Every time i hear you, i want more, like im hungry to listen. Im 27 years old, i met Jesus around 4 years ago, and since then im searching day and night EVERY day for the truth, i went from Christianity, and doubt lead me to a whole different doctrines, at one point i wanted to convert to Islam, i was i new age after that for a year studying it daily, atheism got me for some time also, science and evolution, karma, law of attraction...But i didn't give up, because i wanted to know who is God, does he exist?who created me? I couldn't rest even for one day. I departed from faith after being born again for 2 and a half years, i lost the truth, and came back to know, 100% that Jesus is the way the truth and the Life.Amen
Amen ... i am 47 and i hope you can be an example for more young strong minds to come to the truth .... i have a weakness of the flesh in terms of addiction but i started to deal with it in 2014 and am now on daily medicine to stay safe, with the aim of reducing and eventually stopping with the help of the Lord. i learned much of the Bible history and prophecy and the exegesis of the two by watching Walter Veith Nader Mansour and Ivor Myers as well as Stephen Borh i have been hungry for more knowledge of my long suffering Just Righteous Holy God .... im really trying to understand the complexities in its simplicity the doctrine of Sanctification Justification and glorification, past present, future, imparted righteousness and imputed righteousness
I had an experience about five years ago after I had turned back to God from my prodigal daughter experience. I was studying and praying constantly, and would take long walks by the ocean every morning to be the Him, and would pray to be filled with the Holy Spirit. One morning after my making such a request a voice came and said to me "I am here, just pray directly to me". I was shocked and alarmed because I knew that I had never seen anywhere in the Bible that we were to pray directly to the Holy Spirit, and I knew in my spirit it wasn't right. I grew up in the Methodist (trinitarian) church and didn't question the trinity doctrine at that time, although I had never really studied the Bible to see what it said either, just accepting what the church taught. When I came across your teachings concerning the trinity (after being led to the sabbath, state of the dead, etc. and the SDA church), I remembered that experience and it reinforced to me the fact that Satan will be using people's false understanding of the Holy Spirit to deceive many in these last days. I pray that more people will listen to your teachings and really pray and study this out for themselves, otherwise they are leaving themselves open to dangerous deception.
I am 70 yrs old and was brought up Catholic, taught by nuns from 1st grade thru high school. Since I was 13 I've had many concerns regarding the doctrine of the church. I have been searching and this man is the first person to speak exactly what my spirit has shown me all my life!! This is only the 2nd video of his I've seen, and it was wonderful to hear God's word explained so simply. He speaks God's truth. (and no, I haven't been to that church since I was 25)
I was a member of no church. Then came to know my Lord and Savior 40 years ago. I have walked with Jesus and been filled with the Holy Spirit ever since. The words of this man go against the Bible. We cannot fully understand this with our human minds. But just because there are three entities in the Godhead does not mean that there are three Gods. It is the One God who expresses Himself in these three persons. Matthew 28:19 clearly refers to the three aspects of the Godhead. Samuel Williams TY - it is so good to hear a comment such as yours. This man may not realize which master he is serving. Our human minds cannot understand this concept fully, but God gave us His Word and also gave us a prophet that He inspired with the correct understanding of the Trinity truth. We either trust God and His prophet or we fall prey to speakers like this one. This speaker is planting seeds of doubt in the words that God's prophet was inspired to write. Nothing good has ever come of ignoring a prophet and trusting our own understanding. This is called wishful thinking only. Wishing Ellen White had said and written things that agree with my way of thinking.
Truly Nader is speaking in the spirit of Elijah as did John the Baptist. Turning the minds of God’s people from the worship of false gods to the worship of the true God and His Son. Same goes for brother Awde.
When God said, "Let us make man in our image", He did not proceed to creating a triune personality. Apparently, the very IMAGE of God was perfectly exemplified in one person, the man Adam. Since Adam was not a trinity of persons, there can only ever be one of two possible conclusions to this matter: 1. If God is indeed a trinity, then Adam was not a true reflection of His image. 2. If Adam was the image of God, then God is not a trinity of persons.
Actually ...it would be better and more accurate to say that male and female in union constitutes the image of God. Note Genesis 1:26-27 where we are told "And God said, Let us make 'man' in our image, after our likeness: and let 'them' ...." In other words, man is referred to as 'them' ...as in mankind. Verse 27 clarifies. "So God created man in his own image...". And just who is this man (mankind) that was created? It goes on to say "male and female created he them". As Jesus could say, "I and my Father are one" ...we are also told concerning them intimate bonds of matrimony "Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh" (Gen. 2:24). So the union of man and woman (mankind together) is representative of the image of God.
I have felt like the human is mind-body-spirit which is the soul of man. Like Father-Son-Holy Spirt is GOD. There is much confusion and debate about the concept of the nature of GOD. If GOD were simple to comprehend, then perhaps HE would not be worth worshipping because fully comprehending our great GOD would put us on par with HIM. I don't think our minds are capable of grasping the infinite GOD.

