I will not leave you COMFORTLESS; I will come to you." If you think He would send someone else, then He would be a liar!
John 14:20; "...I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you." NOT someone else!
John 14:21: "....I will love him, and will manifest MYSELF to him." again, NOT someone else like the Trinity doctrine teaches! Don't be deceived!
Pastor John Carter doesn’t use SOP. I used to watch his videos long time ago, but left because of that.

THE SECOND COMMANDMENT, THE TRINITY AND THE OMNIPRESENCE OF GOD
I always wondered what was so significant about the second Commandment that Rome found it necessary to remove it altogether from the Ten Commandments.
Ok😊
Why am i so late to come across this
verses that mention the 3 Persons:
"After being baptized, Jesus came up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending as a dove and lighting on Him," Matth.
+enrique moure None of these verses say anything about 3 persons as you stated. Did you actually watch the video or just copy paste your post?
And how dear brother do you correlate your belief with this scripture: Matt 12:32
"And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come."
Before this the Spirit had been in the world; from the very beginning of the work of redemption He had been moving upon men’s hearts. But while Christ was on earth, the disciples had desired no other helper. Not until they were deprived of His presence would they feel their need of the Spirit, and then He would come.{DA 669.1}
The Holy Spirit is Christ’s representative, but divested of the personality of humanity, and independent thereof. Cumbered with humanity, Christ could not be in every place personally. Therefore it was for their interest that He should go to the Father, and send the Spirit to be His successor on earth. No one could then have any advantage because of his location or his personal contact with Christ. By the Spirit the Saviour would be accessible to all. In this sense He would be nearer to them than if He had not ascended on high.{DA 669.2}
“The Holy Spirit … personifies Christ, yet is a distinct personality.” {Ms93-1893.8}
“Evil had been accumulating for centuries, and could only be restrained and resisted by the mighty power of the Holy Spirit, the third person of the Godhead,…” {Lt8-1896.2}
“The Holy Spirit has a personality, else He could not bear witness to our spirits and with our spirits that we are the children of God. He must also be a divine person, else He could not search out the secrets which lie hidden in the mind of God.” {Ms20-1906.32}
I think Mrs white was clear
What about the seven Spirits of the Almighty? Revelation 3:1To the angel of the congregation in Sarʹdis write: These are the things that he says who has the seven spirits of God . . .
Personality of the Holy Spirit-We need to realize that the Holy Spirit, who is as much a person as God is a person, is walking through these grounds.-Manuscript 66, 1899 (From a talk to the students at the Avondale School.). { Ev 616.5}
The Holy Spirit is a person, for He beareth witness with our spirits that we are the children of God. When this witness is borne, it carries with it its own evidence. At such times we believe and are sure that we are the children of God.... { Ev 616.6}

The Holy Spirit has a personality, else He could not bear witness to our spirits and with our spirits that we are the children of God. He must also be a divine person, else He could not search out the secrets which lie hidden in the mind of God. “For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.”-Manuscript 20, 1906. { Ev 617.1}

This isn't oneness doctrine at all. Have a listen and you'll hear it for yourself.
In book Evangelism is whole chapter about Godhead - Chapter 148 "Misrepresentations of the Godhead". Ellen White very clearly writes there in many fragments that Holy Ghost is a person.
The quotes from that book are all addressed in this booklet:

Uriah Smith and other 'Church Fathers' were also confused about the Godhead because some of them were Connexionists etc. Ellen White was clear about the distinct Personhood of all three Persons of the Godhead.

