This Mitsubishi Mirage (Spacestar in Europe) looks very ugly as a sedan. Luckily we don't have this version in Europe. In Europe we also have a manual 5 speed, wich makes the car fast enough, although it is of course not a sports car, but enough for normal traffic. If a car is light enough, it really does not need 100 hp.

Equinox is meant to be affordable car not a luxury car so we cant be harsh on review. Ive owned one for 12 years before I traded it in for a new 2023 equinox.

My wife used to use the “miles to go” as a fuel gauge when we had a Ford Diesel SUV. Now she has to go charge when she has 40% left on the Tesla. In this test, driving around the block off the highway doesn’t use the same wh/m driving at slower speeds with less drag. The Ford had a lot more range before we had to drive to a gas station and put in $70. We sold the Ford privately for 61% of the purchase price after exactly 4 years of ownership.

21k is way to much maybe for 15k You can get a Jetta for that much or a really nice used Honda

I don’t think it would look bad if they would have done some suspension tuning to lower it and put nicer wheels on it. Performance wise they should have at least tried with this car. It could have been a fun little cheap car that nobody else is selling. They will never compete with Honda and Toyota, or any of the Koreans with SUV’s, so they should have tried to be different. This car with a manual, suspension tuning, nice wheels, nice front seats, and put in the little 3 cylinder turbo motor from the Eclipse Cross. They just don’t care anymore at Mitsubishi and neither does the public anymore.

I am NOT willing to pay 1000$ more dollars just to make a digital display

The charging port location is superb imo. Charging stations don’t always have long charging cables and that location minimizes the distance from the charger to the charging port.

You don’t understand how 4 Runners and made to say corners were cut - it’s one of the best put together vehicles on the planet hence why then last 20 years. Of course these care reviews have a lot of subjective opinions and miss the objective points the drive the vertices value.

I just took one of these babies home 220 miles, no complaints besides my gas tank runs out. I did 110mph no problem. Turning on the engine sounds BAD though lol sounds so weak

I bought mine when they first came out years ago... best investment ever over 100k miles runs like new. But the have added NOTHING to it. A shame ... plus rally art has no push button to turn it on? No fog lights? My 2014 has more features than this one...

Reviews like these always amaze me. This cars purpose is to get to and from, it doesn’t need quick acceleration, fancy upgraded crap etc… these cars have practically no maintenance, amazing gas mileage amongst other things. Mirage owners are very satisfied with these cars as it’s the whole point of buying one. I own a 2019 hatchback that still has very low mileage, just 18k and have had no issues with it driving on the freeway, in the city etc… I wish Mitsubishi wasn’t discontinuing the Mirage after 2024. Dealers are obsessed with crossovers and SUVs now and these great little cars are sadly going to be obsolete future wise. If you’re on the fence, definitely go take a test drive but also if you’re looking for speed and lots of features this car isn’t going to be for you. If however, you’re looking for great gas mileage- I usually average between 45-50mpg and don’t need all the bells and whistles but just a great reliable car, then the mirage may be for you!

GEICO app tracks my drive and has been complaining about sudden acceleration and tight turns in this thing.

Note that newer Model 3 and Model Y built after January 2024 doesn't have the Stopping Mode/Regenerative Breaking options - "Hold" is the only mode they have in the newer cars.

I just purchased same model 2 days ago coming from a 2017 Genesis G80 5.0 420 horsepower. Had to trade it in after waiting 2.5 months as dealership didnt have the tool to repair a small oil leak- that scared me. I've had my thrills, this car will do just fine (now approaching age 70) want to mention that the salesman corrected me and indicated all Toyota hybrids are built in Japan. Car felt very solid to me and thankfully not as complex as MB and BMW. I learned that the new Prius and Rav4s are in high demand nationwide, small allocations, long waiting periods, I will wait 3 weeks for the XSE in blue.

If you can afford one get one ASAP before they stop making the 5th gen!!

The front of this Camry nose is called Hammer head design, he called it a “beak” a few times.

He mentioned 3 electric motors on this car during the drive but this was not an AWD and it doesn’t have 3 motors, this has 2 electric motors as it is a FWD.

I just bought this car and it does everything well that it sets out to do. No regrets. Quiet, comfortable, roomy, and I’m getting 43.4 mpg’s so far.

Bought a 2024 Titan Platinum Reserve 4x4 Cardinal Red and Smoke Gray. I’m loving it, just put 3000 miles no problems.😊
