Thank you so much I needed this video right on time I've been having rotator cuff pain from an injury I had years ago, it healed but it didn't heal correctly and I recently reinjured it and now I've been having pain on my shoulder and my scapula on my right side and my shoulder makes clicking popping crunching sounds every time I move my arm , I'll do these exercises I hope I can treat this I want the pain to go away so I can get back into working out
I also have pain on my trapezius muscles this has been going on for a very long time, my trapezius muscles are very overdeveloped my trapezius muscles are very muscular compared to the other muscles of my back could this be why they hurt and feel tight? The pain is worse in the morning,, throughout the day they feel tight and it hurts when I look up
What can I do about my trapezius muscle?