The Hebrew word used for God's Holy Spirit is "ru'ach". The Greek word used for God's Holy Spirit is "pneuma". Both words have the same meaning...wind, breezy part, active force, or anything pertaining to an active force such as spirit. When Jesus appeared to his disciples after his death, he blew Holy Spirit (pneuma) on them (John 20:22). It's hardly likely that Jesus blew a person on them and quite apparent that what he blew on them was an active force. The Jews also believed that God's Holy Spirit was an active force and not a person.
+Samuel Williams Yes, as the Jews knew it to be, it is a force. However, God also uses his Holy Spirit to comfort people. So when a person is undergoing severe tribulation such as suicidal thoughts, homelessness, living in the midst of violence such as a war zone for instance, etc., God can provide comfort to us through his written word and the good news of the kingdom that he will soon establish on the earth that will eliminate all these problems. In that way it acts as a comforter in making us aware that soon God is going to put an end to all this mess that we live in. Please read Daniel 2:44 and Daniel 7:9, 10, 13, 14 and if you can find the time, Isaiah chapters 25:6-8, 35:5-7, 45:18, 55:11, 65:17-25. Isaiah 55:11 tells us that God PROMISES us that every word that goes forth from his mouth will not go back to him without results, so we can be assured that all these things are going to come true. For people in severe circumstances, all these things can act as a comforter. Now who arranged to have those promises written down for us? Jehovah...through his Spirit, that's who. And who can arrange to direct a person's attention to those promises? Jehovah...through his Spirit, that's who. And who, then, can provide us with comfort from these promises? Jehovah...through his Spirit, that's who. So what then can act as our comforter? Jehovah's Spirit, that's what... as He uses it to guide and direct our attention towards his promises.

Jesus stated at John 4:22 "Salvation originates with the Jews". In fact, not only were Jesus and his apostles all Jewish, but the very first Christians were all Jews. They met in the synagogue, obeyed the law of Moses and repeated the Shema on a daily basis. Simply put, they were still Jews and the only thing that made them different to other Jews was that they accepted Jesus as the Messiah. Well, if our Salvation originates with the Jews as Jesus very clearly stated, then we would do well to pay mind to what the Jews taught. Strong evidence of what the Jews taught regarding the Holy Spirit being God's active force is found at John 20:22 "After saying this he blew on them and said to them: "Receive Holy Spirit". It's not very likely that Jesus blew a person on his disciples but an active force would be in context to his act of blowing something on them and telling them to receive it. In every instance, including in Revelation, there are only God and his Son together and no third person with them.

There are those that say that the Holy Spirit is another and separate person FROM the Father and the Son but the Bible does not say it. It is "ANOTHER COMFORTER" representing Christ (John 14:16-18). The Greek for "another" is "ALLOS" in JOhn 14:16 which means "another of the SAME KIND". The Spirit is called COMFORTER (Gk. parakletos) and Christ is also called ADVOCATE (Gk. parakletos) in 1John 2:1). That's why Christ comes to the believers AS ANOTHER OF THE SAME KIND since he comes in another form, in the SPIRIT as the "parakletos" (John 14:18; Col 1:27; Gal 4:6). Joh 14:16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you ANOTHER COMFORTER, that he may abide with you for ever; Joh 14:18 I will not leave you comfortless: I WILL COME TO YOU. Christ is the SAME PARAKLETOS KIND as the Holy Spirit because he is using the Spirit of his Father (John 15:26) as an AGENCY to represent himself and functions as his person. EGW: The Holy Spirit is greatly needed in our schools. This divine agency comes to the world as Christ's representative. {FE 526.3} Cumbered with humanity, Christ could not be in every place personally; therefore it was altogether for their advantage that He should leave them, go to His father, and send the Holy Spirit to be His successor on earth. The Holy Spirit is Himself divested of the personality of humanity and independent thereof. He would represent Himself as present in all places by His Holy Spirit, as the Omnipresent. {14MR 23.3} BIBLE: Mar 13:32 But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father. The Holy Spirit is no longer mentioned because it is already embedded in the person of the Father. EGW: "He that believeth in the Son, hath the Father also." He who has continual faith in the Father and the Son has the Spirit also. {BTS, March 1, 1906 par. 6}
The nature of the Holy Spirit is a mystery but his IDENTITY and his ROLE are not. 1Co 2:10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. 1Co 2:11 For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God. The Spirit of God is a part of God as much as the spirit of man is a part of man. The Spirit of God CAN PROCEED FORTH from God (John 15:26) to function as an omnipresent person representing the Father. But since Christ is one with the Father, the Son can also INVEST HIS DIVINE PERSONALITY in this Spirit so that it personifies him BUT DIVESTING his personality of humanity to likewise represent HIMSELF as the HOLY SPIRIT. The HOLY SPIRIT is a DISTINCT PERSONALITY since he is the OMNIPRESENT and INCORPOREAL IDENTITY of the Son. And by this Spirit agency, he can speak as the Son in his omnipresence (Rom 8:9, John 14:23). This ability of the SPIRIT to function as an omnipresent entity can never be copied or imitated by the spirit of man. This OMNIPRESENCE is only an attribute of the Deity through the agency of the Spirit of God.

