- On this inaugural episode we see the process used to make a delicious smashed avocado sandwich. All I do is make a sandwich, it's food ASMR. Don't forget to like, subscribe or whatever.
None of the brands seen in this video are paid sponsors, although I would never decline such an offer.

Great video, my sister and mum even joined in on the viewing action mid way through to see what all the laughs were for. Loved the multi-camera angles..it really helped convey clearly what you were doing. Some questionable kitchen habits though, just like Mark said below me - treat yourself to a new knife set. That hard ciabatta (?) would have been much easier to cut with a bread knife. Looking forward to the next video, keep up the great work Greg.
also the way you cut that bread nearly gave me a stroke
Loved it! Are you going to take requests?
Brother you should do a chicken snitty for the peeps
dude raw onion and raw mushroom in a sandwich????
Few issues with placement of a few of the items selected. As a decent sandwhich would have a more uniformed spread of ingredients to allow each bite to have all the desired flavours. Whereas this monstrosity seems to have chucks of items in a central location only, leaving the rest of the sandwich lacking. On technical level the knife skill were good, I would like to see more appropriate knives used though. Go out and treat yourself to a new knife set. Lovely video looking forword for the next installment.
