Hi. Thank you for the video. For the scoring, do I add all the walking activity (I.e., walking minutes in Work, Walking minutes in Transportation, Walking minutes in Domestic and garden, and Walking minutes in Leisure)? Or do we keep the data divided in those four separate categories?
Want to ask how bout the long form because in transportation the calculation doesn’t included the travelling in motorcycle and train so is it no need count the the scoring from it ?

Ideally a measured protocol as opposed to a self-reported one to improve accuracy. For instance, accelerometer data is often used to measure PA. Step count with a pedometer is a cheaper proxy, but won’t give as good data as an accelerometer. Wearables in general are becoming used more and more to measure PA. For instance an Apple Watch or Garmin watch. You’re welcome 😄

Hi David - the questionnaire only looks at non-motorized transport - that which causes humans to use energy
