I'm new to scrapbooking and I just found you. I LOVED your video and I love your presentation. Kudos!! This was very helpful and I appreciate your talent. Thank you!
Fantastic tutorial - I watched every minute of it and will be ordering through your links. I'm so excited to watch more of your videos. Your inspirational!
Awesome video!! I use the exact same photo paper and I love it, I usually find the 4x6 and 8.5x11 at Target. I think you can order it from their website too!! And you should definitely try the ATG gun, it’s pretty big but the tape lasts so long and the rolls are super easy to get at Micheals and less plastic waste!!
I keep hearing such good things about the ATG but I've also heard that it's hard for left handed people to use it which is why I haven't taken the plunge yet and purchased one. I might give it a try anyway and see what happens - maybe it'll work out for me! I've recently learned that BH Photo also sells that photo paper so if Target ever runs out, now we have a third option!
I'm corralling a few more inks and then I'll be sharing my favorite stamp sets and ink colors. I want to add more stamping to my process this year so this will be good for us both!
Loved your favorites! Many are my favorites too...I recently made a “favorites” video also, and we are drawn to many of the same tools. I included foam tape from Dollar Tree. I found it recently and I’m totally loving it, you might want to give it a try if you haven’t already. Thanks for sharing, Excited to be a new subscriber. Looking forward to seeing more from you😀
Love your 15 essentials! I use so many of the same things. Question: do you know what the difference is between Distress Inks and Distress Oxides? I have the inks and I really like them... but I honestly don’t know the difference between inks and oxides 😂. Also, I need a t-ruler. I’ve seen you use it a lot and can’t believe I don’t have one!! That’s going in my shopping cart for sure!
So I learned this pretty recently but the difference is in the type of ink. The originals are dye inks and they kind of melt into the paper and are water based, while the Oxides are hybrid inks so they sit on top of the paper, they show up on dark paper - the Oxides are stunning on black cardstock - and they stamp beautifully. I have the inks as well and I prefer blending with the Oxides and generally everything else to the point I barely reach for my Inks. If you get one of the Oxides, you might never go back.
Hey friend! So at some point I'll share what's in my journaling pouch and that's where I'll talk about my favorite pens but my go to pens for journaling are the Micron 0.38 and the JetPens Unistream 0.38. I love a fine point when I'm writing and I like to have both a gel pen and a ball point one available. Hope that helped!
Just a little tip about scissors - get a pair that you only use for fibers, trims and ribbons - never paper. Paper dulls scissors big time! Get another pair for that and save yourself some frustration 😊
Hey! I figured this would be a good place to ask this question! How would you suggest to build up a stamp collection? I am starting to see the side of stamping I can get behind lol! But when it comes to getting them it's overwhelming with how many there are and the cost also plays a roll in how many at a time I want to get.
Same! I think you can't go wrong with a basic black and then your three favorite colors for inks and I would highly recommend just watching for sales. All of my favorite shops - Ali Edwards, Studio Calico, Kerri Bradford, Elle Studio, Feed Your Craft - have sales occasionally and that's when I stock up. You can't go wrong with alphabet stamps and then as far as themes, stick to the stories you think you'll actually tell and not just stamps you see other people buy. I have a bunch of sets I struggle to use because I saw someone else use it and just had to have it. I will do a video on my favorite stamp sets and types of stamps in the future. Hope that helped.
I love this list! I am new to the memory keeping world. Do you think that I would be able to use the card stock that you listed with my Levenger discbound system? Would cardstock turn on discs?
Of course! I love having a heavier weight paper and as long as you have a decent punch, any page will turn on discs. I have an Arc planner that I'm constantly punching and adding bits to. Hope that helps and message me if you ever have any questions.

I heard meowing and looked around for my cat! Thanks for the list.
Great advice! Thanks for sharing ❤
Your joy makes me smile!
Oh my gosh... I learned So Much from you... Thank You Very Much!!!
I love this video! I got a T ruler not long ago and it's truly a game changer!!
Isn't it, Amy? I can't believe I got by without one for as long as I did but it is one of my favorite tools right now.

I'll certainly check out the sets of archival inks. I started w a paper trimmer, non-cut mat, sharp scissors, colored paper and glue stick.
Great video!.... I am finally convinced to get the distress tool.....thanks to you!😊
I've been scrapbooking for about 13 years and I got the T ruler a few month ago and I don't know how I managed before!
That T ruler is a life changer. I don't know how I got by without it but it is one of my favorite tools.

I'd love to see a stamping video! This one was fantastic; thanks for sharing your knowledge.

I Love this video 👍👍
Loved this video. And love ‘meeting’ you in ‘person’. Only met your hands! 😂
Thank you, Annemarie. So glad you enjoyed it!

Fun video and I like many of these products - I was wondering do you have any pens that you like or do you mostly type your journaling?

I actually only cut paper since that's the medium I play in so the one pair of scissors works for me for now. I just need to replace them more often!

Wonderful info. Thank you
You're so welcome, Corinne, and hope that there were some tips to help you make something you love.
thank you for this! super helpful!
I enjoyed this!
Yay, Stephanie! Thanks so much for watching!
Love this!!! ❤️
Thank you, Alison! I thought it would be fun to share what I reach for the most - so much of my list hasn't changed so I must be on to something.
Do you make money selling scrap booking products or is this a hobby or both?
Love this video. I did a similar video 2 weeks ago.
I'll have to check yours out! I love seeing what other crafter have on their must have list.