The Holy Spirit is the fathers presence. His power and wisdom. His understanding, might, counsel, knowledge etc. Isaiah 11:2. This was the image man was created in before the fall. Since we are now born dead, 1st Adam of carnal flesh, we must be born again of the spirit which resurrects us into new life as a new creation, the last Adam a spiritual man. I must decrease (1st Adam) so he can increase (last Adam) by the holy spirit. Most of the gospels is a story of how ALL sons of men are transformed into the Sons of God. All creation yearns for the REVELATION of the SONS of Elohiem. Notice it doesnt say SON in singular. The book of Revelation is about the revealing of the SONS of Elohiem Not just one man. Understanding how to interpret hebrew literature and poetic writing is essential to figuring out the bible. Most of what we've been taught for over 1700 years is a strong delusion.
Im not a biblical scholar , but i always felt the blessed Holy spirit is not separate but an extension of the All mighty just like Christ. Weve been seperated from God, but yes he dwells in us all even sinners.. The All Mighty created everything, so there fore everything contains pieces of him.

First let me say that I lean strongly to the side of pioneers belief. I am certain that they did not believe in the Trinity. But I came across this quote: "You are born unto God, and you stand under the sanction and the power of the three holiest beings in heaven, who are able to keep you from falling." - {Ms95-1906.29} It seams EGW has used terms Person, Personality and even Being about the Holy Spirit.
@Trevor Tonner I understand if you haven't read her books. But I encourage you to do so. Anyway, the Bible says there will be prophets. So there is nothing wrong with another prophet. Who wrote the Bible? The prophets did. Who is the real author though? God, who by His Spirit inspired the prophets, who were humans. Same with EGW. People don't realize that when they criticize EGW they criticize God. They don't realize that when they accuse us of worshipping a human (EGW) they are actually worshiping humans themselves. They worship the Bible writers and turn a blind eye to God who is the author of both the Bible and EGW writings. Btw, I found an explanation to my old question as well. That quote comes from her sermon and that manuscript is not written by her but by a stenographist instead. She probably made a mistake because EGW never writes "three beings" about God. Of course, we don't need EGW to disprove the Trinity. It is clear from the Bible also. But for SDAs it is important to see that she did not believe it. Because we are being lied to as if she did.
The Father is Spirit. Christ is a fully spiritualized, divinized Man ( 1 Tim. 2:5 ), conceived by the holy Spirit - Son of God / Son of Man. Re: Christ Jesus, "It is sewn a natural body, but it is raised a spiritual BODY". Christ remains VISIBLE, and yet he can move through solid objects, and he can vanish (as with the Emmaus disciples when He broke bread with them). The Father, SPIRIT, is INVISIBLE ( Col.1:15). We must make this distinction. 1 Cor. 15:44. Jesus remains the VISIBLE image of the invisible God, the effulgence of the Father's glory in His exalted state..Yes? The Scriptures speak of "the spirit of the Father" ( and the "spirit of Christ", and we have this in Gal. 4:6: And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father". Notice it says the spirit OF His Son. Not "His Son, the spirit. There is also "the Spirit of adoption, Romans 8:15. I am not aware of any scripture that teaches that the "spirit of His (the Father's) Son is omnipresent. i.e, "If any man have not the spirit of Christ, he is none of His". He (His spirit) dwells individually in the believer, and corporately in His Body, the ecclesia.Yes? Clearly, there are those who DO NOT have the spirit of Christ. This is my understanding after nearly half a century since my conversion to Christ and correlating washing of regeneration and renewing of the holy Spirit (the presence and power/action of God).

Yes, Jesus is our Comforter but our Saviour himself says in John 14:16 "And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you ANOTHER Comforter that he (he pronoun, meaning another) may abide with you for ever: (17) Even the Spirit of truth: . . ." But since the Holy Spirit or Spirit of truth is part of the Triune or ONE God, Jesus can still say on verse 18 "I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you"
Desire of Ages page 671, regarding the Holy Spirit, EG White says "Sin could be resisted and overcome only through the mighty agency of the THIRD PERSON OF THE GODHEAD, who would come with no modified energy, but in the fullness of divine power."
@ If the trinity denies that Jesus is really truly the Son of God (according to you) then there is no problem of me proving you totally wrong because in my biblical studies of the Trinity I come to the conclusion that our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ is indeed, truly the Son of God? Remember, the Comforter, the Spirit of truth "he will guide you into ALL TRUTH (John 16:13) I believe you guys will never see the truth regarding GOD (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) because you guys, like Mansour, keep calling the the Godhead (Father Son and Holy Spirit) pagan. Once you eliminate the grammer of John 14,15 and Paul's words that "The Holy spirit says", what are you left with? dozens upon dozens of mentions of the terms 'God's Spirit'! Its HIS, it belongs to and is sent at HIS bidding! Plus Num 11:17 is great! "I will take some of the spirit I have given you ( Moses) and give it to them ( 70!). 'The Good news bible. Same in Acts 2:18 "I will pour out some of my spirit" ( NEB ). How can a 'person' be sub devided into 70 and then 120 people? A 'person'? NO!
Romans 3:23 states all have sinned and fell short of the glory of God which makes us all sinners, so does that agree with Christ does not put his spirit in sinners?

