I was cranking on a leaky shut off valve connected to CPVC…. I knew better haha
Thank you so much for this. Just removed and installed a vanity for the first time. A lot easier with this tutorial.
Vanities are pricey. One grand for a basic 48". When they come up on Facebook marketplace, relatively new, they're gone in like an hour.
Love that Pop up drain, the stupid ball and stick thing is always hard to line up.

Keep a small plunger under the sink for when the pop up drain stops up, because pop ups do clog more easily and more often than the old style drain.
Good video Steve talking about potential vanity problems and then showing your actual problem and how to make it work. I have had some interesting installs myself. Customers don't understand why the vanity they love won't work. 😢
Thanks, yeah I feel like it’s the same conversation in every bath, 😆 “that won’t work well in a corner”, “ you need a different faucet for that”, “shelving doesn’t work with existing drain location” 😆

Or the homeowner brings you an Ikea knock down vanity made out of MDF. Ya laugh inside and let them know that this is not a good idea for a wet area. They don't listen and say I like it. You install.