In this statement that she was instructed to say by God clearly states that there are "three living persons" a "heavenly trio" "three great powers-the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit" How can anyone say that the Godhead doesn't consist of three living persons i can't understand.
wow well said Coban3891. The brother in the video is being deceptive
Matt 18:6. "Jesus told him, “Go and do likewise.” Luke 10:37
Now this is an extreme example but plucking texts randomly out of context (whether it's the bible or spirit of prophecy) is extremely dangerous and leads to destruction.
coban3891 Kellogg's revision of the book was not to bring it into harmony with the church teaching.
Antikrist je ten kdo popírá že Ježíš není Syn Boží. Ten nemá ani Otce. Amen!
Mark 12:
28 And one of the scribes came, and having heard them reasoning together, and perceiving that he had answered them well, asked him, Which is the first commandment of all?
29 And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:
30 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.
Instead of teaching and explaining what those books are about, you better teach from the word of God, from the Bible
---
Also, I can almost assure (do not know him personally) that Brother NM is not speaking “in the name of the SDA church,” but in and by the authority given each of us to share the gospel (including the 3 Angels Messages) to the entire world. We are all living on borrowed time at this point and there is none to spare on those, who like Rome, want to do away with Freedom of Speech and liberty of conscience. This is most dangerous.
The power of life and death are in the tongue (Prov. 18:21)

We need to realize that the Holy Spirit, who is as much a person as God is a person, is walking through these grounds.-Manuscript 66, 1899
Another one-liner and taken out of context as well.
Here is the full context taken from "Putting the Pieces Together"
“We need to realize that the Holy Spirit, who is as much a person as God is a person, is walking through these grounds.--Manuscript 66, 1899. (From a talk to the students at the Avondale School.)” {Evangelism, p. 616}
Short Answer: This statement is talking about the Lord Jesus (when it is read in its original context). The statement appearing in Evangelism is edited to suit the bias of the compilers. “There are many who interpret that which I write in the light of their own preconceived opinions. You know what this means. A division in understanding and diverse opinions is the sure result.” {E. G. White, Selected Messages Book 3, p. 79}
Detailed Answer: This is a classic example of misquotation. We were warned very plainly not to do this with the Spirit of Prophecy. “There are some, who upon accepting erroneous theories, strive to establish them by collecting from my writings statements of truth, which they use, separated from their proper connection and perverted by association with error. Thus seeds of heresy, springing up and growing rapidly into strong plants, are surrounded by many precious plants of truth, and in this way a mighty effort is made to vindicate the genuineness of the spurious plants.” {E. G. White, This Day With God, p. 126}
Now let us look at that statement in its full context (which is hidden from the reader of Evangelism). “The Lord says this because He knows it is for our good. He would build a wall around us, to keep us from transgression, so that His blessing and love may be 18 bestowed on us in rich measure. This is the reason we have established a school here. The Lord instructed us that this was the place in which we should locate, and we have had every reason to think that we are in the right place. We have been brought together as a school, and we need to realize that the Holy Spirit, who is as much a person as God is a person, is walking through these grounds, unseen by human eyes; that the Lord God is our Keeper and Helper. He hears every word we utter and knows every thought of the mind.”{E. G. White, Sermons and Talks Volume Two, pp. 136, 137} {Also appearing in Manuscript Releases Vol. 7, p. 299}
As can be plainly seen, the statement appearing in Evangelism was doctored (altered) by the editors to suit their own thinking. In 1946 the editors and compilers of Evangelism (compiled by LeRoy E. Froom and friends) selected a number of E. G. White statements on the Godhead (about 6-8) which seemed to imply that she was teaching the trinity doctrine. Remember, the book Evangelism by Ellen White is a compilation with subheadings she did not supply. They are supplied by Froom and friends, such as the use of the word ‘Trinity’. She never used the word in all her writings. It was LeRoy Froom who supplied the word trinity in the subheadings of the book Evangelism, as well as the carefully "selected" (and edited) quotes by Ellen White on the Godhead. Yet the prophet has not failed to warn us of such attempts either. “There will be those once united with us in the faith who will search for new, strange doctrines, for something odd and sensational to present to the people. They will bring in all conceivable fallacies, and will present them as coming from Mrs. White, that they may beguile souls.” {E. G. White, Selected Messages Book 1, p. 41} Who has a right to meddle with the words of the inspired Messenger? Why should the editors of Evangelism feel a need to place a full stop where the prophet places a comma and continues her explanation? Why should they thus cut up this sentence? Anyone reading the whole paragraph should know the answer. Let us now examine the statement carefully in its full context. Mrs. White is not talking of more than one individual, for she is using the singular pronoun “he” all through. If she were talking of more than one she would have used “they” rather than “he”. Therefore, she is talking only of one person; “The Lord”. It is “The Lord” who is our keeper, not someone else. The Lord is the one who hears every word. It is the Lord who is “unseen by human eyes”. And even though He is there by His Holy Spirit yet He is as much a real person AS IF HE WERE HERE PHYSICALLY! This is the meaning of that statement. His personal presence is His person, which is as much a person as He is a person. 19 Now let us compare the Spirit of Prophecy (the key) here a little and there a little: “It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing; the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life." Christ is not here referring to his doctrine, but to his person, the divinity of his character.” {E. G. White, Review and Herald, April 5, 1906 par. 12}
How plain! When Christ speaks of the Spirit He is referring “to his person” (not to a different person other than Himself). This is why it is as much a person as God is a person, for it is His very own person! “Christ walks unseen through our streets. With messages of mercy He comes to our homes. With all who are seeking to minister in His name, He waits to co-operate. He is in the midst of us, to heal and to bless, if we will receive Him.” {E. G. White, The Ministry of Healing, p. 107} “Remember that Jesus is beside you wherever you go, noting your actions and listening to your words. Would you be ashamed to hear his voice speaking to you, and to know that he hears your conversation?” {E. G. White, The Youth’s Instructor, February 4, 1897 par. 3} Who walks unseen in our streets? Who is it that listens to our words and hears our conversation? Why, it is Jesus who is beside us. But, how is He beside us? “That Christ should manifest Himself to them, and yet be invisible to the world, was a mystery to the disciples. They could not understand the words of Christ in their spiritual sense. They were thinking of the outward, visible manifestation. They could not take in the fact that they could have the presence of Christ with them, and yet He be unseen by the world. They did not understand the meaning of a spiritual manifestation.” {E. G. White, The Southern Work, September 13, 1898 par. 2} “By the Spirit the Father and the Son will come and make their abode with you.” {E. G. White, Bible Echo and Signs of the Times, January 15, 1893 par. 8}
Therefore, we rightly conclude that the Holy Spirit is the UNSEEN PERSONAL PRESENCE of the Father and the Son.

