Ignite your practice with this 20 min yoga flow focused on hips and legs! This class is perfect for yoga beginners, anyone looking to deepen their hip mobility, or those working towards their splits. We'll engage in a series of hip openers and exercises to increase leg flexibility, targeting the hamstrings, quads, calfs, hip flexors, glutes and more.

I appreciate the information and the way you are presenting it but I guess I'm curious? Is this intended only for people who are reasonably fit? I'm 62 years old, a professional musician, and I can't even sit on the floor like you are at the very beginning and it seems to me that you were presenting information for a very specific demographic and not the general public and maybe that's great? But the idea that you're presenting and being able to work with the hips in alignment and opening up the hips for people who sit a lot or maybe they need that, might need different versions or degrees of difficulty, so people can attenuate to their level of skill or flexibility? Just my two cents…
