Very well done ! Beautiful job congrats. After 48 years as a Mechanic and now retired, I'm just starting to restore my 1999 SAAB 9-3 lightning blue Viggen ! I can't wait to finish but my Father always said that nothing good comes from rushing so i'll take my time.

@V M it's not really a purity build, he build it to get great power out of a little 4 cylinder. Built 9-5 aeros will out roll race tuned c6s cameros mustangs stock r8s and huracans and so on, they're really quick third-fourth

Awesome build. I just bought my 4th Saab today. 3 Saab 9-5's and a 9-3 vert. They are great cars, very fun to drive and well thought out.

Watch my build videos, all hoses are attached with hoesclamps, The turbo is bigger and have a different attachment

My son said my v6 aero is his...his fave colour is orange
..i would like it done in the orange to 2012 s2 comes in....❤️🔥 but i also like the mint blue colour of the gt-3 porsche...lol.. ooo and also love the green that they did the ford focus RS in .....i think the green or the gt-3 mint blue would look the best...

Thanks for the offer Janaus, I'll try to be in touch soon, I'm owner of a Saab 9-3 2000 model turbo and I'm working on getting some upgrades done as and when I can afford it, and when I'm able to find the parts..... Currently I'm searching for an affordable performance manifold, perhaps a tubrical one, but finding it very difficult to find one that meets my requirements.....! Love that SAAB but I would prefer different colour. Maybe even the previous silver or different silver or grey.
It's a reference to the Saab 9-3 Viggen, their fastest production car with its iconic Monte Carlo Yellow.

i once bought a 15 yrs old at the time, a mint 2002 Saab 93 convertible for £1500, bought with the 154 HP B204E engine..I got that baby up to 270bhp with the same engine , i threw the standard Garrett turbo away, bought a new Chinese made td04-t15 turbo from the same factory that makes turbo's for toyota, honda etc (at £215 ), plus a remapped ecu from the UK saab tuning Guru GOD ,Mr K Nevers 🙏 ( at £125) and it was scary as hell putting the metal down as it was one fking fast car, even with 6 point under engine chassis bracing that baby flexed like a bucking bronco and the steering wheel was flicking all over the place with the tyres scrabbling for grip up to 3rd gear..i sold it TOO cheap, also included a fitted hand made stainless exhaust ( which cost me £400) for £650 to drive away , 4 years ago WTF!!
me now at nearly 57 yrs old, it is time to find a good 9-5 to make it at minimum a 400/500bhp sleeper...after i find one then i have up to £15000 in savings to restore it , give it my own look and be my lifetime keeper 😜😜
I have been a biker since 1989 and i realise that i could go out and buy a 1996 non limited Suzuki Huyabusa which will hit over 200mph for about £1800-£2500..i still have bikes but, i have done and dusted fast bikes now , i just NEED a powerful sleeper Saab to make me happy ❤❤

Hi mate, could You tell us how is the performance of this car in comparison to 2.0 9-5 NG You recently tuned? both have similar power as I recall, both are FWD. Any traction improvements on NG?
This car has +100hp more and quaife differential. There is more torquesteer in a og9-5 compared to a ng9-5 if both cars where original.

Depends alot on suspension setup, differential etc. Fwd cars aint the fastest in dragrace, but fast enough when done right

Hi Jonas, love your 95 built. Can you advise what's wrong with the Siemens Deka 875cc and replacing with SMP 846cc if runs better?
Deka875 is old technology and the spraypattern isnt the best, more like a shower than a mist Smp 846cc is worldclass 👌

You Will hit the gearbox limit before The internals, dp + exhaust, injectors, fuelpump ~315hp 420nm

Thinking about doing this with my 08 9-3 aero.. Can't find any exhausts for it, and I can't weld lol. What would you recommend in maybe say a first step power additive? Love your build man! Keep them up!
A stage 2 or 3 tune from MapTun.com they have exhaust And everything else you need 😉
Yep....ECU upgrade
....I went for a stage 1.....but will eventually go stage 3. The SAAB existing infrastructure is good for close to 400 hp just with an ECU upgrade alone, I have been told; Big enough turbo, air filter, and exhaust system.......depends on your budget.
For a single turbo four cylinder saloon car, these cars will keep other,very expensive cars honest in the performance stakes.
PS....I have a 2004 9-5Aero.

I did not change the revlimit, but yes i installed stiffer springs

Engine has mods done to it, The whole build is also availible in episodes. A stock engine can only handle around 300hp

I have had 2 types of Coilovers on this car, both needs fabrication to fit. There are full Coilover videos on my channel 👍

B234, its a 2,3l engine in this car 😉

Its a B235R in the car(T7), i used the piston and rods from a B234 (T5). Pistons needs to be Machined 1,1mm to fit. I have detailed videos on my channel for the whole build

I had 2003 model. Good car and speed until you take corners at speed and shit yourself because back end gets too light, I suppose that will be the Cavalier / vectra underpinnings causing that lol. Better car then Vauxhall Omega which I also owned