God the Father in His being, is a Spirit. Spirit has no flesh and bones. And as a Spirit being, God the Father, has also a spirit, in fact God has seven Spirits. I am SDA but what you do regarding the verse. Blasphemy against the Father is forgiven and blasphemy against the Son is forgiven but blasphemy against the Holy Spirit can’t be forgiven. How can we understand that passage.
So first off, we have to look at the context. Christ was healing people The jews said it was by the power of devils that Christ was performing these miracles. Now the holy spirit is the agent, from God himself, used to convict us of sin, used for healing, understanding of scripture, and in today's world, to be our comforter. To make the claim that this spirit is of Satan and to constantly reject its convicting power to bring us back to the father through christ, is a blasphemy that can not be forgiven by God or his son.
When Good created us (adam in the beginning) he gave us a Holy spirit. He gave us free will and when this free will listen to the desire of the flesh and earthly desires, our holy spirit turned unholy spirit. When we repent and get salvation through Christ he clothed us with a new Holy spirit that is sinless.

You also quoted 2 Corinthians 3:17 where it mentions "Christ be that Spirit" but when you read the chapter it also says God's people are His Epistle... how could that be? Unless it was referring to them walking in His character, revealing His character throughout the lands... accepting and obeying His word... verse 18 says we are changed into His image/glory the more we behold Him... and are changed into His image/glory... character was the context... not Christ being The Holy Spirit...
Don't take things at face value. If you believe Ellen White was an inspired writer then you really should read everything she wrote about who she believed the Holy Spirit to be. Also you have to read her contemporaries letters about the subject as well. Not hard to do online with Google and with the EGW estate word finder that is built into their site. The early founders of the SDA church were NOT trinitarian, in fact they heartily opposed the Roman Catholic model of the trinity. Ellen's husband wrote some pretty succinct statements on the subject and Ellen did not write a word in opposition of him.. in fact she upheld him and other non trinitarian fellows as being men of God. She wrote over and over again the church should be very careful about departing from the truths they had come through fire to believe in. Not one word did Ellen ever write about a supposed change of mind about who she believed the spirit to be. Sure, the third person statements, if taken from all she ever wrote about the subject can be misconstrued as a third unique person who is someone apart from Father and Son...but careful gathering of statements she wrote on the subject leaves a reader without doubt she believed the third person is the spirit of Christ, divested of humanity so He could be all places at once. This was a woman who was a prolific writer. If she had departed from what the early founders of the SDA church believed...something she warned others not to do...surely, surely she would have written about it herself?!. The church is suffering under the omega of apostasy, she wrote about this and it has happened. You will never see through the delusion unless you love truth more than following what the false teachers are teaching. The SDA church has been successfully infiltrated by the mother harlot, she has been reclaimed back to the mother whose cornerstone of faith is not Jesus but the mystery of the trinity. All three are mentioned in I Peter 1:2 by name. Father, Spirit, Jesus. You can't miss it. This man is incorrect in his teaching. The Holy Spirit is a person who is God. Acts 4: 3, 4 makes that very clear. He is called God by Peter.

He has a problem with the Holy Spirit because he approaches the Holy Spirit with the mindset of "another god" when those who believes in 3 in one do not take it that way. Consider: John 14: vs. 16 "And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you ANOTHER Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;..." vs. 26 "But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you." God had already sent Jesus, if He was the One who would stay around, what was the sense of Him asking God to send a Comforter? Why should the Holy Spirit being an entity be problematic but not God (the Father) and Jesus (the Son)? Why would the speaker wrestle the Holy Spirit from the Godhead? We are aware that there are always counterfeits. Jesus warned that false Christs will come. The same way false spirits will always masquerade but that does not eliminate the person and entity of the Holy Spirit.

Didn't He say in verse 17, "He dwells with you and shall be in you", that means spirit dwelled with them already at the moment when Jesus talked to them. Which He also nicely explained again in verse 20: "..... I am in My Father, and you are in Me, and I am in you." Where is the person of holy Spirit in these words? He calls the Spirit in verse 17 "the Spirit of Truth" but in vers 6 Jesus said: "I am the Way, and the Truth, and the Life". Remeber, trinity is unity of three co-eternal Persons. If holy Spirit is a person, than all this is very confusing. But if the Spirit is mind, will, power, thinking and most importantly personality of Father, which proceeds from Him to His Son and through Him to us, than those verses make more sense. Trinity rises too many whys, ifs, contradictions and confusion. But pure and simple concept of Father & Son relationship is easy to understand for us people, created to the image of Father and Son. The purity and simplicity which Paul was speaking about in 2Co_11;3-4. I'm sorry but I don't see simplicity in trinity. True Jesus represents simplicity, instead of confusion of another Jesus whom Roman Catholic church advocates through trinity dogma.

