Q: why ender pearl was on the ground?
A: the enderman spawned in cave under, and step to the lava. then instantly teleported up, when iron golem was waiting for him :)
Q: why u didnt get fall damage?
A: after respawn, or after enter the world, you have 3 seconds of inviolability. it was bad for me, but i did my best
Q: why pearls didnt had cooldown?
A: same with world quiting. when you quit, and rejoin world, pearl will not have cooldown. just because minecraft dont save this information
