Carrie, I’d love to hear your thoughts on finding balance with social media when it is a huge component of your job. I manage social media for some small businesses but want to cut back on my addiction to it in my personal life. HELP! 💕
OMFGGGGG thank gosh you’re doing this self love Sunday’s series. I’m already loving it and I haven’t even watched the video yet but I know I’m gonna love it !
💕I want to see the Winter version!!!! It is so hard for me to get up when it’s still pitch black outside! That always makes me feel guilted like I should be sleeping! 💕
YES! I love your videos Carrie! Self care is so important. This year I made a a conscious effort to stay productive during the day and relax at night and I found that helps. Finding what works for you really changes things! 🌸❤️
Thank you so much for making inspiring and motivating videos this this! You’ve help me grow so much and learn how to love myself in the process! Thank you so much for all you do! 💖
I fregging LOVE how you and Alex are so giddy around each other. I mean even in a scripted scene he is still all googly eyes for you!!!! I love it 😂🥰❤️
Carrie, you are an answer to prayer. Your videos inspire me every single week. Have you ever thought of writing a book about self love? I think it would help so many girls and women out there. Regardless if that happens or not, your videos are making a difference. Love you girl. I hope you have a great week!
Could you make a video on how to take care of yourself, your beauty routine, shaving, grooming, makeup WHILE TRAVELLING? How to always look your best when you're on the go for more than a week and without access to a beautician etc? It'd be extremely useful!
Your videos always come at the right time! Habit four is interesting because I’m always anticipating things to go wrong. What I’m working on is how to react better to these situations. Great video! And how cute was Alex’s cameo?!
These tips were super practical. I work from home and have a 1 year old! Sooo waking up isn't the problem, but being productive with work sometimes is. I'd love more about your workflow - you got into it a bit by talking about texting with your production assistant and posting on Instagram. Then what?! I'd love to know! xo
Shoutout to Sam who is awesome. Hi Sam 👋🏻 Some fabulous tips as always and great to see Alex pop in. Btw headlamps are amazing. Have a fabulous day Carrie.
LOVE your videos Carrie! I’d love to see a video on how to stay motivated/have a productive routine in a relationship. I’ve found ever since my boyfriend and I started dating, naturally I don’t go to the gym as much, wake up as early and do my meditation etc because we’re always wanting to hang out!
I absolutely love all of this self love and productivity content, you are so inspiring! I am in my first year of college, and I'm trying to balance adjusting to this new lifestyle while taking care of myself, these videos are great :) also that colour looks amazing on you!!
Love your videos like this! Your how to wake up 5:30am helped me so much as with my new job as an animal carer I have to get up at 5am so it honestly was so so much easier because of your video! Xx
Amazing video! Watched it twice because I wasn’t concentrated enough the first time and I knew it would be useful to listen to you again and learn something from you. Great tips though ❤️👌🏻
Carrie Rad It is SO hard! 🙈I’ve got 4 kiddos, so after I’ve got them to bed I’m usually editing YT videos or editing photos! That’s like my one time to do it in peace! 😆
So I have an extremely busy schedule and I have to do a sleep cycle known as polyphasic sleeping and I was wondering if you could possibly do a self care video for those of us who have to go through that kind of schedule, I know you don’t have to sleep in that type of cycle but I love your self care videos and I’ve learned a lot through you and would absolutely love something that provides insight on how to be productive before and after a third shift and before a school day after a third shift
I just got back on my depression meds (Prozac) and I feel like doing nothing for the past couple of days. Does anyone have any experience with this or have any tips to get inspired/ motivated?
This video was so motivating! I got so much done after watching it! Think you can make a video about “how to mentally recover from failing at something?” For ex: I recently have been slammed with work and house responsibilities and unfortunately I didn’t do well on my exam for school bc I had no real study time besides the day of the test. It made me feel very discouraged and unmotivated to get myself back from that. Especially since I’ve payed a lot of money for this class.
This video came just in the perfect timing . I usually wake up at 5:30 am but this week I don't know what happened to me I can't wake up I feel like unmotivated when my alarm ring I turn it off and stay in bed I don't but I don't get up off as well I don't know the reasons and I miss my early mornings as well
I am in total zombie mode. I walk outside everyday but up here in northen sweden it is DARK and will only get darker. It gets light about 8isch and dark around 1 ppm at the moment. I am constantly tired, walk like a zombie, doesn*t get stuff done and can't sleep cause I dont get stuff done and my body isnt tired just my head if that makes sence. I tri to do a longer walk in the evening so I get better sleep But now its getting a bit too cold to be outside for longer periodes of time. I didnt used to have thhis issue with the darkness berfore but as I get older it seeem to affect me more and more for each year. I eat vitamin D and try to go for a walk while it is still light oute but still sooooooo tired. Been to the doc and nothing is wrong with me appart from beeing crazy tired,,,, Any suggestions???
I can relate in spite of having a few more hours of daylight in my part of the world. I recommend getting a “happy light” for your desk at work or at home. Use it one or two times a day around the same time to boost your vitamin D. Also, getting a membership at a health and fitness club or even joining a club in a hobby area can help get you out in the evening to a well lit space where interacting with friends is easy!
Try a sun lamp! It will reset your circadian rhythm! It helps soooo much. Just make sure you get a good one and read the reviews. Amazon has several great options that aren’t too pricy!
My dad gets up to exercise at 6 am every single morning. Without fail. It’s the best motivation I could wish for.
"You're a big boy" - ahhh I so relate Carrie 🤣