Jesus approached God in prayer requesting that He return him to his previous position of glory that he had when he was beside him. International Standard Version John 17:5 "So now, Father, glorify me in your presence with the glory I had with you before the world existed." Note that Jesus does not state that he shared his Father's glory....only that he had glory while in his Father's presence....and what a glorious position he had as his Father's master worker let's go on and look at some scriptures that will help define the relationship between the Father and the Son. Heb 1:1-4 2 and now in these final days, he has spoken to us through his Son. God (our Father) promised everything to the Son as an inheritance, and through the Son he (our Father) created the universe. 3 The Son radiates God’s (our Father’s) own glory and expresses the very character of God (our Father) , and he sustains everything by the mighty power of his command. When he had cleansed us from our sins, he sat down in the place of honor at the right hand of the majestic God in heaven. 4 This shows that the Son is far greater than the angels, just as the name God (our Father) gave Him is greater than their names. I’m sorry but what we just read wipes out any remnant of the trinity. Or of your 2 gods How do you sit at the right hand of the Majestic God in heaven, if you are that God? Why would he reflect his Father’s Glory and not just radiate His own. Why if Jesus always existed would his Father have to name Him? Or why did he have to call his supposed equal Father. Or why would it have to say he was greater than the angels? Why would the Father have to give him his authority? How can you read that and get mixed up enough to think Jesus is God or was eternal! The bible we claim to believe says he was the first Born of all Creation. It also says he was Begotten. Do you know what born and Begotten means? Of course you do so how can you say another word you have ears but cannot hear, eyes but cannot see.

I had an experience about five years ago after I had turned back to God from my prodigal daughter experience. I was studying and praying constantly, and would take long walks by the ocean every morning to be the Him, and would pray to be filled with the Holy Spirit. One morning after my making such a request a voice came and said to me "I am here, just pray directly to me". I was shocked and alarmed because I knew that I had never seen anywhere in the Bible that we were to pray directly to the Holy Spirit, and I knew in my spirit it wasn't right. I grew up in the Methodist (trinitarian) church and didn't question the trinity doctrine at that time, although I had never really studied the Bible to see what it said either, just accepting what the church taught. When I came across your teachings concerning the trinity (after being led to the sabbath, state of the dead, etc. and the SDA church), I remembered that experience and it reinforced to me the fact that Satan will be using people's false understanding of the Holy Spirit to deceive many in these last days. I pray that more people will listen to your teachings and really pray and study this out for themselves, otherwise they are leaving themselves open to dangerous deception.

I am 70 yrs old and was brought up Catholic, taught by nuns from 1st grade thru high school. Since I was 13 I've had many concerns regarding the doctrine of the church. Our human minds cannot understand this concept fully, but God gave us His Word and also gave us a prophet that He inspired with the correct understanding of the Trinity truth. When God said, "Let us make man in our image", He did not proceed to creating a triune personality. Apparently, the very IMAGE of God was perfectly exemplified in one person, the man Adam. Since Adam was not a trinity of persons, there can only ever be one of two possible conclusions to this matter: 1. If God is indeed a trinity, then Adam was not a true reflection of His image. 2. Actually ...it would be better and more accurate to say that male and female in union constitutes the image of God. Note Genesis 1:26-27 where we are told "And God said, Let us make 'man' in our image, after our likeness: and let 'them' ...." In other words, man is referred to as 'them' ...as in mankind. Verse 27 clarifies. "So God created man in his own image...". And just who is this man (mankind) that was created? It goes on to say "male and female created he them". As Jesus could say, "I and my Father are one" ...we are also told concerning them intimate bonds of matrimony "Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh" (Gen. 2:24). So the union of man and woman (mankind together) is representative of the image of God.
I have felt like the human is mind-body-spirit which is the soul of man. Like Father-Son-Holy Spirt is GOD. There is much confusion and debate about the concept of the nature of GOD. If GOD were simple to comprehend, then perhaps HE would not be worth worshipping because fully comprehending our great GOD would put us on par with HIM. I don't think our minds are capable of grasping the infinite GOD.

The Hebrew word used for God's Holy Spirit is "ru'ach". The Greek word used for God's Holy Spirit is "pneuma". Both words have the same meaning...wind, breezy part, active force, or anything pertaining to an active force such as spirit. When Jesus appeared to his disciples after his death, he blew Holy Spirit (pneuma) on them (John 20:22). It's hardly likely that Jesus blew a person on them and quite apparent that what he blew on them was an active force. The Jews also believed that God's Holy Spirit was an active force and not a person.

