I'm sorry, but are you aware that you have made the car run worse than before? The airbox and OEM filter is placed very carefully at a specific location and calculated distance from the MAF-sensor. If you don't change the map after swapping hardware you'll not gain power and in some cases even lose some. The most common mod is to change the snorkel to a diesel which has bigger diameter. But if you want to gain power, change the map. This only causes troubles and you might also damage the MAF-sensor as it filters less than OEM-filter. An OEM-filter has better pressure drop and bigger filter area than the one you just installed. My advice is to swap back and put a dieselsnorkel on and focus on other things instead 😊 A 9-5 has much more potential than this
Could always add a water sock if you ever have issues with moisture.
Best to use the shortest length of metal pipe as possible
Woosh~~ 😎
How are you liking Tulsa?
Tulsa is great! Love the weather (until summer comes), everything is close by. Can't ask for more at this point haha

thanks for the advice Ulf! I am planning on a stage 1 tune soon. And I am very aware open pod filters do nothing for performance :)
I really think you can damage your engine. The distance of the airflow is also very important.
