Historic would be great if he had decks with historic cards but he doesnt, he has decks with alchemy cards. Alchemy uses a much smaller card pool consisting of newer cards. Historic is all the cards from magics history except for a couple of banned ones so that is why he is constantly facing OP decks and his feels weak.
As someone who’s played commander for years and magic for over a decade it makes me really happy seeing old Charles trying to get into the addiction. Hope he collabs with Post Malone at some point
i have no idea if u read these or not but if u need i can help u make a deck with what u got even if u think its not much they always throw one combo in there even if its janky also this game is free to play but the start is the worst part the free to play part is litterally do the dailys save your coins dump it into packs!!! glad you gave the game a shot been my favorite game since i was a child
as of resent no real idea i stopped playing a year ago and i was doing alchemist but the ones i perfer to open are the ones that cost 1300 coins mainly cause when i open packs its not for the cards its for the emblem the game gives u so u can pick ur own cards and those packs have the best chance to give the gold or orange emblem @@kuentinrocket6350
As a seasoned Magic Player, it's nice to see someone getting into the game. But I could only make it 28 minutes into the video... this was too painful to watch a new player go through the motions.
Never spent a cent on this game and i be goin hog wiled. You get cards and tokens from packs. And you can use the tokens for whatever card you want in the game. Tokens are seperated by rarity for cards you want. Then you can go to the deck builder and look one up. If u like a card someone has take a sc. All games are better with money but this bad boi is def free-to-play. Why i dont play paper as much. This is alot more fair
They are so stingy with the rare/mythic wild cards though. I haven't played in awhile but it seemed like the pokemon tcg has so much more value for free that it bothered me. I remember there was also a strict limit to how much grinding you could do per day so you had to wait a day after getting a few packs.

Wow it's actually kinda fucked that they put alchemy cards in *all* of the decks they give new players so they're forced to play alchemy.
It's not that it's that he played along time ago so all the old decks he got are now invalid
He's doing it wrong, supposed to start with the jump in event as a new player to get decks for standard