So when a person is undergoing severe tribulation such as suicidal thoughts, homelessness, living in the midst of violence such as a war zone for instance, etc., God can provide comfort to us through his written word and the good news of the kingdom that he will soon establish on the earth that will eliminate all these problems. In that way it acts as a comforter in making us aware that soon God is going to put an end to all this mess that we live in. Please read Daniel 2:44 and Daniel 7:9, 10, 13, 14 and if you can find the time, Isaiah chapters 25:6-8, 35:5-7, 45:18, 55:11, 65:17-25. Isaiah 55:11 tells us that God PROMISES us that every word that goes forth from his mouth will not go back to him without results, so we can be assured that all these things are going to come true. For people in severe circumstances, all these things can act as a comforter. Now who arranged to have those promises written down for us? Jehovah...through his Spirit, that's who. And who can arrange to direct a person's attention to those promises? Jehovah...through his Spirit, that's who. And who, then, can provide us with comfort from these promises? Jehovah...through his Spirit, that's who. So what then can act as our comforter? Jehovah's Spirit, that's what... as He uses it to guide and direct our attention towards his promises.

In every instance, including in Revelation, there are only God and his Son together and no third person with them.

There are those that say that the Holy Spirit is another and separate person FROM the Father and the Son but the Bible does not say it. It is "ANOTHER COMFORTER" representing Christ (John 14:16-18).
The Greek for "another" is "ALLOS" in JOhn 14:16 which means "another of the SAME KIND".
The Spirit is called COMFORTER (Gk. parakletos) and Christ is also called ADVOCATE (Gk. parakletos) in 1John 2:1). That's why Christ comes to the believers AS ANOTHER OF THE SAME KIND since he comes in another form, in the SPIRIT as the "parakletos" (John 14:18; Col 1:27; Gal 4:6).
Joh 14:16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you ANOTHER COMFORTER, that he may abide with you for ever;

But since Christ is one with the Father, the Son can also INVEST HIS DIVINE PERSONALITY in this Spirit so that it personifies him BUT DIVESTING his personality of humanity to likewise represent HIMSELF as the HOLY SPIRIT.
The HOLY SPIRIT is a DISTINCT PERSONALITY since he is the OMNIPRESENT and INCORPOREAL IDENTITY of the Son. And by this Spirit agency, he can speak as the Son in his omnipresence (Rom 8:9, John 14:23).
This ability of the SPIRIT to function as an omnipresent entity can never be copied or imitated by the spirit of man. This OMNIPRESENCE is only an attribute of the Deity through the agency of the Spirit of God.

Anyway, the Bible says there will be prophets. So there is nothing wrong with another prophet. Who wrote the Bible? The prophets did. Who is the real author though? God, who by His Spirit inspired the prophets, who were humans. Same with EGW. People don't realize that when they criticize EGW they criticize God. They don't realize that when they accuse us of worshipping a human (EGW) they are actually worshiping humans themselves. Btw, I found an explanation to my old question as well. That quote comes from her sermon and that manuscript is not written by her but by a stenographist instead. She probably made a mistake because EGW never writes "three beings" about God. Of course, we don't need EGW to disprove the Trinity. It is clear from the Bible also. We must make this distinction. 1 Cor. 15:44. Jesus remains the VISIBLE image of the invisible God, the effulgence of the Father's glory in His exalted state..Yes? The Scriptures speak of "the spirit of the Father" ( and the "spirit of Christ", and we have this in Gal. 4:6: And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father". Notice it says the spirit OF His Son. Not "His Son, the spirit. There is also "the Spirit of adoption, Romans 8:15. I am not aware of any scripture that teaches that the "spirit of His (the Father's) Son is omnipresent. i.e, "If any man have not the spirit of Christ, he is none of His". Yes, Jesus is our Comforter but our Saviour himself says in John 14:16 "And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you ANOTHER Comforter that he (he pronoun, meaning another) may abide with you for ever: (17) Even the Spirit of truth: . . ." But since the Holy Spirit or Spirit of truth is part of the Triune or ONE God, Jesus can still say on verse 18 "I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you"

Once you eliminate the grammer of John 14,15 and Paul's words that "The Holy spirit says", what are you left with? dozens upon dozens of mentions of the terms 'God's Spirit'! God the Father in His being, is a Spirit. Spirit has no flesh and bones. And as a Spirit being, God the Father, has also a spirit, in fact God has seven Spirits. Jesus, after his resurrection, had assume glorified and spiritual body and this body has also a Spirit or Jesus's Spirit. Simply speaking, both the Father and the Son have spirits in themselves. Let us remember that all spirits ( to include the Spirit of Jesus) originates or emanates from God the Father ( example the spirit of life that God breathe to Adam and God gave to all humans/ creations to have life or sustained life). Since all spirits, to include the Spirit of Jesus, come/ emanates from God. I am SDA but what you do regarding the verse. Blasphemy against the Father is forgiven and blasphemy against the Son is forgiven but blasphemy against the Holy Spirit can’t be forgiven. How can we understand that passage.
So first off, we have to look at the context.
Christ was healing people
The jews said it was by the power of devils that Christ was performing these miracles.
Now the holy spirit is the agent, from God himself, used to convict us of sin, used for healing, understanding of scripture, and in today's world, to be our comforter.
To make the claim that this spirit is of Satan and to constantly reject its convicting power to bring us back to the father through christ, is a blasphemy that can not be forgiven by God or his son.
Don’t explain the Bible. The Bible is clear, we don’t need men like you to explain it to us. You are misleading those that are vulnerable.

