i keep coming back to this class. the nicest split class ever. do it almost every time after intense workouts. can't tell you how grateful i am for this ❤🔥
Kate I’ve been practicing with you for a week now and I’m so glad I found my way to your channel! Today was the first time I ever tried floating pigeon- it was intense but a success (I’m an intermediate yogi). I’m going through your splits playlist as full middle splits is my current goal. Thank you for sharing!
That's so awesome! I loved to hear it. The splits journey is also a growth journey so I cheer you on whole heartedly. BTW, I think you'll like this Saturdays new class, we focus on psoas which is really crucial for splits in and direction.
Sometimes I tell people I do Yoga, and it would be nice to end that conversation with the splits, I will keep working at it, thanks for sharing! You have amazing strength.
Thank you , Kate! Love all your classes, I started working on my splits with your videos and I’m very close to complete splits without blocks or hands ☺️
This Routine you have prepared is also fantastic!!! I will repeat it at least 2 or 3 times a week. Thanks to your videos I am able to have the mobility of my hips again. It's beautiful to touch the ground with the pelvis.... I'm really close to reaching the frontal split. ❤🧡💛💚💙💜 Thank you so much 🙏 Namasté
I adore splits classes! And I liked this class a lot! I tried the floating pigeon and well... I have to keep practicing, as I "float" to the side haha 😂 But my splits are getting better, closer to the floor. Thank you so much for the class ✨
This is my very first split class and oh my gosh, I'm not even close to splits.. so I'm loosing my balance because I'm so high of the ground! Any advice for a newbie?
This is made to be a wholistic practice. So you can stat cold! But I find that a few downdogs or sunsalutations, a short run, or a warm shower always helps. Warm up as much as you need!
Thumbs up if this class helped deepen your splits? Comment if you tried the floating pigeon with arms behind you - that one creates strong hips!

That's such a good time to practice when the muscles are warmed up! Good on you for being consistent!

I love your attitude about it! And cheer you on for trying!
Floating to the side should be a dance move and they can call it the Gómez Float!
Looks gloomy outside, but you made it brighter❤
I'm just seeing this and you just made MY day brighter! Thank you for that - I will pass it along :)
Merci so much🎉❤

Wow if you could lower the sound of the breathing I’d do this again!
Now I can see myself doing the splits🥳 with some practice I assume🤔 thank you Kate😌❤️
Isn't that what it always comes down to! What we practice is where we go!

Hey Kate when did you do for Valentine's Day
This is my very first split class and oh my gosh, I'm not even close to splits.. so I'm loosing my balance because I'm so high of the ground! Any advice for a newbie?
when you did the side lunge I think my hip popped😢
What did you do for Valentine's Day
Wonderful!❤
Do you have to warm up firdt or can you just start 😁

Warm up as much as you need!
