This is my type of house, Modern but comfortable enough to live in. Wish it had more land space. The appeal is being secluded in a busy city and having neighbors that close is not ideal. hope the purchaser buys out the land next door and extends their property, then it's perfect.
I'd buy the plot next door to make sure no one comes and ruins my peace, quiet and my views. Besides being a hell of house with excellent views it offers privacy and seclusion that none of the very expensive houses regularly featured on this channel do.

And the way they have landscaped it they removed all thrush that could be a fire hazard around the house there's nothing to burn that's another feature about this house it will never burn

WHEN you finally visit some house or property and the inevitable happens......you scratch the walls?.........(i mean who knows what happens?......you slipped or a pocket object scratched the wall.......?) well, before you panic...........try this 1) take a few razor blades..... 2) go to the same Walled area, but find a HIDDEN part behind a cupboard etc 3) Get low down out of eye shot & begin to scrape 4) use the razor blades to gentle SAND the surface until a CAP FULL of powder exists 5) From that you can use spring water and make some paint . 6) return to the damage on the wall........clean it up a bit by sanding it 7) TRy to actually see if step step (4) works here too.....and SAND away your damage using razor blades 8) if step (7) does n't seem to work.......then use the Powder paint (which will be idenitcal in color) to literally PAINT AWAY the scratches and the damage. best wishes......... .i's a beautiful house indeed.........imagine just being able to go for lovely walks with guests into the hills and back V.

Mostly fair criticisms, except for the “tough on crime part”. Cali has the 2nd largest prison population in the Country. They just have legal marijuana and don’t prosecute low level drug offenses as harshly as some. Actually, the 10 States with the highest incarceration rates are almost all Southern Red States. Tough on crime is also seen as a negative in most other 1st world countries.
You can bad mouth Cali all you want, but have you ever been to Florida in the summer? The humidity will kill you, Cali has beautiful weather all year long and no humidity. No thanks to Florida, I’ll stay in Cali.

it's a beautiful house but definitely not secluded.. there is literally a house being built in the intro footage 200 yards away and also looks like a house is about to be built next door. not only that, you drive past quite a few houses to get to it. lovely house though!
It's all relative, compared to most luxury homes in the LA area and pretty much every single house they've ever toured this one is definitely secluded.

Location would be my answer. Most of their homes tend to be in Bel Air/Hollywood Hills which ends up costing more because everyone wants to be in the area. This is a bit further away so it brings the price down. No stores or restaurants right around the corner so it isn't as attractive to someone into the night life.
