Enjoyed this!! So relate to having to purchase remotely or on seldom basis. In my world there is no dropping into a store to pick something up. Preplanning or making do is my mantra.
I normally go for individual sheets of paper the majority of the time. I’ve tried paper pads several times though. I did a huge scrapbook last year with one paper pad and only a few individual sheets. It was so much fun challenging my creativity. Love your haul!
I actually like both but it's because I love complete paper collections but sometimes I am at Michaels or Hobby Lobby or shopping online and just find that one paper I really love and don't love the whole collection or just want that sheet for a project. Usually when the latter happens I am also looking for things that coordinate with it and often find lovely stuff from a variety of companies and types that will work together to achieve my concept.
I definitely am more of a paper pad gal! Michaels craft store here in the us always has crazy deals on them! But I do buy individual sheets when I’m looking for specific patterns!
It’s so awesome that you have a local scrap store! I don’t think there’s one within 100 miles of my house, so I order online. I always loved walking through the physical store though. I’m definitely a single paper person, but only because they’re double-sided. If paper pads were double-sided, I’d definitely buy them!
I love those Crate Paper snowflake puffy stickers...they're so cute. I could really use them right now with all the snow we've had here this week. I need new tires on my car so driving was so stressful during the work week. I love the snow but still...lol
Nice haul.. I’m more of a paper pad person only because I do most of my shopping at Tuesday Morning.... where I get 12x12 paper pads for $7 .. US... but I’m more of a pen pal and happy mail creator... I don’t scrapbook.. I do make mini albums... I just like having a lot of paper choices that coordinate.. I’m still learning to mix and match papers from different collections... I do like to buy specialty paper singles...I struggle to find beautiful vellum and acetate..
OMG I’m crying looking at those price tags! 😭 I’m so fortunate in California to have all the products available and for much less money. I enjoy your videos, thanks for sharing! 🥰
Fun haul video! I always enjoy a spot of vicarious shopping. I have some of those, like the Cedar thickers. You asked about sheets vs pads of paper. I like the loose sheets usually, but when BasicGrey was doing paper, I would get the whole pack whenever I could. I loved loved loved their paper collections. I'm still put out that they stopped doing paper without consulting me.... Anywho, thanks for the haul and happy scrapping!
Amazing haul. I’m definitely a paper pad girl. I find that I’m able to get so many papers for a really good price that way. If there’s a specialty paper I’d like then I’ll buy an individual set but majority of the time I stick to the pads. Also loving the happy cake day paper pad and embellishments. Lots of goodies here to play with. Cant wait to see your up coming videos x
I’m definitely a paper pad person. So much easier when you just want things to co-ordinate with each other when you are layering papers and things. I need to go through some of my pads and pick out lots of good background sheets then I can get some layouts made
Love your haul videos! Thank you. Definitely paper pads in 6x6 or 6x8 as I do PL and cards making. Now don't get me wrong, I have plenty of 12x12 sheets and a few paper pads but I just don't grab for them as often. Hugs, Amanda
I seem to lean towards buying paper pads or kits like a Graphic45 or Me and My Big Idea line of one kind so everything goes together. But, for right now I'm on a paper buting freeze till I use some of what I have up.
I looove haul videos. 😍 I like working with a large and small paper pad as I do mini albums and the small ones help for the pocket pages for smaller details. I find that if I do the single sheets it's more expensive and I end up getting 4 of the same sheet 😂 and don't have as much variety. Paper packs help me explore a bit more. Awesome haul!!! 😍
Always fun to watch haul videos! I want everything, haha! Where I live, in Norway, the shops rarely have 12x12 paper pads so I don't have much of a choice there. I have ordered some from scrapbook.com before and must say that I prefer the quality of the single sheets of patterned paper anyway. I use a lot of 6x6 paper pads for cards though.
What a scoop you have there! The 'Unscripted's Lacewing butterflies on the 'B' side will go perfectly with the Bold & Beautiful page that you bought to challenge yourself with. Stay away from your reds and you'll be fine. The acorn ink pad should go with those bright reds in your stash. Hope it's getting cooler with you! Enjoy using your booty! Tfs ~ C ~ gb-uk
Great haul. I tend to buy individual papers even though it’s a bit more expensive as I find I’ve got paper pads lying in my stash with pages in that I just don’t like!
I am actually in the grey zone when it comes to paper pads or single sheets, I don't really have an outright preference. I absolutely love the text stencil, on my god, that is gorgeous 😍
I use to buy paper pads all the time, but then I've had the paper pads FOREVER! So I 'd rather buy individual papers that I super like in multiples than an entire pad.

Your haul videos always make me want to buy all the things!!!

Definitely a paper pad person! Makes it easier for me to match things and it's way more affordable

Julie Bycott the prices are in aus dollars
Natalie Weller I know they are, and I used a currency converter to see what they are in USD and they’re still astronomical! 😳
I’m a paper pad girl too, takes a lot of the brain work out of it!
Everything was nice. I also need to getting stuff to make birthday card/journal. Thanks for sharing.

What a haul! Love what you got and been enjoying seeing you create with them on Patreon!
Great haul! Beautiful pieces for hours of fun. I am much more of a single sheet person

Thanks for sharing your haul. I haven't bought hardly any collections since last summer/June 2019 because I need to use up my stash.
I seem to lean towards buying paper pads or kits like a Graphic45 or Me and My Big Idea line of one kind so everything goes together. But, for right now I'm on a paper buting freeze till I use some of what I have up.
Some great stuff!! Enjoy!! Gonna have to get my hands on some of it!!
Enjoyed the haul. I'm a single paper buyer. Rarely paper pads.

I have the same baby boy and baby girl PL sets - can’t wait to see how you use them as I still haven’t done my kids first year albums yet! 😂

Love it...awesome haul. Can't wait to see your creations!!
Great haul! I love seeing all the goodies. I waffle between single sheets and paper pads. Recently paper pads but im getting pickier...lol
Tfs! 💖💖💖💖
Paper pads all the way! I have bought a couple individuals for very specific things though.
I am actually in the grey zone when it comes to paper pads or single sheets, I don't really have an outright preference. I absolutely love the text stencil, on my god, that is gorgeous 😍
Paper pads for sure! i can't believe the prices there!
I was just watching some Patreon videos wondering if you had something else coming out soon, and then I notice this!! I love haul videos! yay!!
Nice haul🤗💖
For sure single sheets! I hate being stuck with sheets I don’t like.
Great haul! Thanks , I need all the things! 😂
Love the haul.... such an enabler lol
I use to buy paper pads all the time, but then I've had the paper pads FOREVER! So I 'd rather buy individual papers that I super like in multiples than an entire pad.
