This car can go 100 MPH. It can go 75 MPH if you want it to. Personally, I don't go above 60 MPH in mine, just cruise at 55-60 on the freeway for the best MPG. But yes, it can go faster.
Must admit it looks great. Unfortunately where I'm from in Australia the mighty little Mirage was discontinued last year. It was sad to see it go but like every brand in OZ the small cars are disappearing. And like most countries the push is for Electric cars which is ok for the city but in a country like Australia they are dam useless in the country. And country is what most of Australia is. Thankfully Nissan is just about dead here. Only the 4WD models left. Hyundai had it's little i20 and i20 N but they have gone also. The big hate in Australia at the moment are sorry to say the import of the oversized American tanks you call trucks.
Small cars are disappearing here in the US as well. The Mirage is going away soon. Our trucks have been too big for twenty years now. It almost seems like our governments are limiting fuel efficient vehicles in order to push useless dumpster fire (literally) electric vehicles. For instance, we never got small diesel subcompact cars like Europe did. And diesels that we do have have been slapped with emissions that cripple both reliability and economy. It would be crazy if it wasn't true.

Yeah, I love the Mirage, but taking the lowest-powered car sold in America and putting RalliArt stickers all over it is very comical, cringy, and tacky. It costs the same as the top-spec SE, which is far better looking trim.
Does this thing get up to 75 mph? I have a stretch of freeway on my commute and would like a small fuel efficient vehicle.
Yes it def can do 75mph!
To be specific 172 km/h. 100 to 140 is Easy. Enough to get a speeding fine here in uae
This car can go 100 MPH. It can go 75 MPH if you want it to. Personally, I don't go above 60 MPH in mine, just cruise at 55-60 on the freeway for the best MPG. But yes, it can go faster.
I've gotten to 100mph in US Highways The Sweet spot tho is 80
Must admit it looks great.
@@nunya9555 EVs are less likely to catch fire compared to ICE vehicles. Way to go dude. XD
I bought mine when they first came out years ago... best investment ever over 100k miles runs like new.
But the have added NOTHING to it.
A shame ... plus rally art has no push button to turn it on? No fog lights? My 2014 has more features than this one...
A few 2024s near me have both push button and I think LED fog lights. Not too sure about LED but they definitely have fog lights. Might buy one and put a tuner chip in it to boost HP and the cost of a few MPG.
Why wasn't the Mirage Ralliart offered with the Rockford/Fosgate audio system as standard equipment? Stupid Mitsubishi!!! ♐
Why so much hate?
The car is not hated it’s the fact they slapped ralliart on it it’s actually a descrimination for Mitsubishis history in Motorsport
Remove the giant side stickers and sell it for 15k and then then they have something. This is basically a japanese kei car being marketed to the usa market.
You don't know about this car...it's made in Thailand
@@Jimusmc0311. But it still is basically a kei car. It fits under the size and hp requirements as far as I understand them. I like mine for what it is. It cruises interstate just fine.
This is ridiculous. They have it on all the models they make now (including the Outlander PHEV!) and did nothing to improve performance. Just an appearance package.
Interior seats more comfortable, bigger wheels, quiet ride, better steering wheel and more
What a RIPOFF! You could have one for about 14 to 15K just a few short years ago.
You can literally get one now for $16k. The vehicle market has cooled so prices have come back down. And by one, I mean one like this, not an ES.
@@KevinCruz-pu2ue I looked everywhere in the Cleveland area. I only found one for sale, and they wanted over 20K! The markup on these Mirages is insane around here!
@@KevinCruz-pu2uenot happening. These get sold at near MSRP everyday nationally.
@@AudiophileTubesit region dependent. I got mine as 23’ SE G4 for $20k
Take it to the track.
Love that it has minimal LED..LED lights suckk
All this thing needs is S-AWD
Lmaoo
the ralli art is lifted to
Are you sure?Maybe it's just the 15" wheels VS the base 14" wheels
No manual option? Hell no.
Noppppppe.
these things are slow af & their steering is crap. I'd take a rio over this for similar price & you even get a "sport" mode which has a kick to it.
Mitsubishi is hanging by a thread.Sad to see the direction they have been going they really could’ve been a great competitor. Not too long now before they just stop making cars.
Maybe it was only a mirage and there weren't any cars there in the first place
Might buy one
brother
🤨📸
Sadly yes it’ll be discontinued in 2025. I have one & love it.
I don't see any rockford audio option for 2023
Ah its for the sedan, man the lack of features for the ralliart trim is disappointing. Every option the SE has should be available.
Agreed! Sorry yes, I should’ve clarified that.
Rockford Fosgate is optional added on accessory unfortunately. I have wanted one on mine but $$$
Really? FAKE Carbon? Couldn't they just invest a tinsie bit more for ACTUAL carbon fiber? And a tinsie bit more for turbos, enhanced powertrain, better aero, and enhanced performance. But uh, no no no ☝️ We get This.
they arent like their prime years anymore sadly
Im looking at one. Trading in my 2019 civic coupe ex 1.5t .
That’s a big downgrade 😢 unless your trying to trade I. To save on payments
@@Imhi420imhi yes, a huge down grade. It doesn't matter anyway since they don't sell the mirage ralliart in a manual. Gods forbid they sell a manual in the usa! They might actual sell more of them.

Jackie's car
140 mph speedometer.
“Budget minded” aka broke AF
Mirage was my first new car 98, 2023 model looks very lacking and trying very hard to keep up. Wow the dash display is analog display like 25 yrs ago. 20k? Not even worth 10-12k sad sad
Not the car fault
This car sucks i hate it because rally art means nothing now smh
I’d rather buy a smart car, TURBO 3 cylinder 70hp, unless you count the BRABUS 125R hence the name it has 125hp and 126tq, the price of the 125R is $62,000 a lot for a smart car but they have only produced 125 units
So you'd rather spend 40k more for a smart car? Cause you can configure these online and shipped to dealer for 20k lol
@@haloant I’ve always like smart cars, I’ve always liked small things, small knives, hot wheels, legos, etc
@@TheRealLemongrabyou could probably modify a cheaper one for more power and less money
You shownme to much your face , im interested about the car not your face 😐😐

This is just sad...Mitsubishi has lost their way so much to the point that even they are willing to sellout their only legendary name to a econobox.
The last Mitsubishi hatchback was the Colt Ralliart :
My 4G15T with it's 1.5 4cylinder engine does 250bhp
What is this horrible car ?
