Hello Mr. Lok. I really admire you because you are speaking the truth instead of the bullshit gurus teach us how we can become millionaires just by dreaming or buying MLM products. Anyway my question is what should be my high skill income goal since I live in Bulgaria and the median annual income is quite lower than $100K. Should I still aim for that or should I compare the average income in Canada to that in Bulgaria and calculate the goal for my country?

I needed to see this. I’m in college and I’m wanting to start a business now and very anxious about it because I want to be an entrepreneur, be my own boss, leave a legacy I can be proud of when I die, and live life to the fullest (traveling seeing the world, having the house in Beverly Hills and live in Southern California, and spend as much time with my loved ones as I want to whenever I want to) but after seeing this I bought a sales course from an almost billion dollar sales man because I don’t really know how to sell. Last thing I ever sold was when I was in high school I would sell jungle juice and my dads wine he made himself to my classmates. I’m going to master sales and on the phone sales/closing, and prepare myself properly. Thank you Mr. Lok.
Its important to have your high income skills before your scalable business. A lot of people start with their business first.
Define high income skills for me? What do high income skills mean? How do you obtain high income skills? He is talking about the step after you have obtained high income skills. But what is the point in knowing what to do when you have reached this step, if you don't know how to obtain high income skills?

Invest in yourself to acquire a high income skill and it will return back to you 10 fold.
You know what? He is absolutely right. It's true.
You can put all your money into high yield investment stocks, or into real estate...
But if shit happens, if there's a property recession, if no one's renting yer house, or if your stock value goes down, you're fucked - because you haven't got a high income skill to inject CASH FLOW to bring in that high value dollar.
With high value skill income, you can reinject cashflow to BUY property when it's at an all time low, to buy stocks when it's at all time low...so that when market recovers you have added more value buying assets when prices are low
@ Dan Lok, this is a perfect visual explanation of what I did wrong in 2017. I was so heavily focused on building my business that I was neglecting bringing in short-term income from my skill-set, which led my finances to become cash flow poor. And I paid the price by falling behind because I was trying to do too much too soon. I recognized that this was a problem before I found your videos, but it certainly was nice to hear from someone further down the entrepreneurial rabbit hole that I was on the right track meaning that I needed to backtrack and go back and use the high-income skill set to cover my monthly expenses and allow the business and Investments to grow overtime rather than rushing it so much. Thanks for putting out such good quality information.

For teaching that if you want to build wealth and be successful in business you don't have to rush and invest everything into it, it's better to build a solid foundation first with your high income skill. People need to stop feeling bad/guilty/sell out for doing this thanks to the inspiration but sometimes detrimental misinformation.
