Long time Aldi shopper and newish subscriber here. I love that you’re doing a Aldi video. Aldi features new items each week called Aldi finds which are the signs that say “here today gone tomorrow.” It’s not a over stock store.
So glad you enjoyed it! The info I found on aldi was that it is a private brand store. But the name brand items that they do carry tend to be overstocked products from elsewhere! I thought it was super interesting :)
I not only love your shopping hauls and shop with me but love all the information you give too!! My sons name is Cole and every time you say your pups name I giggle.
Sour pickles are a European thing. Aldi is from Europe I think so that’s why they sell it. We usually have sweet-sour pickles and they’re delicious. Thanks for the shoplog!
When I went to buy frozen fruits at other stores they were SUPER expensive and Aldi had better prices by a landslide. However, I was really looking for just frozen mangoes and they didn’t have that so I just bought the mixed fruit one. Also, I worked at aldi for 5 years and my aldi was soooo busy… how do you record without people looking at you or do you just not care? Lol I enjoyed this video! I’m going to Aldi soon and I figured I’d refresh my memory on what they have to I have a game plan 😂 😅
Aldi's aisle of shame items you don't need but end up buying. Have find many great times from the aisle of shame. I work at a grocery prices are high, I usually only what I need there but my main shopping is at Aldi
I wish we had Aldi! In Utah we have an employee owned grocery store called Winco. You can only pay with a debit card! It’s cheaper than Walmart but all stores are getting more expensive that is for sure.
Made an Aldi run this morning. Picked up a pizza that was not on my list. Yep. I did. Produce was great. Chicken legs 88 cents a pound. stocked up. Was still a little surprised when I got to the check out and spent $85. Prices have gone up but not as much as Kroger and Superlo.
I love Aldi for gluten free products. Most of them are very good, and the bagels , and wide pan loaf bread are especially good. Our store carries the gluten free everything bagels, and those make amazing open faced sandwiches. The pizzas are good too. I buy at Aldi once a month. There are only two of us, so that’s about right for us. These videos re fun to watch and they remind me of things to put on the list. I am going tomorrow, so this was great. I do wish all the stores had the same basic stock but they don’t. Their gluten free stuffing is wonderful, it the stores in our part of Maryland no longer carry them. Bummer! Have a great rest of your week.
Farmhouse on Boone You Tube channel is a great reference on everything sourdough. She has playlists for beginners and recipes for everything from bread to hamburger buns. She lists links in the description for her blog and her FREE sourdough Ebook.
You need to visit a target sometime. They have organic food and snacks down there. Or you can order online. You can also get free shipping for $35 or up.
A quick Google search tells me that aldi is a private label store. But it ALSO has name brand items. Those name brand items are typically from overstock :)
What a lot of people don't know is that ALDI is more than a grocery store chain. They're also a manufacturer. Some (not all) of those brands at ALDI are made in factories that ALDI owns outright. That's how they keep their prices low. You're buying direct without s middleman mark up.
The best recipes that taste good and work for Vegan: Sam Turnball, “It Doesn’t taste like Chicken” Vlog, FB, UA-cam, IG and published cookbook Author. I really love her recipes. She has cheesecake plus so much more. Non Vegans even enjoy

@@RachelK potentially. But you’re talking about it in the produce section that’s very clearly privately labeled
This is my first time coming to see what your video is about. I like the way you explain the products, and being real about the prices!
Wow! you're disciplined when you shop at Aldi! I get things I don't need but just want to try them! haha loved the walk-through!
Love Half Sour pickles. They are more cucumber forward with a milder taste of pickle. If that makes any sense. Very crunchy too.
Yes! So glad you're doing a Aldi video!!
I not only love your shopping hauls and shop with me but love all the information you give too!! My sons name is Cole and every time you say your pups name I giggle.
It’s a great name!!
Thank you for sharing! I am planning to get back to Aldi soon. I hope you all are doing well and have a great week!
Girl.. that dill pickle hummus is sooooooo good!!

That was a very enjoyable shopping trip, I hope Logan likes his play sand. 💞
He’s loving the sand!!!
Half sours taste more like a cucumber!! Very refreshing honestly.
I can't believe how fast prices are going up, even at Aldi
Planting birches I think does sour dough
Interesting to see what an Aldi has, as we don't have them here in the PNW. Thanks for sharing!
Aldi is amazing for their new weekly products. Of course a lot easier for those without allergies but I try to hit them up weekly.
Currently making a white chocolate cheesecake while watching this I also love cheesecake x
At my Aldi location the carts now cost a dollar I have to come up with four quarters just to put in the damn cart

The half sour pickles I think is related to how long they were fermented in the pickling process. It affects the flavour of the end product

Ah yes we had a winco! I never really gave it much of a chance, but maybe I should’ve!
Im excited we are getting a winco near us in buckeye az later this year. Nearest one is about 30 milea away
Kristen Kasper has been doing a lot of bread recipes ❤️
I don't have an Aldi in my area seem like they have good prices and fun stuff ❤️

I would like to see more Aldi videos.
I saw the salad kits at 5 bucks at target last week. Aldis still beats that
You need to visit a target sometime. They have organic food and snacks down there. Or you can order online. You can also get free shipping for $35 or up.
Yes I have target hauls on my channel! But I’ll get back in one soon and do a haul for you guys :)
@@RachelK thanks 😊
I am surprised how high prices are in Aldi US. You seem to have a different choice to the UK, but I think prices are definitely lower in the UK 🇬🇧💃
Actually Aldi is a private label store, not a”discount shop” where they dump things that don’t sell elsewhere .

Pizza’s are really good
I didnt know anyone else knew about the bitchin sauce! It’s my favorite lol
aldi used to have the best prices in town but walmart has got them beat now on most items.