The real meaning of this quote is in this article:
www.thethirdangelsmessage.com/person_spirit.php
Should that mean that our spirit is also a personality separate from us???
Wow
The Bible and the Father calls Jesus the Son of God. The Father calls Jesus , God Hebrews chapter one.

In this sense He would be nearer to them than if He had not ascended on high.” {Desire of Ages p 699)

“There is no power in you apart from Christ, but it is your privilege to have Christ abiding in your heart by faith, and HE can OVERCOME sin in you.” EGW OHC 76.5
“The Lord is soon to come. We want that complete and perfect understanding which the Lord alone can give. It is not safe to catch the spirit from another. We want the Holy Spirit, which is Jesus Christ.” (Ellen G. White, Letter 66, 1894 to E. W. Prescott, April 2 10t1894)
What kind of faith is it that overcomes the world?-It is that faith which makes Christ your own personal Saviour,-that faith which, recognizing your helplessness, your utter inability to save yourself, takes hold of the Helper who is mighty to save, as your only hope. 9
I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. John 15:5
The reason why the churches are weak and sickly and ready to die, is that the enemy has brought influences of a discouraging nature to bear upon trembling souls.
“As by faith we look to Jesus, our faith pierces the shadow, and we adore God for His wondrous love in giving Jesus the Comforter.” EGW 19MR297.3
At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.
David Leone' Kellogg himself admitted to A. G. Daniells that he did believe in the trinity. Did you actually watch the study?

The Holy Spirit searches the mind of God and bears witness to us!
The Holy Spirit is a person - because God is a person! the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Christ - the Holy life of Christ.
