Thank you ❤️. The process changed a little now. This form is generated online as far as I am aware. In the account settings you should see a prompt to fill in the form. Hope this helps.

Hi there. Yes they did move to digital submission but principles are all the same. I don’t know where you reside and your circumstances. I can only point you to the country treaty that explain the rules. But if you were 0% before tax form went digital don’t see why it will suddenly change. Sorry if I am not too much help.
