Lemon Juice or lime juice with water is the first thing I drink in the morning and throughout the day. After that Cerasee tea, I try to get the plant from Jamaica but most times it's the tea bags I have to use :( It's funny when you go to the grocery store now. the produce section with all the "Natural stuff" is full but all the processed foods sections are empty.
I think along the same lines and take many herbs and supplements throughout the day ... Soursop, yerba mate, Kratom, green tea, valerian tea, CBD oil. Health is wealth.
I went through a lot of stress when I was 15 yrs old & on top of that I had my G.C.S.E's. My nan use to boil me some soursap leaves and bring it to me every evening b4 bed, 20 years later I'm still drinking it. Soursap is good for the nervous system and I find it best to drink in the evening or night time after the phone has been switched off. Drinking teas at different times of the day is a nice ritual. For me, Ginger and Lemon are great morning teas, midday I would reach for some nice oolong tea, dandelion or Moringa to help me reset. Once you get into it your body guide you to reach for the tea you need :-)
