    Ignite your practice with this 20 min yoga flow focused on hips and legs! This class is perfect for yoga beginners, anyone looking to deepen their hip mobility, or those working towards their splits. We'll engage in a series of hip openers and exercises to increase leg flexibility, targeting the hamstrings, quads, calfs, hip flexors, glutes and more.
    Throughout this 20-minute yoga for hips journey, we'll explore asana designed to create happy hips and build strength in your lower body. The flow will not only enhance your hip mobility but also contribute to overall leg flexibility. There will be a short bit of strength building that supports that flexibility.

    Hello Ms. Kate, Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and experience with the community. These sessions are easy to learn from and easy to follow - Great Job! I see in your channel that you have 2 7-days plans; ie. for beginners and intermediate, each has 7 sessions. Q: Do you expect the lessons are to be followed in the order listed/presented?

      the snow is excellent. Santa Fe is a small and sweet little mountain. My wife and I teach with the adaptive sports program. It's such a rewarding way to spend time outside and on the snow. Also to touch in with amazing people, gratitude and inspiration@@KateAmberYoga

    Happy New Year 2024 Kate! My apologies for being out of yoga action for so long. I was down with a dengue fever & an old ankle injury that flared up due to dengue had kept me out of action.     Happy New Year! I was glad to see this in my feed today and enjoyed the stretches after my January 1 run with friends. Just when I think my hips are flexible I take one of your hip/leg classes and - boom! - realize my journey is still ongoing. But that's a good thing, right? 😀

    I appreciate the information and the way you are presenting it but I guess I'm curious? Is this intended only for people who are reasonably fit? I'm 62 years old, a professional musician, and I can't even sit on the floor like you are at the very beginning and it seems to me that you were presenting information for a very specific demographic and not the general public and maybe that's great? But the idea that you're presenting and being able to work with the hips in alignment and opening up the hips for people who sit a lot or maybe they need that, might need different versions or degrees of difficulty, so people can attenuate to their level of skill or flexibility? Just my two cents…