He gave us free will and when this free will listen to the desire of the flesh and earthly desires, our holy spirit turned unholy spirit. When we repent and get salvation through Christ he clothed us with a new Holy spirit that is sinless.

In the church we belonged to before we moved, the pastor and his family believed that the trinity had 3 positions that were roles played by the triune God. The roles were chosen by them, so the Father wasn't really the Father, He had only chosen that role. Crazy. Even when I believed in the trinity, I never believed that. The identity of God is Milk not Meat! So if it's hard to chew, there will be problems when you are given meat as we have seen done in the Church since Ellen's passing to Rest. That is called the Johannen comma. Research shows that the passage is not found in any original Greek but rather in some later Latin versions. I am not interested in what Latin versions of the bible have to say.
1John could not have stated this. The same book of the bible states that indeed our fellowship is with the Father and his Son Jesus Christ. The Johannine comma contradicts this statement which proves the Johannine comma does not belong in scripture. John could not possibly have left out a whole person of the Godhead.

How could any trinitarian believer consistently bring attention to 2 members of the Godhead and leave the other unsaid? It just cannot be. Don't take things at face value. If you believe Ellen White was an inspired writer then you really should read everything she wrote about who she believed the Holy Spirit to be. Also you have to read her contemporaries letters about the subject as well. Not hard to do online with Google and with the EGW estate word finder that is built into their site. The early founders of the SDA church were NOT trinitarian, in fact they heartily opposed the Roman Catholic model of the trinity. Ellen's husband wrote some pretty succinct statements on the subject and Ellen did not write a word in opposition of him.. in fact she upheld him and other non trinitarian fellows as being men of God. She wrote over and over again the church should be very careful about departing from the truths they had come through fire to believe in. Not one word did Ellen ever write about a supposed change of mind about who she believed the spirit to be. Sure, the third person statements, if taken from all she ever wrote about the subject can be misconstrued as a third unique person who is someone apart from Father and Son...but careful gathering of statements she wrote on the subject leaves a reader without doubt she believed the third person is the spirit of Christ, divested of humanity so He could be all places at once. This was a woman who was a prolific writer. If she had departed from what the early founders of the SDA church believed...something she warned others not to do...surely, surely she would have written about it herself?!. The church is suffering under the omega of apostasy, she wrote about this and it has happened. You will never see through the delusion unless you love truth more than following what the false teachers are teaching. The SDA church has been successfully infiltrated by the mother harlot, she has been reclaimed back to the mother whose cornerstone of faith is not Jesus but the mystery of the trinity. God requires us to know the Father and the Son to have eternal life. If you do not know them, anything you are worshipping is the antichrist. All three are mentioned in I Peter 1:2 by name. Father, Spirit, Jesus. You can't miss it.

Consider: John 14:
vs. 16 "And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you ANOTHER Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;..."
vs. 26 "But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you."
God had already sent Jesus, if He was the One who would stay around, what was the sense of Him asking God to send a Comforter? Why should the Holy Spirit being an entity be problematic but not God (the Father) and Jesus (the Son)? Why would the speaker wrestle the Holy Spirit from the Godhead?
We are aware that there are always counterfeits. Jesus warned that false Christs will come. The same way false spirits will always masquerade but that does not eliminate the person and entity of the Holy Spirit.

The Bible does not eliminate the person of the Holy Spirit. Common tradition, not the Bible, teaches that it is a different person to the Father and Son. That is the key problem. If you watched the video then you saw where I have addressed this point from the Bible.

You skipped over the passage that explained what spirit the Father would send. There are many spirits that the Father gives us. The "holy" added to Spirit is an adjective, not a part of some personal title.

why stop at verse 17, when verse 18 clearly says that He, Jesus, is the one who is coming to them.
Didn't He say in verse 17, "He dwells with you and shall be in you", that means spirit dwelled with them already at the moment when Jesus talked to them.
Which He also nicely explained again in verse 20: "..... I am in My Father, and you are in Me, and I am in you." Where is the person of holy Spirit in these words?
He calls the Spirit in verse 17 "the Spirit of Truth" but in vers 6 Jesus said: "I am the Way, and the Truth, and the Life".
Remeber, trinity is unity of three co-eternal Persons.
If holy Spirit is a person, than all this is very confusing. But if the Spirit is mind, will, power, thinking and most importantly personality of Father, which proceeds from Him to His Son and through Him to us, than those verses make more sense.
Trinity rises too many whys, ifs, contradictions and confusion.
But pure and simple concept of Father & Son relationship is easy to understand for us people, created to the image of Father and Son.
The purity and simplicity which Paul was speaking about in 2Co_11;3-4.
I'm sorry but I don't see simplicity in trinity.

Daniel Owino Ogweno Amen, brother - so well said. We aren't truly converted if we can't spot a counterfeit of Satan. This speaker is an agent of Satan whether he realizes it or not. He is sowing seeds of discord and doubt against God, His Word, and His prophet. Smooth words for those that are not yet anchored in truth. People please beware - what this speaker is telling you is total blasphemy.
Just because you are deceived is not an excuse for salvation. Did God excuse Eve for being deceived? Show me the scripture that states the Holy Spirit/Ghost is a separate being and to be worshiped? Don't add anything of your own to the scriptures as we're admonished in Deuteronomy and Revelation.

Hi again Nader, i am suggesting your channel to everyone who is asking. But i have 1 question that puzzles me a bit. Peter said there is Three who are witness in heaven, the father , the son and the spirit. I know the verse is altered when is states that these three are one. But as i understand, the first part of it is true. Can you please help me understand why peter refered to the spirit as a 3rd person here? It is crucial for my teachings to other and as you said we need people to know the truth so the kingdom might come. Thank you.

The Holy Spirit is indeed a person. It is God's Omnipresence. It is not a different person from that of the Father and of the Son.

The author herself explains it in the same book as "the life of Christ" and "the indwelling of Christ". It's not a different person to Christ.

It is clear to me that the holy spirit is the third person of the godhead. He is the spirit of Christ and the spirit of God. All of those are true.
David Wallace what you last described is not what the trinitarians teach. What you described is correct, it’s what Nader said.
Trinitarians accept the mode of 3 distinction of 3 persons in the so called godhead but can't accept the oneness view of God manifestations of son & spirit...same person. I don't worship 3 in 1 but 1,Jesus Christ=GOD

You Guys have traded three Gods For Two Gods the Bible says there is one God every Epistle Paul wrote Grace from God our father and the Lord Jesus Christ and leaves out the Holy Sprite all together. neither the holy spirit nor Jesus is God. When the scripture says He was the only begotten Son that means that Jesus was begotten. The Father was unbegotten had no beginning always was! don't you understand English. Or maybe you think that saying he was the only begotten Son was referring to the time when Jesus was born of Mary. Well God has not left you in the dark! Heb 1:5-6 For to which of the angels did He ever say :"You are My Son, Today I have begotten You" (Formed you or created you)? And again: "I will be to Him a Father, And He shall be to Me a Son"? 6 But when He again brings the firstborn into the world, He says: "Let all the angels of God worship Him." KJV Here in Hebrews it is recorded clearly that the Father brought his First Born into the world. So he was begotten in the past before the world or anything existed. Then when he brought his only begotten or first born into the world to get a body. The angels were then commanded to worship him. If Jesus was God almighty, would they have to be told to worship him? Of course not. So how much plainer could it have been written? The very fact that Jesus was Begotten should settle this discussion right now,
Jesus is refered to in scripture as God's wisdom. 1Cor.1:24 "However, to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ is the power of God and THE WISDOM of God" Proverbs 8:22-30 tells us that WISDOM was present with God and acted as a master worker. In verse 35 it tells us that the one finding him will have life. In verse 36 it tells us that those who hate him love death. The bible makes it very clear that Jesus is the one who offers us life. John 14:6 "....."I am the way and the truth and the life....." John 5:24 "Most truly I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes the One who sent me has everlasting life, and he does not come into judgment but has passed over from death to life." Proverbs 8 tells us that Jesus was alongside his Father (in his presence) and in a very glorious position as his Father's master worker. Jesus approached God in prayer requesting that He return him to his previous position of glory that he had when he was beside him. International Standard Version John 17:5 "So now, Father, glorify me in your presence with the glory I had with you before the world existed." Note that Jesus does not state that he shared his Father's glory....only that he had glory while in his Father's presence....and what a glorious position he had as his Father's master worker
let's go on and look at some scriptures that will help define the relationship between the Father and the Son. Heb 1:1-4 2 and now in these final days, he has spoken to us through his Son. God (our Father) promised everything to the Son as an inheritance, and through the Son he (our Father) created the universe. 3 The Son radiates God’s (our Father’s) own glory and expresses the very character of God (our Father) , and he sustains everything by the mighty power of his command. When he had cleansed us from our sins, he sat down in the place of honor at the right hand of the majestic God in heaven. 4 This shows that the Son is far greater than the angels, just as the name God (our Father) gave Him is greater than their names. I’m sorry but what we just read wipes out any remnant of the trinity. Or of your 2 gods How do you sit at the right hand of the Majestic God in heaven, if you are that God? Why would he reflect his Father’s Glory and not just radiate His own. Why if Jesus always existed would his Father have to name Him? Or why did he have to call his supposed equal Father. Or why would it have to say he was greater than the angels? Why would the Father have to give him his authority? How can you read that and get mixed up enough to think Jesus is God or was eternal! The bible we claim to believe says he was the first Born of all Creation. It also says he was Begotten. Do you know what born and Begotten means? Of course you do so how can you say another word you have ears but cannot hear, eyes but cannot see.
